I would give 10 stars if I could. We needed to print some pictures and I was already dreading the sheer amount of pages. Carlos was a savior and a huge help, incredibly patient and resourceful! Carlos, you have no idea how much your kindness meant to us. Bless your heart.

We were having technical difficulties with our printers in the office and needed to do an urgent 600 piece order. Alvin at Fedex Office came to the rescue and helped us get this order printed urgently. He offered great customer service and was so helpful! Incompetent. Promised me next day delivery on a very important package and then failed to send it out in time for that to be done. Wound up stopping my loved one from receiving an incredibly important package before it was too late to be helpful. Also failed to file it in a way where I could get a refund from FedEx corporate. I wouldnt trust these idiots with a pet rock, much less anything you actually care about arriving on time, and will never use FedEx again in any capacity due to how awful this experience was. Am now out $80 for a package that would have been delivered properly for less at any other postal service.

Avoid this location. Bald worker incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. wouldn’t accept packages that I then had to take to another FedEx location out of my way, who were happy to accept.

I have been to many FedEx Office locations throughout California. Some of the employees are hard to deal with. This store is exceptional and Alvin, who may be the manager there (or should be if he isnt) was fantastic. Super friendly, super helpful, and came up with a clever solution to handle a complex shipping task for me. I will return to this location and to work with Alvin for all of my shipping needs. Great guy!

The staff at this location was pretty helpful and friendly. And it is the smallest FedEx Ship site Ive seen. The worst part about this location is the parking. Its in a packed strip mall shopping area where the parking spots all seem to be for compact cars. I only went to ship something so I didnt use the other services.

Employees and patrons were very rude.One employee was right behind me, less than 2 ft away, and he yelled extremely loud in my ear replying to another employee across the room. I jumped because he scared me and moved immediately, and a patron laughs as if it were funny. My ear still hurts as I’m sitting here writing this review.I asked another employee for change and, also asked for a Kinko card. After the transaction he just drops my money in my hand and walked away. Didn’t count it or tell me how much change was due. Just rude.My encounter with a customer wasn’t pleasant either. All machines were occupied and I go over to 1 that I thought was no longer in use and the customer literally yells at me like I’m an animal, “we’re still using that, we’re still using that!” I told him he didn’t have to scream and walked away.I was the only black person there and they were very cold and unwelcoming to me as if they didn’t want me there, but all other customers who weren’t black were greeted warmly and treated very nice by the employees, asking customers if they needed help with anything.

The worst FedEx office and I gave it multiple chances! Extremely slow and the staff especially this middle aged guy over the counter knows nothing. He always is looking for supervisor since he can’t do a basic task such as scanning an already labeled package.Don’t get me wrong I think FedEx is awesome with its services but NOT this one in Sherman oaks. I’d recommend going to other FedEx locations such as Encino or van nuys who are great, knowledgeable and save you time and your day.

I spent hours and multiple days here copying things for work. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is an upbeat place mainly because of a manager name Alvin. Highly recommend going there for all your shipping and office needs.

This place is a scam, and their manager George is the worst person. I came in with a prepaid shipping label and a box, they won’t ship it because they think the box is not good enough which is a total lie. They said that because a new box charges 17 dollars. I took my box to dickens box(1 minute drive) and they didn’t ask a thing and even packaged my box (which cost 4 dollars here to buy a tape). Avoid this place.

Its crazy how shady this FedEx is and how they employ people with shady tactics. I was just trying to drop off a package and he said we cant accept your package unless you allow us to pack it more for 5 dollars. Its just documents and I wanted him to accept it but he said its a liability issue. I dropped it off to the FedEx in Glendale and they actually laughed saying he was going to pocket the money. Employees name is Allister. Fedex please do something!

Worst place avoid it office!!!!Stupid people working there!!!They lost my title because of it I lost my deal!!!Carlos lost my envelope after a week of searching and he was run me by the circle he said me call to this number call to that number after when I lost 4 hours he found my package and mailed it by wrong address . Our print job done here was second to none. The staff were extremely kind & patient. A manager named Jack took on my project, gave me a personalized quote given the nature of the job (which saved me lots of money), was super attentive, communicated with me every step of the way. Can’t say enough great things about this store. I was in a bind for getting some papers printed and bound in a folder this past Wednesday morning for a conference. Tg was working at the time, and she quickly was able to find me an in-store folder for my documents, and also get me a better quality paper for the print.She walked me through the process of getting the documents extracted from my USB drive, printed and the quantity needed, and then all stapled, bound and organized in a blue folder. All of this took about 10 minutes and I was even able to go step out for a coffee while she got it done. Way beyond my expectations in the way of service and experience!Definitely coming back here for all my copy and business needs, 10 out of 10 stars!

