Went in here for a print operation recently, and they were very thorough and listening to the details of how I wanted my prints executed. Charles & Cris and the other gentleman were very friendly and helped me get exactly what I needed done and the prints came out great for not too much. Would recommend.

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing, only what I needed to get done... They took the stress right out of my file copy and transfer job and explained it all in such a way that I am confident I can do it all myself next time!

I placed an online order for funeral cards 9/21/22 and they were ready promptly less than 24 hrs 9/22/2022. The website was so user friendly and efficient. I was so worried that my doc wouldnt translate well. But to my surprise they were perfect. I wanted to cry, they made a difficult time easy. This is the 3rd funeral that I have purchased these postcards and they have been perfect every time. I use this store for other things as well to ship things etc. This location has good customer service, and are professional. Very pleased customer

We had a construction job near this location; our field personnel inadvertently forgot to bring along a deal-breaker document. Rather than eat a 4-5 hour round trip mobilization and lose precious field time, I elected to have it printed at a location where it could be picked up quickly by field staff. Mike answered the phone at FedEx, he was super friendly and helpful--made it so easy. He told me to email my document with instructions on what I wanted. Our 100+ page document was printed, assembled/bound, and ready for pick up in less than 20 minutes. Awesome! Thanks, Mike!

We are a frequent customer at this Seaside, Ca. Facility. Today I was having a good day!! Until I walked in! I ship from this location frequently until today!!! Store Manager; Angel was very rude!!! I wanted to ship a package to my Nephew at Langley Air Force Base Virginia. I am a spouse of an airline employee, I had all information on me but he walked away from helping me so I waited at the counter for him to tell me I needed more information!! I had my husband on FaceTime, he was getting ready for work n has a hour commute. Well I ended up just shipping w/ USPS with no hassle at all! I will not ship with Fedex in Seaside as long as that Store Manager Angel is there!!!!! I shouldn’t even have given a star. There’s always new employees never the same faces.

Norma and Raul were AWESOME!! 🧡👍👌💎💯IDK how people gave less than 5 stars, must have went in when they werent working.🤷‍♀️▪︎Norma helped me with an awesome print job and was super sweet. She went out of her way to handle my task. I didnt know wth I was doing. LoL▪︎Raul is very knowledgeable when it comes to phones and devices. I cant recall ever having a pleasant experience here. I think many of us have just come to expect that everyone who works here hates their life and a pleasant interaction is just not in store for us. I guess these employees dreams and aspirations of working behind a counter at a FedEx store location didnt end up being quite what they expected and now they are angry at the world? Or where they really wanted to work was the DMV but they were told they werent the right fit because they didnt have the right combination of insolence, brazenness, contemptuousness, and civility. In any case, as long as I can have my package for drop off accepted and scanned I could deal with a greeting that is anything but friendly. I mean, Im a self-assured individual but this place makes me second guess myself when Im asked would you like a receipt? Im almost afraid to say yes and when I do I can just see the anguish in their face as they fight every single fiber in their body to not roll their eyes at me.Anyway, if you ever wondered what it would take for one of these already unhinged employees to go off the deep end, knock on the door a few minutes after they should be open in the morning. Ive worked in customer service, hated it. Customers knocking on the door at Macys 5 minutes before were suppose to be open made me cringe, customers knocking on the door when were suppose to be open, well, thats a whole different story because were on their time now. Actually, back then I would have accepted 5 minutes early because I would have considered the possibility that their watch was fast (not everyone had a cell phone.) I guess this kind of mentality enabled me to move on to bigger and better things and not feel trapped in a job I completely detested. Back to my experience today, Norma greeted me with are you in a hurry or something!? and that was the least confrontational thing she said to me during our interaction. I mean, what could I say, I was in a hurry... obviously. I was instructed by her to learn to be more patient, a few minutes of waiting outside for her to decide to open up the store wasnt going to kill me. Meanwhile, Im thinking if this FedEx location is so Laissez-faire with their employees, why are they all so miserable? Sounds like store hours are up to them, not whats posted on the door. I wish I could tell myself that she was jaded by difficult customers earlier in the day but that just was not the case here.In hindsight as soon as she started berating me I should have left with my package to the FedEx location in Ryan Ranch or Salinas but at the moment I was more concerned about making it to work on time. Which, I did but all of the good parking was taken. Longer walk to work gave me more time to file my complaint over the phone with FedEx. Now Im just irked by the fact that she knows where I live.If my package goes missing at least I have my receipt (thank god for small miracles!)Earlier this week my husband was rushed out of this location when he was trying to drop off a package because the employee needed to go to lunch and close the store for an hour. This should have been a red flag.If your intention is to go to this FedEx store location, the hours posted are loose guidelines. They may or may not be open based on the employee.

No way to put ZERO STARS?! Went into store without my fedex account #. The clerk, a young woman with long brown hair, told me there was no way she coud help me get the account number! I explained: wait. I am a FedEx customer, with a FedEx account number, in a FedEx store. Youre telling me theres no way you can look up my account? She looked in the store computer and said she couldnt find it and that I would have to call customer service, maybe they could help me. I didnt have my cell phone at the moment and I could not use their phone in the store! Crazy. I had to come back to my office to get the account number. Needless to say, I will never use the Seaside store again. Talk about not helping your customer...this was the best example of terrible customer service ever. Hugely inconvenient. I then called customer service at fedex and they told me she should have been able to help with this, and apologized profusely.

Terrible customer service, Samantha couldnt be bothered. A smile let alone good service would be great to find here, but no. Even with no one in the store I was ignored. Monterey excels at customer service!!! Ill go there from now on!
