If I could, I would give 0 stars. I went in yesterday to get some business cards printed that I needed 2 days later. Now, granted I did already not expect the most luxurious business cards as it was such a fast turnaround, but at least I expected them to be somewhat presentable for my event. When I picked up the cards today, I asked whether I could take a look before I paid. They said yes, and I looked at the cards. The quality was so poor, I would have NEVER shared them with anyone. There were print lines everywhere, the cards where cutoff incorrectly, there was white lines on the top, and the sides were all banged up, and the cards were cut unevenly.I would rather have no business cards than these. I asked them what they could do as I would not be using the cards. They said, they could just cancel the order. After that, the woman that I dealt with, would not even look at me anymore nor say a word.They left the cards on the counter, I left, took the cards to show it to my husband and throw them away. 5 minutes later, the lady called me on my cell phone, demanding for me to bring the cards back. It got worse from there, where she accused me of stealing the cards!I had my husband return the cards to Fedex as they were useless anyways. But I will never go back there for any printing needs. The quality and customer service are sub par and accusing me of stealing some worthless, poor quality, business cards, is unacceptable.

$0.80 cents for printing a color copy and $2.50 for 2-3 mins customer service from the lady in the office desk to help you print one (1) color copy. I didn’t know you have to pay to FedEx to be helped.You don’t believe me? Look at my FedEx receipt.When I asked about not telling me the extra $2.50 charge that I probably can save if I print this one color copy by myself on the back machines, she responded… THAT IS WHAT IT IS without looking to me on the face. What a horrible customer service.Also wanted to mention this lady named Dominique was not doing absolutely anything when I entered to the store and she looked very bored. (I was the only customer at the store at that moment).I assumed that helping me to print one color copy was something that makes her feel more useful, but unfortunately, I was wrong.

Fedex drivers are going way too fast in residential neighborhoods. They almost ran over my dog and was close to hitting a child. The drivers do not pay attention to their surroundings

The employees seriously need a lesson in customer service, no smiling at all, wonder why would anyone hire people like this for customer service job, such a turn off to even return there

As a mobile notary I visit this FedEx location at least 3 - 6 times a week to ship Real Estate and Loan documents. The staff have always been efficient, helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to all the assistance from Chris (Manager), Usha, Chris and Justin.

While I enjoy the convenience of the self serve printing station. The employees seriously need a lesson in customer service. I went there to print some stuff, no one greeted me, the guy sanitizing counters, passed me and ignored me. As I left, I even said Bye Thankyou to the employees doing whatever they were doing behind the counter.....Guess what? I was STILL greeted with silence AND I was the only customer there. So Rude. This isnt the first time either. Someone train these people on Basic Customer Service.

These boys working here are completely unprofessional and have no idea of what customer service means. We were never addressed and were oddly stared at during the transaction. I would rather drive a distance to do business with UPS.

Jessa Rocks. I needed a sticker made while I waited on a Sunday. She new exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining it to her. And she did this in a timely manner while working alone and helping other customers.

Picked up a package that I instructed FedEx to have delivered here. The staff was quick to help me and were quick in the process of getting my package and being out the door.The store also appeared to have a great deal of typical FedEx Office supplies in stock.
