So disappointing and frustrating to work with this location. I use it because it’s close and convenient, but I’ll drive a bit further to the other Huntington Beach location. There were no customers in the store at all and the two employees were vacuuming. I was still two hours until closing so it wasn’t as if I came rushing in two minutes before they close or something like that. They would not help me with a simple print job I had sent in. I had to go home, email it to myself (even though they had it), drive all the way back and print it then myself.

The self serve computer is the biggest scam. Pay for $10 worth, have a stupid prompt pop up every minute that eats a few seconds every time, no option to add more time. So if you’re typing something out and you finish say in 7 minutes and you want to make a print. You would think you had plenty of time. NO. Because the credit you have left is not enough to cover the print job you can’t do it. You can’t even add more money. So time runs up, you lose whatever it was you were working on and they get you for another 10-15 bucks. The manager looking guy at this place was like yep… that’s how it works. Customer service really is a thing of the past.

Last friday I went to ship a huge amount of items I had to return to my office (electronics & promotional materials) and they were phenomenal! They helped me organizing all the items and sorting them into 2 boxes, and their service was absolutely amazing!

The customer service here is atrocious but if you are a frequent user of FedEx and can handle a completely virtual visit, then it’s fine. Anything other than virtual and just be prepared for a long wait or rude associates.

Wanted to laminate a membership card. It was $1.50 and I only had to wait for the machine to heat up. So glad I didnt settle for S*****s and their still-have-to-wait-an-hour Express service.

I was really impressed at how helpful the employees were I came because I needed to print up some documents sign them and then scan them and email them I only had a half an hour to do it luckily,Dakota and Ruby were very responsive and were able to solve my problems very quickly as well as guide me through the workstation use, and then scanning and printing in the more efficient manner.The store is very clean has hand sanitizer laid out and everybody it was completely friendly this is a wonderful store.

Ruby S. SHOULD BE FIRED Immediately she was the most rude individual Ive ever encountered at a business establishment in this city. I arrived at 6:45 to scan some documents upon their closing at 7 PM I had five documents to scan and during the fifth document she approached me and said Im sorry but you really need to leave we have lives and we want to get out of here on time Im sorry you were late but that is no excuse for you staying here past our closing time you need to leave right now she was extremely rude and I highly recommend to any new manager coming into this business in this city to get rid of her as soon as possible her energy is off-the-wall and she made me never want to do business with your store again. I hope whoever is reading list doesnt have to deal with her. Full Stop

Discrimination!!! My sister-in-law came in to the store this afternoon to send a package to Huston for our nieces birthday and Brian/Rayan refuse to send it because her form of identification which was a Cuban passport that’s all she has. He stated she has to have a California issued identification to send a package. Well my sister in law cannot obtain a California issued identification if she is visiting the U.S. This is her form of ID she has and we have taken trips to Arizona and Texas using her Passport and have not had any problems. She has also western union money without a problem with her passport. So I had contacted corporate FedEx and they stated to me that she can use her Cuban Passport to FedEx a package. I also called the next local FedEx store spoke to a supervisor and they also stated that she can FedEx a package with her Passport. FedEx Huntington Beach, we need to do better this is far the upmost worse customer service, especially in our community!! We have to do better!

This place is a total waste of time and space. Every interaction Ive had with the staff feels like Im inconveniencing them. They will help you the bare minimum they are required to, and even then seem to take a sick sense of joy in how little they care. Ive only ever used them to ship out simple packages, so I can only imagine how much worse things would be with a complex task. Id honestly rather deal with the DMV, which is sad. Save yourself the trouble and use UPS or Staples instead.

This should be called a DYI Fedex Office Center. When I requested to print 5x7 flyers and paid for them, they handed me out the standard letter size paper sheets with two 5x7 images printed on them. When I said that I needed flyers, they suggested that I go to the back and cut them myself. When I said that I am willing to pay extra, so they actually do the job right and cut the flyers to the size, they told me it would be 24 hours turnaround time. I NEVER leave bad reviews but people working at this location show the worst example of customer service. I will never give any business to this place again,

Ive had great experiences at this location. Today was the worst experience in retail that I have ever had. If I made a training video to show what not to do, my experience would sum it up. The experience was so bad, that the details do not bear repeating. I hope their district manager contacts me so I can offer some constructive feedback.

