This FedEx store is a joke. Eric told me that I had to put these tires inside a box to ship or they wouldn’t take it. Just spoke to a fedex driver outside and said it not required to put on a box. I really hate this place. I even ask to see a police for a tire that need to be in a shipping box and they failed to show. Eric should be looking for a new job

I received excellent customer service at the Lakewood location. Torie assisted me with a fax. I didnt even have to ask for help, he approached me and asked if I needed help. Torie took care of everything and this is not the first time he has assisted me. This gentleman has great customer service skills.

The Assistant Manager Steve seem to think that its ok for the employees to give false information regarding the supplies that they had in stock. When I spoke to Steve who is (Asst.. Manager) he said that he was not able to give out the district managers information and most of the signs are old and are no longer up-to-date. Outside of being rude and short tempered staffed seems to enjoy standing around doing nothing.

I was trading in a device and it included free shipping. There was no line when I got there and I was greeted right away. Awesome service by this young guy who really knew his stuff (including that it’s the 3rd largest Fedex shop and that it used to be a bank 10 years ago). Also helped my wife print out a shipping label and package up her phone as a trade in as well. Thanks for the kind and quick help!

They have a 7pm cutoff for overnight, West Coast. Its a convenient location, staff is friendly, they have the packaging I need to ship in stock about 99.9% of the time. Havent had anything lost here that Ive shipped. The most reliable and latest pickup times compared to their competitor.

This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Dont dare ask or attempt to ask the staff to do thier jobs, you are met with poor attitudes and eye rolls. I stood at the counter to ask to print a document and Adrianna did not even acknowledge my presence, okay she did look my way, but said nothing like well be with you in a moment, nothing. I would post the ladys name that did eventually help me but she was not wearing a name tag. When I told her what I needed, she had the nerve to look in the direction of the self copy machines area as if to imply I could do it myself, which I absolutely can however you have 3 copy machines, one of which is out of order and the other 2 are being used by people that are copying tons of paperwork, I need 2 pages printed & I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. Ladies, gentleman find another job if you do not like this one. ***FED EX HEADQUARTERS ** what happened to customer service with a smile?

Ridiculous prices!!!Was originally quoted in-person today for a colorized 8x10 black & white photo at around $88 (w/ the best print paper available)...then was called later in the afternoon (after the third-party contractor looked at it) and told $350.I will never return to a FedEx Print Shop!

Great customer service!!!! I have visited this location several times for blueprints and they come through every time. Gisselle has helped me the majority of the time. She is courteous, friendly and always willing to help no matter how busy she is. I highly recommend this location.

This FedEx print has always been mediocre for customer service. Occasionally there has been employees that have been extra helpful. I can only assume they do not work at this location any longer. It seems their service just took a turn for the worst. An employee named Christa or something like that.I could not understand her when she answered the phone. After answering on the 15 or 16th ring she answered in a way I could not understand her name. I asked her about my order and she put me on a short hold and came back and said it is not ready. I asked when it would be ready. Another hold. She came back and said 8:00 p.m. I said I put the order in yesterday at 3 pm. When I asked for clarification, she put me on hold and came back and said it will be worked on next.Then the fast talking Christa said very slowly in a sarcastic tone Thank you for your patientsChrista or whatever her name is must be in charge of loosing customers. Congratulations! Mission accomplished. I am done

Lazy, stupid, untrained - one clerk-Will didnt know how to troubleshoot a basic black and white printer but instead he stood there in the middle of the store like a toddler dancing and singing at nursery school - if I wasnt so angry I would have felt sorry for the guy. 1/2 hour wasted for nothing. I contacted the District Manager but he really couldnt be bothered.

Horrible service. Staff is rude and refused to deliver my packages because I didnt use regular boxes. All I had was some USPS boxes and manager threatened to keep my boxes in the lost and found if I didnt come pick up my packages or paid for boxes.

We needed basic help on how to size on photo shop( Make a picture fit a page) Both clerks working did not know how to help us. They said they COULD NOT do it in full service printing because printer did not work. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR YOUR STAFF ( They should know how to help customers, this was a basic task) DONT GO HERE!!! UPDATE Nov 2019:Had a MUCH BETTER experience. I had to cone in to make a copy and found the place flooded with BRAND NEW employees. Time will tell but, Diego was very nice and even though we couldnt get print and go (It is a problematic program) to work for me, he was attentive, apologetic and helpful. Will update again in a couple of months...lets hope the trend continues.Sept 2019:It doesnt matter what day, what time of day, or what time of year. The customer service at this location is abysmal. Typically, when there is a customer standing at a counter, in any bussiness, it is customary to acknowledge the presence of the customer. It is in the best interest of the bussiness to make thier patrons feel welcome and and at the very least seen. Not here... No eye contact is made, not even when youre being helped. This location also appears to be slowly succumbing to entropy. In the last 3 times was more and more machines were broken and not repaired. This last trip not only was the software in the printers not working properly but, all of the computers where down. This was a new addition to the broken color printer and paper cutter for the times before. So, dont bother. Go to Staples!!! I REPEAT HEAD TO STAPLES!!! Fedex is a shipping company and has no bussiness trying to run a duplication center.

Its not that I hated the place. Its what I saw in the parking lot of this location. At 7:40pm on this day a fedex delivery guy loading his van. Some packages fell off his dolly so he picks that and everything up and throws them all into the van. Breakable or not he shouldnt be so careless of the handling the packages

Distasteful staff and poor service skills. First, the employee at the counter mentioned that I could not ship my package because it was in a shoe box. Fine, walked out to grab another box to meet whatever standards Fedex has. As I started to open up and put my package on a new box, the employee and so-called manager said I couldn’t ship either because it was a box from USPS. The employee used the Coke-Pepsi analogy but the analogy does not function in the same manner as a shipping box by definition is “a shipping container made of corrugated fiberboard”. By definition, any box can be used for shipping. The manager does not realize that any lettering can be covered up with special tape and the box can be used to ship my product. Unacceptable.

I went to my nearest fedex office print store to make photo copies on 3/4/19 best customer service on the floor much appreciated. However 3/5/19 went to the same store for fax service which in my opinion is way to pricy and did not revive the same customer service. Young lady behind the counter very unhelpful. I asked another young lady if there was a manager I could speek with. Not at this office is what I was told. Customer service behind the counter at Lakewood and south is horrible.

Yesterday, I had my scanner scales to pack at this location, and it took them almost one hour to finish. Two boxes with foam cost me 54 dollars. When I was waiting there, they asked do I need help, but they didnt mean to help. One of their employee took the empty cart in front of me, and I had to get another one near the entrance.

The worst service, the girl was despotic...and answered with anger, she treated us as if we were asking for money. It was just a shipment.
