Very busy location. Not enough staff! All employees are very understanding, patient and helpful. I did not get names unfortunately but the older gentleman and the miss wearing the hijab were professional and fast to make sure all customers were acknowledged if waiting to be serviced. They took the passport photo and printed them quickly. Took 1 star away because if you come at the wrong time you could be waiting a long time and thats a staffing issue not the employees themselves.

Did not feel welcoming at all. Staff were busy with some other work on their computers even though no customers were in the store. Have always experienced good customer service at other fedex locations but this one was an exception.

Great Office Center for Printing and shipping services (among others) located in a easily accessible spot with great parking, average customer service, and an impressive amount of services. Can get busy at times but go at a good hour and youll be fine. Read further for all services provided:[Services Provided]Here you can do the following things: Ship packages, Fax, Purchase shipping supplies and packages, use computers for internet access, use computers for printing documents from the web, print photos from your phone or a USB drive, and a few other services.[Location]This is a great location in a town center in Santa Clara. There is a movie theatre, restaurants, shopping, and much more. Its located a quick turnoff from highway 101. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, and ample lighting!In conclusion, I removed a star for average customer service and an average experience. Definitely will be returning here whenever I have office or shipping needs. Very efficient place.

FedEx Office, you will ALWAYS be kinkos to me! Regardless of what your name is, youve saved the day for me yet again with after-hours service. Super clean store, friendly staff and well-stocked with cool stuff to boot. Thanks again! Id say I owe you one but we both know its more like 100.

Delivery man never comes and lying “customer was not at home”.The delivery man for Santa Clara area is not doing his job. “Another attempt will be made” “customer is not at home”… all of these are lies. I sat at home all day long waiting for my package, yet no one came or left a note on my door. If you never attempt to deliver, why say the attempt failed?What makes things even worse is the customer service people don’t hold your package. They just ignore your call. I called them to hold my package and I’d pick it up myself, yet it was out for delivery again when I arrived at the facility the following day. Front desk man does nothing except for saying “idk what is going on””I cannot control”. Yea - they ignore their customers all the time, even we are trying to spend our time and gas to save their effort.

Terrible service, extremely slow, and not customer oriented at all. The manager wasnt helpful and was short tempered when asked a question; he wouldnt make eye contact and barked (not talked but raised his voice) at me. Terrible store, worse manager. Just rude and incompetent. Managers name is Angel.

Terrible staff! I stopped by to print my passport photo and ship my passport application. One of the staff member, Ana, said that she could not print the photo if we had the photo on a USB. We ran home and retuned to the store within a USB but she said she could not print them again. She said that she did not explain well the first time and we had to use a Fedex USB or take the photo at that location. We went to another Fedex location and the staff had no problem printing the passport from the USB we provided. We almost missed our deadline for our passport application due to lazy staff member who was making up excuses to avoid getting the job completed!

Lost my $40 shipment despite me scanning it and putting it in their drop bin. The other shipment that I dropped off on the same day made it fine and I received receipts for both shipments so its definitely an error on their part. Called and they said to file a claim online which was denied because they said they never received the package even though I have an emailed receipt showing I dropped it off and now I cant figure out how to forward the documentation showing I gave them the item because they dont give any email address and if I reply to their email it bounces. Guess Ill have to call them and spend another hour on the phone in addition to the 1-2 hours I already spent talking to them and the central location they transferred me to.

Not impressed with this FEDEX office. I travel for a living from business to business and have to use FEDEX almost weekly. I also have a business account. I have never had a problem shipping items in the 5 years traveling and shipping items. The Manager at this location needs some serious customer service skills badly. I beleieve is name was Angel. We never even got to the point of him knowing I had a business account. Went accross the freeway and had no issues shipping my item. He says the miniumum coverage for shipping an item is $1. I have never heard this before.
