I stopped by this FedEx Office location to drop off a package to be shipped out. I already paid for the label ahead of time to speed up the process. I found parking easily in the front beause I came in the morning but this office is in a big plaza so youll find a parking spot here. The store is not that big but it works for the locations. I only spent like at most 5 minutes in the store because I walked in, went straight to the counter, the worker scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have stuff you can buy from the store if needed but I think its cheaper elsewhere.

Oh, where do I even begin with this FedEx location? Let me tell you, it deserves a big fat zero-star rating, but since Im limited to one star, Ill settle for that.The so-called manager, Brian Murphy, is a prime example of how NOT to treat customers. Ive never encountered such an infuriating individual in my life. Not only did he show me blatant disrespect, but Im willing to bet he treats other unsuspecting customers the same way.Picture this: I walk in, innocently asking about shipping my package, and what does Mr. Murphy have the audacity to say? He actually suggests that I should hop on a plane back to my own damn country and handle the shipping there! Can you believe it? I was left dumbfounded by his unprofessionalism and complete lack of decency.But wait, theres more! I decided to do some digging on the FedEx website and guess what I discovered? The price he quoted me was double the actual shipping cost listed online. Hows that for a rip-off? Its mind-boggling how someone can be so shamelessly dishonest.This whole experience has pushed me over the edge. The unprofessionalism, the disrespect, and the discrimination I faced here are simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this FedEx disaster. Find a location where they actually know how to treat customers with respect, because this one certainly doesnt.

Since the post office is closed on Sundays, i came to Fed Ex yesterday to ship my package that a customer ordered. The staff was very helpful in helping me spend as little money as possible. By slimming my packaging down, they helped me save about $20 on shipping. Thanks Fed Ex!

I’m not sure what’s going on at this FedEx location, but it is my opinion that the employees and management here could really use some customer relations training. I walked into this FedEx office to send out a package with a preprinted return label and to “mail” some paperwork to my company’s head office. I clearly caught the only woman working here at a bad time. It is also my opinion that she was not feeling well because she was acting as though she had a pretty bad cold. This is most likely the reason she was acting so awful towards me, so I will forgive her for her terrible attitude. The poor woman was very curt, almost rude as she asked me what was in the box I was sending out and she seemed impatient when I told her I also wanted to “mail” some documents. She then snapped at me saying, “This is not a post office, we do not mail things here” (At this point an image of a very sour faced Professor Snape [HP] immediately popped into my head) I told her, “I was only using the word mail as a generic term in this case, as in to send (a letter or package) from one location to a different location.” I then asked her again if I could send my documents through FedEx? I believe I’ve mailed things (oops! I used the wrong term again!) from this location before.” She again said, “This is not a post office, we do not mail things here! Go to the Post Office if you want to mail something! You can send it 1 day, 2 day or 3 day FedEx only!” She was getting very agitated at this point and she clearly did not understand what I was trying to communicate to her. I said, “2 day then and she slapped down an envelope and a form in front of me and said, “fill this out.” Feeling berated I slid the items back toward her and said, “Nope, I think I will take your advice and go to the Post Office, I believe they will be more helpful.” I’m sure she understood what I was trying to do. I wanted to send some paperwork through FedEx. I just kept using the wrong term (mail). I believe she was quite caught up in a vocabulary kerfuffle and could not let it go! I will never go to this FedEx location to send a package ever again.

If you need to fax papers do not go here! They charge $2.19 for the first page and $1.99 for the others. I had to fax 42 pages and didnt see the prices until I already hit send. I normally go to the UPS store and they only charge half that price. I will never go to Fedex again.

Rude staff. Totally irresponsible. Someone named Amy gave me wrong instructions to drop my overnight envelope. It was wrong bin. The envelope had 150,000 check and was still lying there next day! Didnt have courtesy to mail same day for free. Avoid this place.

All this place wants to do is repack your boxes and charge you additional. This location in particular is a problem. Go to the other one in Simi or better yet UPS.

I had to drop off some Directv equipment for return and Raquel was super helpful. Great staff.

Had to make copies, attandant was very nice and helpful.when I need their services, or products I will not hesitate to go back.
