Sent meds on 6/14 from El dorado hills to Hawaii. The clerk used the wrong zip code, and instead of going to Hawaii it was never sent, still at airport in Sacramento as of 6/18. My wife is a diabetic and need this medication. Fed ex really screwed this up. Tried to call them got nothing but useless recordings. The package is in limbo. Going to file Small Claims to get my money back. This store sucks.

I usually drop off my prepaid packages and grab a receipt but today the printer was out of paper. I asked for help and the person who was available was extremely rude. His first question was why did you drop off the packages if you wanted a receipt? I explained that I usually get a receipt from the printer but it is out of paper. This is not the first time I do it and I have never had a problem obtaining a receipt. He begrudgingly helped me and then said that maybe the printer didnt have paper. I said three times that the reason why I needed help was because the printer was out of paper. I just wanted his help getting the paper replaced. At this point I was so mad but I needed the receipt so I asked again to get me the receipt and he finally did. It was very upsetting.

Know when you return a package shipped from Fed Ex this store won’t ship the return without charging you $4 for packing. Really?! This box came to me from Fed Ex! Very unprofessional of this store. There was nothing wrong with the box and contents, ‘it’s their store’s policy’. Frustrating!

I’ve been in this FedEx store multiple times. They aren’t usually super busy and I can be in and out fairly quickly.There are times that I come in and even though someone may shout out a “welcome in”, they may not be even looking my way. Not terribly personable.But once I’m being helped, the staff is helpful and courteous.Parking is a bit precarious in this shopping center. The parking spaces are super tiny and usually quite full.

For what could have been a better FedEx Experience, today was surely not one of them, i brought in a couple large boxes for return from a local retailer, and when i walked in this Saturday morning, an oriental lady, by the name of Dorian, called my boxes Gnarly in a rather....condescending way, and was criticizing my tape job, which to me, was quite good as i covered all corners and ridges. Instead of those comments, she could have added that We could surely help you make the boxes more secure or something of that nature but instead had to put me down for something that i do every full moon. Will not be returning to this FedEx in El Dorado hills even if it was the last FedEx location standing.4/13/2024 11:30AM

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Angela at the El Dorado Hills location. I needed some brochures printed and had some problems getting them printed and quick turnaround. I called the store, explained the situation.I live out of state and needed to get those printed to be picked up. I couldnt come in to view in person. Angela really went the extra mile printing a proof, suggesting edits, allowing me to resend and then sending me a proof. They had my order done same day and ready for pickup. Angela you are a blessing, and saved the day for us. I wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed. Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff. I came to send an envelope with return label printed and included in shipping. One person was not able to find regular standard envelope for me to use; another said I cant print return label, but then changed her mind and pointed to the computer; Third person was sent to help me to print the label, but when I asked him if it is possible to change the shipping date on the return label, his answer was you can not use the same label for both directions - what?? he even wasnt capable to understand the question🤦‍♀️. Just waste of time there, better go to another place. Two stars because they somehow tried to do something, despite being incompetent.

The manager, Tobra, is always so kind and helpful! I have printed several booklets here and the quality is great! They were also able to meet my short deadline and completed everything same day. I highly recommend this location for your printing needs. They will definitely take care of you!I recently printed an outdoor banner and multiple flyers for an expo event. It was a very positive experience! We had a short deadline and Angela was a huge help getting everything printed in time. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt like she really cared about my needs! Not only did I receive great customer service, but the printed products we ordered turned out wonderful!

I came in needing to get a simple return label printed and I normally am helped with cutting it and putting tape on the package and everyone is normally very kind. But the woman “helping” me today told me basically to leave when I asked if I could cut it and that I needed tape. She practically scoffed at me for requiring these things. She was an older lady with short gray hair and made me feel like I was asking her to do the most with such a simple ask. I left feeling very dissatisfied. The taller woman working seemed to be much nicer but was busy with other customers.
