Yousef was fantastic! He packaged a bulky item (a guitar) for me on site and took extra care to ensure it was packaged securely and professionally. He was super friendly and gave me a great price! I appreciate the time he devoted to making sure my guitar was safe. Great experience - I’ll be back again soon to ship additional items. Thanks Yousef!

Terrible experience with the staff today, this is the second time a similar thing like this has happened to me here where they try to sell me box and pack service...Dropped by with a prepaid label on my box and they would not accept my box because it had some USPS tape on the seams. So ridiculous, they also made an excuse about the condition of my box which was totally fine just dirty and then what do you know they offer a solution of re-boxing it and charging me for it.When i pointed out another box on their shelf that had amazon logo brand on their tape, and how that was such a contradicting thing to make an excuse of not accepting my prepaid package, the manager says Amazon isnt a shipping company whatever......Ridiculous attitude, they could have offered to put a couple of while labels on the USPS tape if it bothered them that much. Instead i had to drive home kill an hour re-boxing and come backI am never going to the counter to get my packages scanned.

Older lady with a stocky appearance, long gray hair was extremely disrespectful and rude. I carried a 43 flat-screen, she closed both doors on me. I asked why she didnt hold the door open for me. She said she didnt see me, then quickly walked to her back office. A considerate shopper walked over and held the door for me so I could carry the xlarge box into FedEx. I carried the xlarge box to the counter where a professional, young lady, FedEx employee provided me with exceptional service. This location needs new management.

What a waste of time. Spent an hour in the store wanting to open a PDF into a document. Neither employee, the lady or the man, knew how to use the computer programing, nor knew how to help me. They spent over half an hour tying to teach themselves how to use the computer program. Left with a PDF copies I cant use or open on my computer or at work. Total waste of time and money for nothing!

Wasted a whole day trying to print business cards through fedex, only to find out that the process was cheaper and only takes 15 min to do at staples. FedEx just sucks for no reason and won’t do an accurate preview of the print, so then you go in and ask an employee for help, and they shuffle you around for a while only to end up telling you to just do the order yourself online even with the preview looking horrible. Staples is cheaper and better and you won’t have to go in to make sure you’re doing it right. Go to staples.

Needed to scan a document but i wasnt sure how do do it. Neither did any of the three service staff. Wasted over an hour as two of them tried to read how to, only to be told I cant help you repeatedly. Bloody waste of time

Really terrible customer service, most of the time. I’ve been here 4 times and 3 of the times, including today, the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I wanted to mail a package. Like she questioned why I put the shoes I wanted to return in a shoebox and grilled me about all the other tiny steps that come with mailing a package. Once I got really good customer service but that seems to be the exception. I won’t be back.

Every time I have needed to visit this FedEx location, I come out more impressed with their service! This time (again!), they went above and beyond their call of duty. I am a senior and was having trouble making a payment through their computer for a pre paid envelope, and the gentleman who was helping me, even though I interrupted him many times to help me, he always did it with patience, and respect! Then he brought in the manager of the store, Luisa (I had met her before), and again this time, she was delightful by addressing me with grace, respect, patience and lots of kindness. Id recommend this office for any of your shipments, printing, copying needs!! From the manager down, the staff at Fair Oaks location is the BEST in dealing with the public. Thank you again Luisa!!

Read the reviews on Google about this place and went in prepared for war. I got help almost immediately, and super efficient friendly service. The associate printed my labels and mailed my package in less than 5 minutes. It looks like they have a now hiring sign on the door so maybe they got rid of the riff raff. I found nothing wrong with this location, and my experience was a good one.

Employees are rude. As soon as you walk in you can feel the vibe you are not wanted there. Came in on a wednesday night 10 min before closing and they pretty much made up an excuse not to help and asked me to come back the next day in a fake friendly voice. People do not have that kind of time. They are getting paid to help you. They are too eager to go home even 10 min before closing and could care less about a positive customer experience.

