The woman (white/blond hair) who helped my husband was very rude. He was visibly shaken when he came out of the store. She was short with his questions and acted irritated. He asked for prices and she scanned his license, which is an invasion of privacy. Told him he wasnt gonna want to pay because it was expensive. Not helpful at all. An anti-salesman. We will never go back. We went to Office Max for the art folder she wanted to put in a box and said we werent gonna want to do. Office Max was wonderful. Put it in an envelope, no problems.

This Fed Ex doesnt offer live scan services but the certified Fed Ex at Mail N More in the Bel air shopping center does have live scan services. 2280 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA 95603. Highly recommended.

She took our stuff and said we will put it in a box for you and then charged us whopping $18 for packaging without telling us. We ended up paying it, will never be using this fedex center. She didn’t even pack it in front of us, feels like evasion of privacy.

Would not allow me to pick up my shipment of wine without a drivers license or state issued ID. Told me their policy did not allow passports as an acceptable ID because there was no address on a passport. When I returned after finding my license, the employee did not need my address just said that the policy required it.

James, Chris, and Ty - extraordinary service! This is my place to go! I can be hurried, harried, have multiple tasks to accomplish, and have a hard time thinking and following simple directions, and the staff here can always sort it out.Did you know that, with pre-programming, the copy machine can 3-hole punch your copies as it goes? Saves so much work!Exceptionally competent and professional, kind and perceptive. This FedEx office is the best of the best.

This Fed Ex store was awesome. I had 2 very large and heavy boxes to pick up. They did not fit in the bed of my full size pickup truck. Everett was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the way to fit both of them. He was super customer focused, and I was very grateful for his assistance!

I stood at the counter for 25 minutes just to drop off a pre paid package with no acknowledgment from the lady working in the back printing. She just said she would be with me in a minute and left me standing here. Needed the tracking info and for her to just scan my package quickly.

They did such a beautiful job on several large posters, a large canvas print and some trifold brochures for my wifes Celebration of Life!!! Simply terrific!!!! They worked with us on what we wanted and did great same day service. Will always go to them for my printing needs!!!!

I have been shipping packages with this Fed Ex office for years and I highly recommend them. Josh, Jon and Noah are really helpful with any issues that may come up and are always there to assist with a positive and professional manner. Josh takes time out to explain the particulars about the shipping process and oversize limits that has proven to be very helpful with my business. Anyone that has a small business and is looking to pair up with a shipping company, I would definitely come to the Fed Ex Office Print & Ship Center in Auburn.

As an employee of FedEx I was told I do not qualify for a discount on my shipment. Every other location honors employee discount other than this location. Would highly recommend to ship your packages through another office. Very unprofessional man working in that office.
