I am writing to highlight the exceptional service provided by Cherisse at this FedEx Kinkos on the 9000 block of Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills. Recently, Cherisse demonstrated exemplary problem-solving skills and leadership potential under pressure. When my USB drive was initially deemed “unreadable” by other staff members, Cherisse took the initiative to successfully access and print the files needed for a crucial job fair the following day. She not only resolved the technical issue but also managed to efficiently multitask, handling another customers print job simultaneously.With over 30 years of experience in public and customer service, I recognize Cherisse as not only an outstanding employee but also as someone possessing strong leadership qualities. I came this evening to do a full service printing and Ari helped me out. It was a very last minute but very important book that we needed for our company tomorrow. He was so kind, we spoke on the phone and he answered all my questions and asked me to come to help me out further. I will be coming back here, their printing services are amazing and their customer service is on point!

This FEDEX store lacks leadership, organization and processes that are required to meet today’s business demands. I spent over 30 minutes in line while the employees waited in their own lines to use company computers. There was total disregard for the customer experience and no effort in demonstrating any consideration for wasting their customers time. I could have grown a mature plant from the seed during this visit.

Sandra says she is the managers assistant.I asked where the manager is and no boo...I dont understand how Fedex pays thesepeople who walk around without working likethe manager who There is not.in any case Sandra is rude,arrogant and inappropriateto work in this Fedexis arrogant towards everyone,I hope Fedex sends her home.

As soon as I walked in the door, Len yelled “Ma’am!” from across the room, then he scurried over to me, and told me that I had to leave right that moment because they were closed. I asked what time it was. Len said, “8!” I asked what time they closed. Len said, “8!” I said that I needed to make 5 prints from their computer. Len said, “If you can make them in 1 minute.” I said that I could. Len said, we’re closed, and I want to leave on time!” I asked if there were any other branches open past eigh…. Len said, “No!” I asked what his name was. Len said, “My name is Len!” I said, “Thank you, Len,” and walked out the door. The hours are regularly changing; it’s difficult to keep track of when they’re open/closed.

Horrible service, they’re 3 or 4 employees and only one helps you out at the register. The rest just look around or walk around. I even asked if I could drop off a quick return, they all looked at each other and didn’t do anything. So I left. The one cashier who was helping for a big shipment asked for helped but no help arrived. They need to hire more people and train them. I’ve been in this place a few time and they always had someone new working. That just says how bad the management is.

Well theyre conveniently located and they have parking but theyre also chronically understaffed and generally in disarray.

No negative things to say! Super clean very relaxed environment! The best fed ex I’ve been to. One of the employees helped me and guided me to better option for printing thank you!!! This is my new fedex !