It took me 5 days of communicating back and forth with their staff about what we needed for our project and to approve it. I was very impress with the print-out and flier results. If you could try to do most of the task by yourself using their machines and staff for assistant. But if you need it to get completed correctly the first time, then go with their service.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve received at any Fedex or company period. The young woman working there had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. She aggressively was saying rude comments to me after she was embarrassed that she did not know how to do her job. She then started throwing boxes around and stormed off into the break room leaving her manager to finish the transaction. I can not believe Fedex allows people like this to continue working there. It’s no wonder this location has such horrible reviews. I hope Fedex sees this and does some sort of internal audit of this location.

Went to try and print out my taxes on my lunch and employee refused to print paperwork out for me without a code. Day before went in there and printed out 18 pgs with no problem. Employee did not want to listen and needs retraining. Not concerned with customer requests.

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but in this case I would like to save you a headache. This is the worst place to choose for printing with the most unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff.I wanted to print out a booklet and give it as a gift to a friend. This is what happened:1. First the printed out only one side (meaning every second page) of the booklet2. After they printed it out again, they screwed up the order of the pages and they blamed it on my boyfriend with limited English, stating that he didnt tell them that it was the wrong order. The booklet had page numbers on the bottom of each page and it is THEIR job to put the pages is the right order!3. The put the spiral binding on the WRONG side of the booklet, so except from the cover, the pages were in reversed order4. When we showed them, they wanted to charge AGAIN to put the binding on the proper side - again, blaming THEIR fault on my boyfriend!5. It turned out that putting the binding on the proper side would cut out some letters, because the print was too close to the edge6. In order to fix that, they refused to do another printout by just repositioning the original booklet, so that they would have enough room for the binding, but they offered to scan each individual page and position it with the help of their software! Of course they would CHARGE for that too!Since my time was limited and I didnt have a second change to do the printing job at another place, now I am giving my friend a bunch of papers with holes on the right (wrong) side, instead of a nicely bound booklet with protective plastic covering (that they didnt have), as I originally planned.

Called to speak with a store team member to see if they had an office supply in stock that was not available at Goldenwest location. Man who answered phone first told me he could not tell me what they had in stock (alluding to maybe being too busy?), than when I pressed and told him I had all the stock information and could give him an item name and number, he continued to state there was no way for him to know if they had in stock what I was looking for and I would just have to come in myself. I asked a third time if someone couldnt simply take the information Id gathered from the other location and check the floor, he took the information, placed me on hold for approx 10 seconds, than came back on the the line and said they were out of stock. Sure. Either way, super poor customer service, especially when you consider how small their store front/inventory is.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff made it seem like a hassle that I was coming in to ship out two packages. I had to remind myself that I was at a Shipping center.Not to mention, I also picked up a print order I sent in to be printed on 80lb card stock paper. I got my order that was printed on flimsy, shiny paper. This place cant get it right, Id recommend visiting any other print & shipping center over this location.Oh, and if you have the ability to pack and box your shipment at home, do so. They charged me $30 to pack 2 mugs into a box which took about 10 seconds. This did not include the shipping cost of an additional $30 for the package.

Terrible customer service. They either dont care or dont know how to do the job. Their self service company policy also sucks, what happened to providing a service for a customer not just some complicated machine that overcharges you. The self serve large print machine does not allow you to adjust and preview your document so I basically paid for several pages I cant use. I asked for help 3 times and all I got was that I could help my self to another machine which I dont know how to use. The worst part was they quoted me $4.50 a page but when you blow it up it charges you for 4 pages for the same thing. What a rip off. $85.00 later all I got was 3 useful 24x36 pages printed the rest is barely legible. I will not be back to Kinkos ever again.

Such a bad experience. I needed to send a photograph to a customer of mine in a tube, but the only tubes they had were very long. They charged me for the gigantic tube and a dollar to chop the tube in half with a pair of scissors. I should use the word destroy instead of chop. There was just this one lazy guy working the counter. I had showed him the shipping label when I first came in and half an hour later, he said they didnt ship that type of label. I hate him.

I tried to ship a package to Russia they said it was no problem come to find out they dont ship to Russia but they charged me $739 I got a whole bunch of Miss information from the customer service they say it will take six to eight weeks to refund my money they should have just told me they dont ship to Russian and I would have went to UPS

Sent a SIM card by Fedex Express on Aug.30, 2017. The SIM card was missing when the package was received. The guy at the counter definitely opened my package after I left, changed the envelope and took the SIM card. Never use this store again!
