Nice store location, friendly staffs.We used this stores several times. Its close to hotels and highway 14 so is very easy to pick up heavy package before head out. Or drop off large box before heading back.No need to deal with check in those packages at airport. Especially deal with the messy airline miss directed or missing luggage.Great business help.

I ordered my laptop at Best Buy to be delivered to my house and FedEx was the one who was going to be delivering it. Well, my order says that my laptop is inside this facility however it has been there for the last 2 months leading me to believe that somebody at this FedEx stole my laptop. Best Buy has since reimbursed me for the laptop nevertheless someone at the store as a thief.

I had the absolute worst service today at this location. I have used this spot for years with no issues and today that all changed. I brought in a package to send off along with the label. It was supposed to be sent back in the box it came in, which was the same box FedEx delivered it in.She told me I was not allowed to ship my package in the box, even after I explained it was the box that FedEx had delivered it in. She made me pay $9 for a box, to put my box in HAHA! Seriously? She said the box I had would get damaged so she needed to make ME pay for their incompetence with delivering. I told her I was not happy about this and could she at least offer a small discount? She immediately said no and charged me the $9 for a box I didnt even get to see. So I begrudgingly paid.I will never willingly come here again. I also filed a complaint with the FedEx customer service 800 #.

Really happy and content with my purchase of a canvas of our dog Buddy. Carl was friendly and gave his suggestion on photo layout and more. The canvas was a 24 inch by 36 inch sized one. The color is vibrant and now we have a perfect photo of him in the living room. The staff when picking up the canvas were nice and amazing as well. They took the time and asked about Buddy. I would recommend this FedEx Office for photo needs to anyone

Quality of service definitely lacking. I went in to get a stack of about 40 papers hole punched to insert to a binder. The papers came out totally mangled. The person attending me was either in a rush or did not bother to take any care into handling the task. Thankfully these papers were personal use and not for anything important, but I was still a bit stunned over the quality of the job.

I didnt run into any of the problems the other reviewers seemed to. I personally had a great experience. They had four staff members, all of which were happy to help. One of them even walked me to the laminating machine, showed me how to use it, and helped me cut off the excess material. No complaints here!

.Customer service by the manager was horrible. I went there couple days ago and got what I wanted returned today only to be treated as if I did not have enough money to pay... Really? I understand the entire Disney thing... However they were printed a couple days ago, the price I paid was way less than what you are charging me now.. $60.00 less mind you, and as a manager all you can say is thats probably too much money, excuse me but you should be a better sales person and give me other options in a nice way if you thought I couldnt afford it, and who are you to judge me based on my appearance? I am totally insulted!!!

The worst company I have to deal with. No wonder their stock has been steadily plummeting.Had a shipment from Michigan. The driver approaches our building every day ( gated complex in Lancaster) and doesn’t even bother to either call the office so the gates are opened or myself so I could open the gates.I called and begged them just to give me a call once here; I am always at home due to my condition and I would open the gates, the answer? “ We don’t provide such service”. So if you live in a gated complex these folks have no conscious and the drivers just “do their job”, no one cares.The driver keeps marking “ business closed”Unconscionable humans.

Ive came to this FedEx to ship out a package with dog tags for a funeral weight nomore then 3 pounds. thinking that my packaged was in good hands. NEXT thing I get an invoice saying my package was weighted at 35POUNDS . thats so ridiculous over a couple of dog tags for funeral. their over charging me I called the corporate several many times, they said I was wrong and they were right. But I know what package i sent out and how big or heavy it was, Im very upset with FedEx. Didnt even acknowledge that they were wrong in their end. Very bad experience with them dont think Ill never come back unless they fix the wrong invoice other then that it feels like their stealing from me.... Dont recommend this place.....

Of every package to go missing in transit or to be misdelivered and sent to another address, the friendly faces at the FedEx Shipping Center are always the ones behind it! Last time I ever dealt with the terrible company they said the gift I had delivered to the apartment for my girlfriend arrived and it never did. Called up the company to see if they dropped it off somewhere else and no one was able to confirm if the package was even on the delivery vehicle! And vest part, when I asked what to do about this, they told me I would have to provide proof to the shoppers so they could replace it, a limited edition item that is NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION. So I can easily say, if you dont care for your packages AT ALL, then you should definitely ship them through FedEx!

Bad, very rude children. Charges 10 dollars for two copies then says we will issue the difference back. Makes no sense what they are doing but they sure are rude. No posting or notice given we will charge you a greater amount. Seems very shady....

Service was amazing and Fred was wonderful. It takes time to fill out the form and he shows an interest in the people he is serving while the form is being completed. He asks questions and finds a commonality. Then shows an interest in the customer due to the commonality. Makes the time pass quickly.

