⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ such a wonderful helping experience at this fed ex location! I needed to send something overseas and everyone else I had talked to was not helpful until I got to this location! Gia was helping us and was so professional and kind, she made the experience a breeze! Highly recommend visiting this location for any of your shipping needs! Mahalo!

Thank you!I had trouble opening my PDF at the self printing station but thankfully the lady working printed it for me and even finished helping make my box ship ready. I dont ship items often so the help was greatly appreciated.

I had a last minute company function and I was stressed that I wouldn’t be able to complete this project on time. Steven and Derek were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They helped me with multiple print jobs I needed done. They were quick and unbelievably efficient when helping me with prints and sizing of my projects! It’s been a few days since our function and it was a SUCCESS! Because of Steven and Derek- I will ABSOLUTELY be back with help for future company functions/project!

The staff here was absolutely amazing with their help! Placed my order via email right before they were closing and the next morning they had 250 pieces printed/folded before noon! William and the team were so helpful and courteous during the entire process over the phone. Will be turning to them for quick turnarounds again!

Came in for help to scan and email to medical facility. Woman and gentlemen 1 st help were great. The 3 gentleman just came in to work, I stood in line to wait and ask how do I get a receipt and how will I know they received the paperwork his response was I dont know and just ask them if they got it. Sorry your store at the time had more workers than customers.

Horrible customer service experience. I was there for print outs with another customer right at closing time. While inside selecting options on the printer, we were stopped and told that it was 7pm and could no longer print. We were told to leave. It would have taken 2.5 mins to get this done, but this girl wasn’t having it. During the time she told us to leave, we would have been done printing our docs. Meanwhile there was another customer yelling at the front desk staff and no one said anything to that customer. Backwards thinking.Here’s some advice, if the doors are still open prior to closing time and customer is there taking care of their business, please allow them a few minutes to finish. That’s called taking care of your customer.I didn’t get her name, but she was a bigger white female. Manager or regional manager, if you read this, please train your employees on their customer service skills. Last time I’ll be going to there. 0 stars

Best Fed Ex location I’ve been to by far! Super clean, and organized location, for all Of your shipping needs. Zach is super helpful, and remembers my name when I stop in. Always has a smile, and multitasks to accommodate everyone. Dalia is super helpful, friendly, and always has a smile. She drops what she’s doing to assist customers when they walk in. Last but not least, Autumn. Super smile, Super Friendly, and you can tell she loves her job. The customers really enjoy interacting with her. Ive seen customers come in and wait for her to help them. Prepare to pay $10 for a cardboard box. I know inflation ain’t that crazy- not to mention the price for the boxes listed on the website and what you in store is inaccurate. Sad you can’t expect fair prices and good customer service. They are nice and happy to take your $ tho.

I like getting my packages sent to this location since I am usually not home to sign for deliveries. In that respect, I have had no problem with any of the friendly staff that have worked at this location over the years.That being said, service is extremely slow as they never have more than one employee working a station, nor do they triage any of the jobs to be completed. For example, many times I am third in line and it will take me over 10 minutes for me to pick up a package and leave a signature. Someone could easily have me in and out in under 30 seconds and I would rather not test the boundaries of the people ahead of me by cutting the queue.If there is no line, this place will get you in and out in no problem. The moment even one person is ahead of you, be prepared to wait.

The staff Dalia & Anthony on duty Sat handled my frustration with professionalism and politeness, Thank you. As customers, we have expectations, and i could not understand and insisted on second opinions. They remained polite and assisted me the best they could.Fed Ex has guidlines in place that unfortunately kept me from being satisfied that day.

Ive never been handled rudely here, but I drop off packages here all the time and the employees are desperately slow. An employee working on a print job behind the counter will not come over and help with accepting or shipping packages, even when the line is out the door. Ive frequently waited 15-20 minutes just to get a receipt for a prepaid package, since neither the employees nor the manager ever hustle when theres a longer line. So bottom line - understaffed and underperforming.There are now two employees who are hustlers - Isaac and a shorter girl who are friendly and quick. The rest move like there’s a carbon monoxide leak in the building - not an iota of urgency or concern.

I paid $500.00 dollars to have 2 sets of plans copied. they said I could pick up the following day at 10:00, they called me that day of pick up and said they needed more time, I told them I would pick up the next day to give them more time. I went in to pick up and stupid me for not looking in the bag, I took them thinking for that it would be a professional job from a professional company, boy was I wrongThe original plans were stapled back together all wrong and out of alignment and with standard staples, both printed sets were not in order and not even stapled together, you think for 500 dollars you guys could afford 6 staples......WORST JOB EVER!!!!!!!

No issues here. Went during off hours around 8pm. Got passport photos and printed some documents. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is a lil expensive but its competitive with other print centers.

Horrible service here wouldnt let me ship my package that I am able to send out at every other fed ex except this one. Customer service here sucks its like talking to kids that dont know any knowledge of what there doing one has to ask the other one and there both morons. I hate dealing with ignorant people so if you like to deal with that go ahead and come here I will not be bringing my packages here ever again. Closing my account and going to UPS.

Extremely rude customer service. First at the store and subsequently on the phone. Called to have them check for a page that I have forgotten on one of thier scaners and the FedEx representative handled the request with the worst possible attitude. First the representative wouldnt even offer to check in the lost and found and then after waiting on hold for him for 10min another worker answered the phone asking me how he can help only to tell me that his coleage checked and didnt find my document. Very dissaponted with my experience at this location and would not return there again.

Crooks let me explain...if you were to load 100$ on your purple FedEx card and for any reason drops out of your pocket you get home check your wallet its gone.if someone or and associate finds it they discard it thats right YOU LOST YOUR MONEY THEY KEEP IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RECIEPT EMAILED TO YOU WITH THE CARD ACCOUNT THERE IS NO LOST AND FOUND THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY😡

This place is horrible, they didn’t notify me when my package from federal express got to their location instead they sent it back to the original sender which is 2 hrs away from my house . I talked to the manager and she told me we don’t call people to let them know when their packages arrive here we don’t have time for that ..really !!! I’ve been to this location hundreds of times and believe it’s always emptyDo your self a huge favor do not use this location for your packages and you will save a headache

Terrible service, if you have problems with the printing machines, they tell you that they have to end the line of people they have so they can help you. It only took 5 seconds to fix the problem and I had to wait 15 minutes to continue with my work.PLEASE GET STAFF TO HELP, OTHER TIMES THEY ARE JUST WALKING AROUND
