I placed an online order for graduation announcements and they turned out fine. The next day I realized I needed a few more so I went into the store to request they print 15 more. They looked up my online order and confirmed the file I wanted them to print, telling me they would be ready the next day. My daughter picked them up and was charged 2x what I paid for the original order, even though I received fewer prints in the 2nd order! Employee explained its because they give a discount for placing the order online. Why didnt they tell me that when I reordered?? They knew my original order was placed online and I feel they should have told me ordering in the store would cost significantly more. Im very frustrated about the overcharge and I will not be back.

3 days ago or so an exceptional worker named Chahana helped me print my model airplane plans and do the impossible, enlarging it bye 75% and she was patient and made it happen. She wasvery nice and I left happy. Dennis Humphries.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with FedEx, which is unfortunately reflective of the deteriorating customer service standards among many corporate companies in the US. It is disheartening to witness how the once reliable and efficient service has gone down the drain.Upon contacting a local number, I was met with a call center representative who exhibited no intention to assist me, but rather demonstrated rudeness and unpleasantness. Despite informing them of my long-standing business relationship with the local store, they simply responded with a dismissive I cant help you. This lack of willingness to provide support left me frustrated and perplexed.When I inquired about the possibility of sending Blue Prints via email to have them ready for pickup by one of my employees, I was met with yet another unhelpful response. They outright refused to provide me with the local email address, leaving me no choice but to send my employee to wait for 35 minutes at the FedEx location to retrieve the prints. Meanwhile, valuable time was wasted as seven other workers waited at the job site.In the past, it was possible to call the local office, email the blueprints, and receive clear instructions on when to pick them up. However, the monopolistic nature of big corporations seems to have allowed them to impose terrible service on us, leaving customers with little recourse.I am deeply disappointed with FedExs declining customer service and the monopolistic practices that limit our options. It is disheartening to witness the erosion of quality and personalization in favor of impersonal and unsatisfactory experiences. As a customer, I believe we deserve better.I sincerely hope that FedEx takes these concerns seriously and makes a concerted effort to improve their customer service, reinstating the level of excellence that was once synonymous with their brand.Note: This review reflects my personal experience and does not undermine the hard work and dedication of individual FedEx employees who may still provide exceptional service.

Recently sent a package through here. The package was supposed to be a 2-day ship, but it sat in limbo for over 3 days before mysteriously turning up in a nearby town after I submitted a support ticket through an arduous circus of robotic, unhelpful phone calls that hang up on you to having to resort to calling a branch location to finally be patched through to customer service. I dont know what, why, or how my box wound up in limbo, but it is frustrating as all get out that I select 2-day ship and its not here yet as of 3x that length of time. I do understand that this would better reflect corporate over this branch, but this is the origin location of the package sent.Corporate FedEx seriously needs to rework how you submit an inquiry about shipments, as their current phone operation will just hang up on you when you ask about a specific shipment, and the online option just points you to the phone number you called that had just hung up on you.

Had some of my wedding materials printed here. Rommel was amazing and he helped me step by step abs resizing my menu, table numbers, wedding signs etc! He was very patient with us and customer service was top notch! Not only that but he was also very knowledgeable. If you ever need something here, look for Rommel! You won’t be disappointed.

On Monday, December 8, 2014 I went to your Vacaville CA store for the purpose of buying some business supplies and making copious copies. I arrived at the store at approximately 9:00 am to find your only clerk who was assisting a FedEx customer. At the non-FedEx line where other customers also standing and waiting. After approximately 15-minutes the clerk then waited on me. I asked her what the process was for using the self-help copying units. She told me I would need to use either a credit or debit card. I stated I wanted to pay in cash. She then pointed across the store to an automated system and stated that all I had to do was to follow the listing on the screen. When I attempted to insert my paper money the system refused to accept it. I tried several more time with similar results. I then went back to the same clerk for assistance to find even more FedEx customers waiting. After waiting in line once again (now waiting a total of 30-minutes) I left the store following other customers who appeared to be as frustrated as me. I then went to Staples where all by needs were met in less than 15-minutes. With all your customer service ad’s one would think you took your own statements seriously. I don’t and will not take my business to elsewhere.

I completely understand when a register isnt working that a line will get long. However you should have the store mgmt on the one register that is working not your slowest associate. Dont give them a choice be the manager and manage.

Over the phone I was told one price, when I arrived they wanted 250% more.. even after explaining this they didnt care and charged me. I will add that a separate occasion one of the girls helped me and she was amazing at customer service.
