I went in today with a couple of unusual requests and Leo assisted me. My most important mission was to get an image “mirrored” for a needlepoint Christmas stocking pattern. The original was facing the wrong direction and would not have matched the other family stockings. He was so friendly, helpful, professional and persistent in getting this job done! It took a bit of time and manipulation on the computer to get it just right and he was able to do it. I also had to have it enlarged before printing. In addition, I needed to have an old family photo scanned in an attempt to have the proper color tones appear when ordering prints. I truly appreciated his extra time and effort! Job well done! Thank you very much!

Bad service. There are 4 employees but only one is working, others are just talking. And in UPS is for free bag for return, but in fedex, they charge ur bag. And I return stuff is small, they try to request me to buy bigger bag. So ridiculous.!

I own a company and asked one of my team members to pick up an order and was told that they would not release the papers unless I specifically was there.When I tried to call to speak to someone there I got the run around with a machine answering service for ten minutes before finally hanging up.Would use this place as my last choice for printing.

Gerri (not sure if I spelled right) and Britney saved me! Had another printer screw me over 48 hours before a trade show. Being as desperate as I was, they both helped get my prints done and were awesome about it. Great service and will be getting my print needs here more often.Again thank you both for saving my expensive booth!

Amazing staff. Angela saved the day for a friend of mine recently when her wedding reception name card order did not come through on Etsy. We improvised and FedEx took care of the printing Same Day. We gathered the document together as fast as possible to format for a specific name card printing paper format only leaving 7 mins before closing and the staff graciously accomplished the print right then. Above and beyond, we are truly grateful. Thank you!

Most of the time I go in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff is very helpful, and I wish I had a real, not just an authorized center in Menifee, CA so I wouldnt have to come so far.

Guy working in a smedium shirt shouldnt be in the customer service business. I walked up to the counter and roid boy didnt even acknowledge my presence. He literally looked at me twice and never said one word! It is when he began to walk away, I said hi there and he said someone will be with you and walked off! All I was going to ask him was where I could scan some papers. Once I figured it out on my own, he finally came over to me and had the stones to ask me if I needed help😅🤣😂! I told him nope and he tried getting an attitude with me 😂! Dude clearly had his books pushed out from his hands and shoved into his locker as a kid no doubt. Total tool!

Super un-helpful customer service... I noticed that several of the reviews note that the employees seem to be bothered that there were customers asking for help... that was my experience as well. I came in yesterday to laminate copies our Covid-19 vaccination cards for travel and couldnt find the lamination station that most FedEx/Kinkos have in store.After searching the store, I went up to the not busy customer counter to ask about it... 3 employees were milling about, working on something, but nothing that seemed like assembling bibles for the Vatican... one well dress young lady eventually wandered over my way while continuing to chat with the other employees. It was long enough that I almost asked the group if this was the correct line to stand in to get help.I didnt get her name, I wish that I had so that I could be more specific with my feedback. When I asked about the lamination station, she pointed vaguely to the back of the store and said Its over there where it always is... She then went to get a couple full sized lamination sheets... I said Im just doing a couple small items and where are the sheets that most FedExs have at the station. She said they dont do that here...Anyway... the interaction was very unhelpful and not very courteous. No, I wasnt buying $500 worth of printing... But I HAVE!!Note to Management: This location obviously needs some customer support training judging from the comments.

Poor experience here. Went in last Monday to get a newspaper laminated. Came back and the assistant manager messed it up. Human nature says I am to be upset which I was. I let him know my displeasure and he put it back on me and started snapping at me. Memo to manager, I realize these young kids dont understand how to communicate, but give him lessons on how to handle situations. You dont put this on customers...

I regards to the negative review given to employee Michelle A.: I have been doing business at this location for years and Im in there 2-3 times a week. Michelle has helped me more times than I can count and has always been extremely helpful and courteous. Michelle has gone above and beyond the scope of her duties so many times for me that I find it that negative review unbelievable. Ill bet that customer wanted a larger project done immediately and was just upset he had to wait because Michelle would have squeezed in 40 copies for a customer without batting an eye!

