2024-03-19 18:57:55I usually recommend this place to people who need print jobs or have projects. My printer was broken at the time, so I came here. My wife and I were charged already to use the computer, but the keyboard wasn’t working so I told one of the employees at the counter. They recommended I just log off and pick a different computer. My wife then said“You should put signs up, saying these are broken.”The long dark wavy haired employee lady responded and said“We didn’t know that one was broken so…”I work in retail. We don’t make excuses, we just apologize and see if we can’t make it up to the customer somehow.I used to recommend this place to people, but I’m definitely not doing that anymore. Hire people who care about the customers. And if stuff is broken, put up signs so no one else spends money/time they can’t get back for using the broken stuff y’all didn’t address.

2024-03-19 18:47:44I will *never* come back here, even if it’s in a pinch.I paid for computer usage and already got charged, but the keyboard was broken.My husband asked for assistance and the girl said “oh we’ve been having issues lately, those other ones are broken too” as she points to other pc’s.I told her “you should probably have signs on these,” and she shot back and said “well we didn’t know that one was broken so—“I’m not sure why it was so hard to say “sorry about that” and just **put a sign** there??Seems to care about getting last word and being right and being rude to customers instead of making sure future customers don’t waste their time and money.-100/10 don’t know her name but she was 5’8ish with long black hair and a permanently mad face.

2024-06-12 16:23:30This place should be ashamed at the way they treat customers. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, completely unhelpful, useless incompetent rude and disrespectful. You know who you are. Must have been having a bad day. Life is good go out and get one!!-0 as in minus zero stars!

2023-10-17 04:49:34BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEIve been printing documents for my 2 court cases at this store off/on for a few months. Today, I went inside the store to print some copies, and no store employees said a greeting to me. Before I left the store today, I wanted to buy a box of paperclips. I approached the counter, and the employee said she couldnt help me because her register didnt ring up paperclips. However, a customer came up, and the same employee rang up the customers bubble wrap. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

2023-09-30 03:33:12Very convenient working hours (till 8 pm M-F) for people like me who can never make it out of work at a reasonable time. And even if I arrive 10 min before closing time on a Friday they are still open (not like other locations).

2023-02-09 19:25:28I purchased overnight delivery for a package for $165.00 on Monday January 30 2023 at this location in Oceanside. I was told it would arrive by Wed. My package did not arrive until Thursday and the person receiving my package is now international.When I contacted customer care at the store I was put through to their customer advocate team. I was told that because my package did not arrive on time due to the weather, they could not refund me. They said due to it being the weather that delayed it, theres nothing we can do.I then went into the store and spoke to the manager Ashley who seemed concerned. She encouraged me to contact the customer advocate team again. I did so to no avail. As they named that it was an act of god. Ashley the manager said she would try to do something by this morning Feb 9, though reassured me that there is most likely nothing they can do since they named that it is an Act of god.My request is a refund (I no longer what store credit) and to change the policy to make sure you give customers the knowledge that there is a chance their package might not arrive on time AND they will not be getting a refund, especially if the delay is due to an, act of god. Ashley has my contact info. Otherwise, Fed Ex is behaving unethically. I will not be returning to FedEx if this is not attempted to be remedied. Thank you!

2023-09-17 23:58:32Waited in line for 20 minutes; never received any help, nor did anyone acknowledge me. The printing go options have extreme limitations, and I ended up wasting time and money here. :(

2022-07-06 17:31:41I am here to sing my praises about Felix (of the Vista Way location) and Alex (of the Hacienda location). Both of these individuals are truly and incredibly extraordinary. Fed Ex Office Print and Ship Centers should know that they are overwhelmingly lucky to have these folks on their team working for their company. THEY DESERVE ALL THE BIG BIG RAISES without any question or hesitation.Our firm recently had last minute, very rushed, VERY large orders that needed to get done. This is the nature of court documents during trial. Tensions and anxiety were high for us. But Felix and Alex made sure to pay attention to detail, listened to our requests, worked several hours diligently on the projects, and provided not one single complaint or issue. They were HAPPY to help, happy to assist us in our vision, and they were happy to join forces. We could not have started our current trial without them. Our orders were for over 10,000 pages - yes you read that correctly TEN THOUSAND PAGES. We needed them done in less than two days. Their work ethic is what runs FedEx - and I hope FedEx values these employees ten fold.They are each SO integral to the operation.Felix understood so much of the technology that he was working with and truly made sure to convert files exactly how we needed them. There were hundreds of files that he worked with. His skillset is seriously freaking incredible. Without him, we could not have done this. Without Felix, Fed Ex could not be what it is.Alex effortlessly and genuinely saw what felt impossible, and eased all my worries by assuring me that she would help get the job done. She took a last minute order and worked WONDERS. Her empathy, understanding and emotional labor in easing all my worries is truly priceless. Without Alex, Fed Ex could not be what it is.Fed Ex, I say this with a large wide open heart: in a world where there are many jobs and many careers to offer, I hope you understand that there are not many Felixs and Alexs. Please value them every single day they are with you. Please make sure their families are valued. Please make sure they have ample paid time off when they need it. They are so very deserving.