Horrible experience. When I got there on a Sunday there was only person working - which can be fine but the guy on shift was absolutely clueless. Actually, so clueless he had no idea how to print a picture for a customer. Why would you let someone work alone on a shift when they dont know what theyre doing. When it finally came to our turn - the employee had us buy a HUGE box for sending just a couple items. So unnecessary and we definitely over paid because of that. We could have (and should have) left / take our items elsewhere but we waited so long and just wanted our package sent out. Will not be coming back here.

Went here to get 24-hour business cards. You have to magically know you can only put the files on a flash drive and cant get your files any other way. I was told my cards should be ready in 24 hours and they would call me. after 48 hours I called them to learn the cards were ready. For $75 I got the cheapest looking business cards possible. Of course, i didnt know they would turn out like this because they didnt show me any sort of a sample. For $30, a local printer by my apartment did a better job. Would definitely not recommend for business cards.

The parking here can be challenging. The spots in the lot are too small so about 1/3 of the parking spots stay empty because the cars parked in either side are too far over.There was no wait when I was there at around 1:00pm. I asked for some help with something related to European VAT and the person kept repeating the part Is already knew and seemed to not hear my request. I got my scan receipt for my prepaid label but left frustrated that I wasn’t able to get the help I wanted.

Never thought I’d leave a review for FedEx but man, these guys rock. Just all around good vibes when you walk in. Everyone is friendly and greets you. Hunter, nice gentleman at the front helped print something for me and even spotted me the 37 cents. Small gesture but goes a long way. Promote that man and keep hiring great people!

Came to print a document. They told us the self-print was the cheapest way to get our stuff printed. The self print said $0.50, but when I apple paid, they charged me $10. They were closing down and I noticed as I sat back in my car. This place is a rip off! Shady business, FedEx head office needs to be notified.

I went here to print & fax some documents, the printing went fine. When I went to fax the documents the fax machine they had for customers to use refused to send my fax. I waited 30 minutes while it connected, I finally decided to wait in the LONG line to ask for help and the older lady at the counter was just like yeah if its a federal document it may take a while. 30 minutes though?!?! She was NO help sent me back to the fax machine. I tried again and waited about 15 more minutes and finally Danny came and asked if I needed any help. He then took my papers and faxed them behind the counter which took a total of 5 minutes! I would still be there if it wasnt for him. Maybe FedEx needs to train their other staff members in some customer service because I should have NOT had to wait 45 minutes before someone genuinely wanted to help me.

I have been waiting and waiting for my local FedEx to reopen. The convenience cant be beat. But the employees already seem bored and listless. They mill about then vanish leaving one guy to ring up sales and do complex reprographic services. Their brand new self serve copiers will jam if you look at them sideways. Then you get the cryptic instructions on how you the customer get to figure out how to solve the angst of the machine.All would be forgiven if the damn place were open 24 hours.

The management in this store is a joke.1) the staff is overwhelmed when there’s more than 1 person in line to do anything.2) I brought in a box (originally shipped by fedex) and was told that it did not meet their shipping requirements because it was dented. I said “it’s your box” and the response was “yeah, but we can’t ship it like that.” Instead of doing what a multi-billion dollar company should do (give me a new one) the offer was for me to buy filling for the box to remove the dent.There are plenty of other good fedex options to ship from. Alex was the most helpful Kinkos guy ive ever had. I stayed in there for four hours to try and make a last minute portfolio and business cards. He helped me through the whole thing and even corrected a spelling error on my business card AFTER he had printed them, and reprinted them for free.GO AND ASK FOR ALEX.

She didnt know if the package I was sending out was going to arrive at 4:30 PM EST or PST. I was sending from CA to FL. Also, she didnt bother to ask. Then her math skills. A package is covered up to $100. For every additional $100 added, I am charged $2 extra. I added $1000 total. She couldnt calculate it. $1000-$100 = $900. Now, to simplify, lets take out the zeros. We have 9 additional $100s. 9 times 2 is 18. Its $18. She also could have just asked someone.