This location made me lose 1,000 dollars in electronics. How dumb can you be to put an incorrect label on a package and now the package is lost. Isnt it your job to double check your work and do things thoroughly and correctly? When trying to process a claim through the phone or online it is impossible to find my package because the original tracking number I provided at the store was not scanned by this employee. Thank you! Now I know your location/employees are incompotent and will not be coming here ever again.

Appalling customer service from Luisa. Completely devoid of logic when dealing with a mistake the company made, pushing it on the customer and inaccurately referring to an unrelated company policy to get out of dealing with it. We investigated fully and have reported this. Very disappointing.

Called ahead to make sure they had the size of boxes I needed to send my office full of employees home with their technology. I game them a specific measurement, they casually said they have a bunch of options.Get to the store, nothing but sad expressions and apologies. The people are nice, the shipping and copy services are fine, but I won’t be coming here for packing supplies again.

The employees are not trained, the technology is outdated, and the store manager is too self-important to help.I went in to get two sided color business cards printed, an employee looked at the order and said I should come back tomorrow for their Flash Sale, so I did. The next day I came it and gave my order the employee, employee wasnt trained, so store manager came up, looked at the order, and told the employee (even though I was standing right there) to send me to the self service machines in order to get sale prices. So I did that, entered info, formatted, and the sale price didnt come up. I went back to the employees, who all shrugged, and the store manager, frustrated, said the sale was for something unrelated to my order.These people arent here to help you, go somewhere else.

This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is perfectly placed to get in and out then jump on the historic 110 freeway towards downtown Los Angeles. The self printing copiers are easy to use and they produce high quality prints at reasonable prices. The place also had clean bathrooms without having to get a key or door code. I for one am very happy for that. Next time you need a quick print job done consider this place. Happy travels.

I typically visit a FedEx location closest to home, but was in the area and needed a special type of paper, so I decided to stop by. This quick visit immediately turned into a disappointing experience that left me very upset.I walked into the store approximately 6 minutes prior to closing to purchase paper. As soon as I walked in the associate, Luisa G., rudely exclaimed, Im closing in 6 minutes! She did not greet us, she did not ask if we needed help, she seemed annoyed that we were there. I understand that the store was about to close but I only needed some paper. The associates demeanor was not inviting and did not make me feel welcome.Once at the register, I decided to write down her name and she confronted me asking why I was writing down her name. She immediately became defensive and told me that she had done nothing wrong and did not understand why I was writing down her name. Her tone became louder and more menacing and she continued to confront me. I proceeded to pay for the paper and leave immediately. I have never before had such a frightening and disappointing experience at a store. Luisas reaction was uncalled for and makes me never want to visit this store again.

I owe the employees here a huge debt! I registered to present a poster at a conference super last-minute, and ended up having to print my poster the morning of the conference. I was panicked and thought that it couldnt be done in time since the FedEx website said that poster printing could take 1~2 business days. The woman who opened (Im afraid I dont remember her name) was super helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure that my poster was printed as fast as possible, and enabled me to make it to the conference on time. Ive been in a couple of times since and have always been met by friendly employees (even the few times when Ive come in close to closing).

Received AMAZING service from Joe today at this location. He was polite, gave me great advice about the type of delivery that would be most helpful. AND, when I got an email 5 minutes after Id sent my package advising me that I needed to include one more document, he totally saved the day! Not only did he find my package and help me print the necessary document, he also was able to reuse the original envelope. I work on sustainability, which FedEx markets themselves as being. I saw with my own eyes that JOE at this location went with the sustainable (and truly: less convenient) option. Four cheers for Joe!

Do not use FedEx to renew your passport! They’re running a scam with a third party (Rushmypassport.com) that charges an exorbitant fee, basically to print a pdf application form. The employees at this Fedex deliberately misled us into using this fraudulent service. They said, falsely, that the third-party fee is the government fee, so we effectively ended up paying twice as much. See the reviews of rushmypassport on the Better Business Bureau. It’s disgusting that fedex is abusing our trust by promoting this outright fraud.

I have used these guys many times for quick turn around projects and have had good success with them. They are fast on the timeframes and they are good for the shipping portion as well. A go to for quick and urgent rushed out jobs.
