2024-03-10 15:28:22This has been and is my office away from my office. Used their computers, printer, faxes, etc. Everything works fine and Scott and, staff helpful, courteous and professional. Love this place!Thank you FedEx Kinkos for being there!!!

2022-11-05 19:44:08Walked in to ship two heavy boxes the other day. Was immediately asked if I needed help by an authentic looking gentleman who also offered to print out the shipping labels and to asked if I wanted to use the cart to bring boxes in. Very considerate of him. Then Zoe was taking care of packing boxes and all the rest. Very sweet and professional lady. I was done in less than 10 minutes and had a very pleasant experience with this place. Thank you and will surely be coming again!

2023-05-31 22:36:49NOT HELPFUL FOR SHIPPING WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS NEEDSUsed this location to ship multiple big boxes out of state for a business event .. after a hour we have managed to ship 9/13 after MULTIPLE attempts .. we’ve even had to change our pickup location due to first location not being able to handle larger sized packages (or that’s what I was told by the associate)I’ve swiped 2 business cards any where from 3-5 times each at 3 different computers between associates, assistant store manager & senior employees no one can produce an answer as to why it takes so many card swipes & this duration of time to still fail ..As a shipping company where is the convenience? Why can’t you just take our money to perform the services you advertise.Single invoice was over $5,000 & now I am being forced to run a business card multiple times on multiple computers … NEVER AGAIN not even for personal use.Update: 1 hr 45 mins & still HEREI’ve now been FORCED into creating a shipping account with them to finish the last 3 boxes .. they will not be able to delete my account (including payment information)Under this account I had to process my card another 3 different timesMoral of this post13 boxes, 4 different receipts1 hour & 45 mins of technical issuesNEVER ISE FEDEX FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS THEY WILL DISAPPOINT

2023-08-21 21:37:04Putting a $10 hold on my card for a measly $1.20 photocopy job is ridiculous. What kind of cheapskate company needs to hold that much money for a copy that small. Why not just charge the exact amount chumps

2022-05-17 16:39:34I placed an online print order in April.FedEx emailed me a survey.I completed it and was sent a coupon code for $7 off.Based on that, I decided to use FedEx for my next online print order on 5/3/2022.But the coupon code did not work.I called FedEx, spoke to 3 people, no one could help me. But someone from FedEx would call back to help.I picked up the order. Juan, the store manager, could not help me because I placed the order online. All he could do was offer a discount on a future order.FedEx called me. They couldnt help me.Juan called me. He said he found a way to credit me for $8.90. Great. Problem solved.But 9 days later, the credit never came through.I called Juan at the store. He doesnt know why the credit didnt work. Hes unable to credit me. All he can offer is a future discount. He suggested I contact FedEx.I called FedEx and spent almost 30 minutes being transferred to various people and put on hold.Bob at FedEx ultimately said he could not help me. And that no one at FedEx could help me. But he spoke to Juan and if I drive to the store, somehow now Juan can help me. I asked, is he going to hand me $7? Bob didnt know. But if I drive to the store, I will find out!So basically FedEx either gave me a bogus coupon code to get me to order. Or the system failed. In either case, its FedExs fault. Yet somehow no one in this huge international company can credit my CC back for the $7. In 2022. With all of the technology at our disposal. FedEx customer service cant do it. The local store cant do it.REALLY???And now Juan has contacted me telling me if I drive to the store, he can credit me for $7. Even though he couldnt do that the day I picked up the order because I paid online. He was condescending on the phone telling me that because of the survey I completed he has to go through training and that I know the $7 is very important to you.FedEx sent me another survey for the May order and I now have the same coupon code for $7 off on my next order. My guess is that it wont work. But why would I even do business with FedEx again after all this nonsense?

2021-02-26 01:36:28Yup as many have stated before, The tall old man with white long hair acts like he is very put out to do his job. Absolutely terrible customer service, and barks at me to stand back on the purple spot but when I came forward, he didnt move back. Also, refused to print my document and told me to use the computers. Manager was nice, but stay away from that dude.

2023-04-29 01:01:31Very poor customer service and energy from Rumi. He is this way every time I come here which isn’t often. I’m just gonna go ahead and assume his family runs the place because why else hasn’t this person been reprimanded?
