They were helpful and tried to find me a better option. I went to another Fedex branch i think in Oceanside, they didn’t care and was not willing to help me. Glad at this one, the employees were welcoming

Honestly Madison and Sequoia totally made my day. I came in with a weird-sized package to ship, and they were super patient and helpful and worked through all the possible solutions until we found the best option. Plus they were absolutely delightful from the moment I walked in, warm and friendly and funny!

Stopped in on Saturday 8/12 to drop off equipment that I was returning to the cable company. I had an email with a bar code so they could scan for shipping. Sounds easy enough well Ruthie helped me and she was extremely rude and was having the hardest time finding my account in the system. She tried for about 15 mins until she finally gave up and told me she could not ship my items. I thought it was really strange so I went to the UPS Store two lights down from this location and within 2 minutes the guy asked for my last name, scanned the items and printed my receipt of the shipment. Terrible service at this Fed Ex office & they dont even care. While I was there getting terrible service from Ruthie the other Fed Ex office employee was arguing with a customer!! Dont go to this Fed Ex office. Theres a UPS store down the street 310 S twin oaks valley Rd.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with a worker named Alex at this FedEx Office location. Not only was he unhelpful, but he was also rude and condescending towards me. When I approached him with a question, he interrupted and responded with an impatient tone. When I asked for clarification he spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. His overall demeanor was completely unprofessional, and I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone.

This place is the best. When I need to have fast and quick printing services done, Alex and Torrie are the most amazing! They go above and beyond to get any of my printing needs done. They are so helpful and can’t say enough about how great they are!!

Christina is amazing! I needed print outs for graduation announcements and she was so accommodating and quick. She also informed me about promo codes so I wouldn’t have to unnecessarily pay more for the order. The order was completed so quick and she did an amazing job!

I needed to custom print a large document and was very unsure how to do any of it. I came in and was warmly greeted and expressed what I needed. The gentlemen (Donte (I am sorry if I spelled this wrong) and Alejandro) took care of me and printed the papers and even sized them correctly and cut them for appropriate measurements. This was amazing customer service and I would recommend this FedEx to everyone. Thank you!

Overall not good. Sarah, the manager, blatantly skips people in line. Shell spend 10 seconds with you and 5 minutes with the next person in line, in an attempted effort to multitask. It comes off as giving half your attention to customers, and not respecting the queue. I want to be treated as a complete customer, not just someone on the sidelines.Additionally, she rushes solutions. There was one emailing solution presented to me that was clearly faster, but she insisted I do it the slower way, which was frankly off-putting.She doesnt particularly trust her subordinate employees. The back and forth between her and a clearly newer employee regarding emailing issues was uncomfortable, especially since there was nothing really wrong with their emailing system.Bad management, made it awkward and stressful for everyone involved.

My experience here was great! I showed up at a busy time and had issue with obtaining the correct address of who I was sending to. Arely, the person who was helping me was extremely patient and friendly. She made my experience less stressful. She was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. Thank you Arely!

Go somewhere else for printing. Customer service is horrendous. Tried to print something and the lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered. She was telling instructions from across the store and didn’t help either one of her customers.I left and went to UPS.
