Dropped a package off with a prepaid label. They said they never received the item and never scanned it in...I filed a claim, but that did nothing. As I result, I had to pay to replace the item. I dont know how you lose a package within your own facility. Never ever shipping with FedEx again if I can avoid it.

I wish I saw the reviews on here first. As I walk in, I see there’s 2 other customers and like 8 “employees” most of them being “Edgers” and asking personal questions trying to figure out where I live. And even though I already had an eBay printed out label on my box and all taped up they tried to charge me $15 more “because of weight” but said he’ll waive the fee if I gave him my number. Went to UPS within walking distance and helpful people there took care of a new label for me for $2 and couldn’t believe what had happened at FedEx.

Do not order from them, they were too lazy to bother delivering my order which is their job, they brought up the worst excuses ever. I literally had to ship it back to the company I bought it from and pay Ubers to get there to pick it up. They were also constantly changing the delivering time.

I recently visited this Fed X location to renew my passport. The staff was super helpful and tutored me through every step. The reason I decided to write this review (which I never do) is because near the end of the transaction I started to have an a fib attack. The manager, Chris, who was helping me, was incredible. He was super kind and worked with me to breeze in and out in a calm fashion. So if anyone at Fed X reads this Chris deserves a raise or a bonus or something! Thanks, Chris

Meron and David provided excellent customer service. We had a huge shipment to send out. They were knowledgeable, patient, and efficient while setting realistic expectations. On top of that, they were kind and had a great sense of humor.

I came here to get copies of some old family printed pictures and they did a great job. I dropped off the original photos and picked up the copies the next day. Ollie was very helpful. Good location with lots of parking.

Lady closing today(06/06/23) is Miserable.At 745 “just a reminder we close in 15 min” (understandable)But then at 755 “5 minutes guys”, and the printer im using runs out of paper, she spends the next bit of time very slowly getting paper and putting it in, and then as soon as she walks away“YOU GUYS HAVE TO BE OUT IN ONE MINUTE”I understand you close at 8 but there is NEVER a reason to rush a customer out especially in such a rude tone. Also i was waiting a solid 5 minutes for you to get paper and fill the machine, if she did this faster maybe I would have been gone but no, she decided to blame me for her faults.Dont work in an environment with customers if something as simple their presence 2 minutes after closing annoys you this much.

I have been using this facility for many, many years with no problems, but services here have severely declined. A few weeks ago, I stopped in on my way to a meeting to make some color copies. Two of the three self-service machines were broken, and the third being used by someone who looked like he was going to take a while. I asked the attendant if she could make some color copies for me, and she pointed to the self-service machines. I told her they both had out of order signs, so she told me to ask the gentleman on the third machine how long he would be. Of course his reply was that he would be a while. So I go back to the attendant and ask if she can make the copies, and she tells me that she can take an order for me to pick up later in the day. I told her I didnt understand - I have always been able to get copies as a walk-in. She said she that FedEx had changed their policy, and that they no longer provide copies to walk-ins, only for orders to be picked up later. What?? I was in disbelief and asked how long that policy had been in place. She said she didnt want to argue and the policy had been in place for a long time. I told her I had just gone to the other Burbank FedEx Office the week prior, and they made copies for me on the spot. She then suggested that I go there for my copies. What??? Going there was several miles out of my way, and would have made me late for my meeting. I could not believe that they would not make copies for me! She was rude and completely unhelpful. Even if such a policy exists, the fact that they had two self-service machines down should have prompted her to assist me. I called the FedEx Customer service line, and let them know what happened. They gave me a claim # and promised that someone would call me. Still waiting for the call. I guess Ill give my business to Office Depot instead.
