Is there a cleaner store in the area? I love coming here for shipping things though let’s be honest, UPS is more reliable. However, I like this store much better than the UPS store and there are so many features available here. There are computers you ca use for design, copiers and packing options. I’ve been in twice this last month to get passport photos taken which can be done in only a few minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot can be challenging but watching an old guy ram a curb yesterday was quite entertaining.

I am a regular here and need to ship things multiple times a week. Big shoutout to Peter for writing down my information to make my trips to FedEx super quick and easy! I always appreciate him and how he takes care of customers. Thanks Peter and team :)

Atrocious Experience.My experience at this location was terrible I had lost my tracking numbers for 5 shipments, and asked for the representative to look them up for me so I can track it myself. I found the person who was managing the original shipment to be less than professional, not knowing how to spell Los Angeles and further on the back end, when I asked for tracking these shipments, I did not receive a timely response or a response indicative of the desire to help in an efficient manner. They could not locate my tracking numbers, even though a receipt was printed out.Im highly disappointed with the service at this location and suggest the entire team gets replaced with more customer friendly, professional and efficient personnel. Terrible customer service!!

Fedex is always the best! They always print fedex labels for free and take care of rest! Best customer service! When walking in this store, there are people asking if you need help! So different than the nearby UPS, UPS even charges for using the tapes. i wish i always get Fedex return label,,☺️ the printing machines are also great! Easy to use and convenient

Never again.If you give them an order for more than $50 they will charge an extra $17.50 because you want it the same day. If you break it up into 2 orders for $25 each, there is no surcharge. There is also supposed to be a 20% for orders over $100, which they didnt give me -- so in short they ripped me off for the 20% discount and the $17.50.I spoke t9 the manager and he just grinned and yold me to be more careful next time. I came back later and spoke to a different manager and he was quite rude -- you should have said something at the time and Were done.I hope they go broke. Their shipping is very expensive and unreliable too -- They have damaged packages for me before.I certainly wont give them any more of my money ever again.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I had a QR code for one of my packages, but needed a label printed for the other. My 4 year old and 3 year old were particularly energetic. The associate was understanding, quickly sent the label via email for me and printed it for the package. My gratitude was returned with, “no problem, I see you have your hands full,” and a smize. That might just be that associate’s/person’s way of doing business, but it’s much appreciated.

8.7.2020 - 5 starsI shouldve updated this months ago. The staff here go above and beyond any other FedEx location in the area. They are kind and helpful and acknowledge you when you come and go. Im in here a few times a week and theyd probably recognize me if I didnt always have a covid mask on, but right now, they still treat me like a number #1 customer, every time I drop off docs and need a receipt. Plus: their shelves with the envelopes and supplies are always fully stocked, so you dont have to wait around or ask for assistance just to get a few documents mailed (unlike the Concord location). Great staff and convenient location.9/13/15 - 4 starI really like this FedEx print center location in downtown Walnut Creek. Its not far off the freeway and they have a private parking lot so its pretty convenient to get in and out of. The staff are very nice and helpful; they assist with shipping needs as well as simpler copy and scanning tasks. You can even email them the items you need printed or created. There are also lots of little spaces to work privately or in a group.This store leaves no excuse to not pick up a cute little gift for that long-distance person on your mind. Good selection of cards and other small items. Today we saw a mini speaker that hooks up to your phone for less than $4, and a bigger, collapsible blue-tooth speaker for about $15. Cute gift ideas! Get one of the friendly workers here to help you ship it off!

Peter was great and very patient! I was having one of those mom mornings where I was debating my life choices. He went above and beyond and made the experience pleasant even when I needed to be redirected to USPS to return some items. Thnx for the customer service Peter!
