I needed to print a document on a legal paper and I was in a hurry, the associate was available to help me print the documents on a legal paper and I was able to be in and out quickly. I appreciate the help.

This FedEx location is very convenient and helpful. They have good business hours, they are located off of Alicia and Jeronimo, and they have bathrooms.They offer many services such as print, fax, package, passport pictures, self service, and shipping.Last pick up for overnight delivery is 7pm.

I used FedEx Print online services and selected this location for fulfillment. I made an 8.5x5.5 flyer and learned they only do 8.5x11, 8.5x14, and 8.5x17. So I doubled it up for the 8.5x11. Upon picking the order up I learned that they don’t account for “bleed” and all flyers come with a white border. I did not see that online so I asked the customer service person if it says that was online and he responded “It Should” 😐. He then offered to cut them for me, I said I appreciate it, and then he informed me he would have to charge me the difference to cut them. I walked out after that upset. I paid close to $300 for 500 flyers (1,000 half cuts) and felt like this “white border” was sprung on me last minute after the product was done. I even called ahead to make sure the cut line was accurate. No mention of the white border. Only reason it’s not one star is the first person who helped me was helpful and the print aspect of the flyers was very high quality. Also it was done same day on a Sunday (Great turn around time). Just be aware all 8.5x11 flyers will come with a white border.

Luis claimed that I could only ship a pair of shoes I bought in a bigger box than the box my shoes were shipped in. Shoes for crews said to place the label I printed out for the return directly onto the original shoes box and ship at a FedEx location. The box they offered me was priced at 8 dollars. For cardboard. 9 dollars. For cardboard. I really dont like conflicting directions and overpriced merchandise. I wont be back.

What a fantastic FedEx location for packaging materials, outgoing and receiving packages and so much more. The facility is clean and the staff stellar in customer service and knowledge relative to the industry. Chris has been amazing in providing service and has even carried items to my vehicle after noticing that I had surgery and needed assistance. They are always willing to help. All of the staff are so kind and helpful and I am thankful for their professionalism, caring and kindness in assisting customers. I highly recommend this location as you will surely see why!Thank you FedEx Jeronimo office staff! Great job...

I walked in this FedEx 10 mins before closing, needing to print a few flyers for my open house. Adam was amazing! He took the time to go over the different kinds of paper prints they offered, was so patient and helpful! Good service is hard to find these days. Thank you!

Been coming to this place for the last three years almost every other day to ship items for my business. Lately there an staff there whom I shall not name, lets say glasses guy. This glasses guy has been abusing the little power he has rejecting my packages for varies reason while the other employees in the same store has been fine with. At the same time I ship this items thru UPS and USPS the same way without any problems. I guess UPS or USPS can earn my business from now on. thought you guys should know!

I cannot say enough about my experiences at this FedEx branch. I have found myself needing to print and ship things on a regular basis since the pandemic began, and the crew are always so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Special shout out to Nick (who is the best) and his associates Josh and Linda.

Poor customer service by multiple employees. I was just trying find a package misplaced by FedEx. Was told by 1-800 my package was instore. When I got to the store, the package wasn’t there. One employee said to me in a sarcastic tone, “Do you want to come back here and check yourself?” And then when I followed up the next day phone I got even more attitude. It’s wild the customer service now days. Poor experience all around.

Well, I have been going to Fed ex shipping printing services for years, first time I have been treated like a ignorant peon. I don’t work with these particular computers/ printers every day, on the rare occasion that my computer isn’t working or printer, I use fed ex. I seriously needed to pages printed. But the girl working, could not be bothered. Will not be using them again due to Professionalism, customer service, and Gosh forbid Somebody takes more than 30 seconds to help me figure it out. Nobody was in the store, no excuse.