Bad customer service!!! I went in and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed without a greeting. They were not busy, slow day and the employee was unfriendly and just seemed like he didnt care to provide help. I left the store without doing business because of the lack of customer service.

Employees stood nearby idly while I attempted to wrangle a large, heavy box through the swinging door without handicap access. The important discussion they were having? Griping publicly about their work environment. When I finally made it to the counter, I still had to wait for service. Lazy.

This place is usually pretty good. Nice friendly people. I would have given it 5 stars but I was surprised at my last interaction. I called and asked if they had a public notary. The person on the phone said they did so I showed up with a document to be notarized. I was told the notary wasnt in that day. That would have been good info when I called.

Staff was very friendly and helpful to all the customers I saw pass through. There were only 2 self serve printers, which isnt many. The printing software is slow and clunky, but thats the same at all the fedex locations. Love the self serve ability, but thats a huge complaint of mine.

Went in for a simple lamination of badge cards. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He wanted to use a lamination pouch that had no badge clip hole. I told him, do you have a hole puncher for that type of clip? He said no only round. I said, thats not going to work. He said, sorry that all we have. I said how could that be? He said, I dont know what to tell you, people steal stuff. This guy had no intrest in helping the customer. Although it doesnt surprise me. Thats the general level of costumer service I get here. I dont understand, if your going to have this type of employees, why open a business at all. Bring on the rebots! Let do away with these sad sacks that hate customers.

Quick experience getting my package on time. Ive only used this to send and recover one package but the workers were very kind enough to help me learn how to check my package and see if it has arrived and if the person has received it. Would recommend

Super slow service. FEDEX KINKOS Employees walk around in back and pretend you dont care while only one or two people work the counter. Its probably the boss or manager too who has yet to help a customer while i have visited. I have photos on my cell of an employee talking on the phone for 15 mins while i waited. They talked about the same thing over and over. I thought it was code for what are you doing tonight, where are we partying, whos all going? It Takes about 3-5 minutes per customer, wait times are crazy slow. UPS is so much faster and they have 4-5 registers. Never have to wait at UPS. I Never go to FEDEX unless i have to.

Sunday morning 0930 hours. 1 employee in store may be the manager. Gives an elderly black man condescending attitude about making copies on his own but since he was on his cell phone etc etc. Shut the f up and just do work. Then he refuses to take back my return item with prepaid shipping labels because the cardboard box they came in is falling apart. I say well can I just tape it? He says no. You need to buy a new box or put in a different one. I see why the previous reviews all said negative things about the manager and give this place 1 star.

Don’t go here take your business somewhere else went there in the morning, was waiting in line only one employee was doing all the work I asume she was a regular employee because she had a uniform the other lady wasn’t wearing a uniform I assume she was a manager or something she was wearing her normal clothes.She was a older African American lady very rude I guess since she isn’t a regular employee she doesn’t get to wear a uniform or get to do anything and that included helping customers..When It was my turn and asked a question since the regular employee was super busy doing everything else, The lady with no uniform asked what I needed and she came across very rude and unprofessional!!

I work in the Prop & Art Dept in the Film Industry, so Ive been a regular frequent Kinkos customer for years... actually from the very beginning of the company... and have used various Kinkos all over the greater LA area (Marina del Rey, Hollywood, Burbank, etc.) and this store (Palmdale) has the BEST Customer Service and Support Team of them all. Only thing I miss is the 24/7 hours they used to have before linking up with FedEx. Dont know who the people below spoke with, but Ive always been treated with respect and dealt with patient helpful people at the sales counter.

Horrible customer service.Place empty still had me wait. Once they finally serviced me the person didn’t know how to scan packages so I couldn’t send out my return.Called to get help none was offered. Said the only way they could take a package was to scan it and they don’t know why the scanner won’t work.Places like this need to be shut down they help no one and take up resources that other real businesses need.Get new employees or move out of the area so a real business can move in stop taking up space.

People from here don’t want to help you out at all they always ignore you, you are standing by the printer and you ask for help they just tell you follow the instructions but it’s still not letting me print and keep asking for help and the guy just said that I didn’t know how to do the things and ignore me and walks away and there where important papers I had to print they are always rude here in this fed ex they don’t like to do there work and help out ppl palmdale ca next to the mall

I find it in bad taste that timer that FedEx used was a very fast one, my timer showed a 30 second laps yet your system showed over a minute and then I was finished I tried to stop so the clock would stop but the system kept not allowing me to end an that was costing me money. I will not use your system in the future or recommend you.