What started as a simple task has now taken up an hour of my time and a headache that could last awhile. Very disappointed. And, they were unable to fix the issue...at all.So, heres what happened. I needed to print a private document. It isnt the first Ive tried printing at a FedEx office and since I havent had any issues previously with printing private documents in the past...(that I know of).... I once again trusted to have another printed but after today, Im not so sure Im going to feel like that anymore.So, I go inside. First time at this location. First thing I see is a small island of computers. 3 of them. 2 of the 3 were closed for social distancing. The only open one had a woman there and an employee helping her. I stalled for a minute and circled the island reading all of the signs that told me they were closed. Normally, this would be a sign to the employee that I wanted to use a computer. After finishing my circle, I stood looking at the employee and she was just finishing helping the customer. I tried to get her attention but she looked at me and bolted for the employeearea. She met up with another employee and they both ducked into the back. As I was trying to chase her down, I noticed more computers in the back. Ok, great. I figured shes probably used to getting this question and knew I would eventually see them. So, I go to sit down. Log in and printed. I really have no idea how it calculated 3 minutes because I literally logged in and already had the document ready on my email. But whatever. Then printing 2 pieces of paper was another 3 bucks. Im not trying to be cheap but Ive printed more and spent more time and I could have sworn is was still cheaper but again...whatever. Ok, so wheres my private document??The woman at the counter told me theres a sign on the printer. Umm...which printer? Am I supposed to know that the printer I used was the one in the corner with a very plain and small sign saying out of order?? Ive never in my life been to a printer shop and the printer is out of order but...ok. She was very quick to refund my money. Apparently she refunded more than I even used. But, what bothers me is that the document is still an order. I didnt think of this until I got home because I was focusing on the task at hand and the fact that a PRINT SHOP had a broken printer was not really on my agenda. It is a very private document with not only my personal info but a friends as well. I DO NOT like loose ends and this is definitely a loose end. So I called back and the woman that refunded me answered. She mentioned something about talking to I.T. and I thought she was going to connect me with them but she quickly said, bye and hung up. I was trying not to let this bother me. I just wanted some kind of confirmation that this was not going to be a document that is up for grabs. So, I called back again. Amber seemed understanding and a little more knowledgeable but there was still no piece of mind about this document being destroyed. I reminded her that the signage was horrible after she slipped that its been happening to other people. Im sorry but I dont take my private info and the info of a friend that has trusted me with their info...lightly. Telling me, Im just gonna have to trust her... Is not really enough for me. I dont even trust my brother with info. A place that prides themselves on handling private info should know better than this. And in fact, Ive worked for the post office and Ive worked for FedEx. We were thoroughly vetted and had to pass a civic test in order to handle peoples mail at the post office but not at FedEx. What makes you think Im going to trust some part time employee thats joking with me calling me a Karen, when they cant even think about putting a sign up that tells me a printer (at a print shop) is out? Crazy.****So, this is now documentation that if any of my private info from those documents gets out, I will be suing this location for mishandling my private info. *****

One star is too much. I shipped a package priority overnight and specifically and clearly told the clerk NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. After the business transaction was completed I noticed the receipt indicated DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I called this location and they told me I had to call customer support to have it changed. I called customer support and they told me that because I dont have an account number I have to go back to the local FedEx and have them call customer support to have it changed. I drove all the way back only to have the local office call customer support to find out that they cant change it either and there is nothing that can be done. I was told that essentially it was all my fault because I declared the value too high to go no sig required. Would have been great to know that upfront - I would have declared the value at $4.00. The recipient of this package is disabled and can not possible make it to the door in a timely manner to sign for this package. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE FEDEX AGAIN.

Went to FedEx Saturday morning to have spirals put on 2 music books. Spirals allow the book to lay flat on the music rack and helps facilitate page turning. This is a very important feature to a working musician. Norma, the sales associate, was able to do the job while I waited. Took only about 15 minutes and I was out the door. I have used FedEx for years and am always satisfied. Thanks, Norma.

The older gentleman at the printing counter was less than helpful. I havent used FedEx printing services for a while, and actually it was called kinkos the last I used them, but all I had to do was walk in and they would print off 1 page for me and out the door I would go. This man hands me a card and says email your page to this email, itll take 5 mins to get a confirmation, then the lady out here can help you print it off. I will go elsewhere and spend my money where they actually want my services.

Avoid this one, at least the print center. I uploaded a two page document to the web site but it kept formatting at three pages. I use Fedex Office regularly and as it says on the website, they check the documents before printing.Not this store. The tired, bored woman who gave me my order said, We just send it to the printer, not our problem and I left with every third page being blank and being charged for it.Awful service and no attention to detail. Next time Ill go to Staples or somewhere else. You should as well.

Make sure you check everything - multiple mistakes, several times now. I’m always catching sometime wrong with the printing. This last time I paid for 15 packets to be made and I only received 8!If my company didn’t have an account here I would never use them, horrible work.

Customer service is horrible. I was told by an employee that I could have my large items picked up, boxed, sent via ground by FedEx to another state. I call right now to set up a pick up time and I am told that they do not box items and that I have to figure out my size boxes and have it ready. THIS IS A SHIPPING COMPANY! now, I have less than a day to figure this out because I leave by car Friday morning. Highly disappointed.

I have a twin sister. I went to Fed ex my sister went to the post office.To send my passport papers I was told $78 dollars the man at Fed ex said anything international is expensive these days.My twin sister $12 dollars at the post office. We both received our passports on the same day= Where do you think I will be going from now on The post office is looking real good.

Year after year FedEX stores are poorly run. Disorganized customer lines, understaffed, resulting customer tension and an overall negative experience.
