Staff here is excellent. Super friendly and patient with the customers in line. Dropping off or making a shipment here is super easy as they do carry all the boxes and supplies. I have never used their printing service here but they do have it here on site. They do DIY drop off here too.

Is it customary for FedEx drivers to park in handicap spaces for loading? This picture was taken 10/9/23 at 4:14pm in Torrance, CA (Hawthorne/Torrance Blvd). When I finished my haircut next door at 4:45pm the driver was still loading. I couldnt park in the handicap space because of this driver blocking it. Ended up having to use my cane instead of my wheelchair which was not good. Handicap spots arent commercial loading zones.

The staff here is patient and friendly with customers. Ive always have a pleasant experience with them. I cant believe some people on here complaining about having to wait for an indecisive customer, you can just drop off the package if you have a pre-printed label and dont want to wait.

Horrible in a few ways: the quality of the copier is very bad. The color in the copies came out very dull and noticeably poor in quality compared to even my cheap printer at home. On top of that, the employees are so busy behind the counter complaining loudly about their personal relationship problems that they intentionally ignore customers

After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but decided to give them a chance today - 11/25/18. The place was neat and tidy. The female employee was a very nice and helpful employee, but the gentleman was not as inviting/friendly. He was, however, helpful in getting my project done without any issues whatsoever. He showed me where I could find complimentary glue to affix my photo. That was nice of him. There were no attitudes from him, just a lack of enthusiastic customer service etiquette. I wouldn’t mind coming back here.

I go here to use the copier/scanner/printer. They are great. Easy to use and decent price.Basically this fedex is where I go to l when I need to print something.Sent a package from here once and the employees seemed nice.

I asked Jennifer for help and instead she told me that the instructions were on the wall pointing with her long fingernails and an attitude. I ended up paying more because she was “too busy” (or just standing there in front of her computer doing nothing). At the end, she asked me if it worked out. It obviously did, but it took a while. It would’ve been nice to have the helped I asked for. After all, isn’t helping customers her job?

Waited in line to drop of a package that already had a pre-printed label. One person behind the desk working with an indecisive customer who had half wrapped boxes and no labels. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes and finally the manager who was hiding in the back room comes out to assist. What is up with that? WEAK customer service.

Very bad customer service. Unprofessional and rude. The woman at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor and was hostile right after I approached her for envelopes.Some people greet customers with a smile on their face but unfortunately this one looked at me like I was bothering her because she had to hand me a few envelopes and after asking for a small one I changed my mind and asked for a different size and after that she also had to process two of my packages for which I did not have prepaid labels.It is not uncommon for bad service at Fedex Offices but the arrogance of this employee and the tone of her voice were just mind blowing.I am only hoping that it wont be much tolerance for rude people in customer service jobs anymore.

If youre returning a samsung tablet. They sale a special box to ship your tablet. I rather spend 9 dollar for the box than risking the tablet. Plus they will print and tape your box. Finger cross 🤞 my tablet arrives safely. So I can get my 600 dollar credit. =)

Came in to make a large amount of copies, use the self copier machine myself with a credit card and the machine was super fast, with in a moment I was done with my copies and paid a very low price. Took longer at the register the pay than what the copies took. The guy at the counter was very helpful and was talking to other people in a very professional manner .Easy, convenient and very fast service

The people that work here do seem more rude than most of the other Kinkos Ive been to. Also their printandgo station is always broken and theres only one at this location so I always have to go to the other store. This store is in a more convenient area than the other one on Hawthorne and Lomita but Ive been going to that location now.It seems like FedEx might not take great care of their store employees so maybe that why most of them seem to be grouchy : )~

A FedEx employee, driver was by the entrance without a face mask carrying a conversation. I mentioned that he was not wearing his face mask and he replied that he was not inside but he was by the entrance. I brought my concern to the employees that were inside the business and they said the same thing that he was outside the business. He was literary by the entrance. If employees can be without a face mask they need to be way further from the entrance.

Absolutely detest going to this FedEx location. Most staff is rude, testy, hangs up on phone, you can walk in to drop off package and 99.999 percent of the time, getting immediate service is lacking, even when no one is waiting. Saturday drop offs must be taken inside. FedEx Truck and cones placed in two spaces. They also keep the envelopes BEHIND the counter instead of helping yourself. And you must get in the long line just for any supplies. This place is abhorrent. Stay away at all costs.

Nice employees. Print and go system sucks. Sending your documents via email takes forever. The google drive option doesnt work. Spent close to an hour before getting my documents. I do not recommend!

Absolutely Rip Off!!! Don’t go or they will waste your time!!!I’d give zero star if I could have that option.I brought a package with prepaid shipping label for dropping off. And they asked me what’s in the box? And told them that a pair of shoe is in the box. Then they said inside of the box has to be stable which means the box can’t have any of empty space. They said that they will charge $3.99 for stabilize the package or I have to fix and bring it back again. I’ve been to several Fedex office to drop off my packages around Torrance / Gardena area and non of those places said such thing except this place. After that, I went to different location only 5mins away from this place and they didn’t even ask me what’s in the box and accepted my package. This place tried to charge and rip you off!!!

Every time I visit this location to send a package the representative attempts to force me to purchase a larger package or paper to line my package. Today I ended up walking our and drove to another fed ex store down the street, they happily send my package without the unnecessary add ons. Avoid the bait and switch at this store.

Spicydame is an idiot who has nothing good to say in any review. This place is great. Workers are friendly and helpful. If you arrive two minutes before pickup, then its going to be crowded.

Picked up prints and then had to do a lot of manual cutting, so I was able to hear the customer service for at least 20 customers, across two separate days, and was completely impressed with the staffs demeanor and helpfulness.

1438 on Saturday 11/28/18. Gaby is the best I’ve seen in a long time. She’s multitasked, gives you undivided attention, while still making contact with EVERY single person waiting, with all sincerity & a gentle Spirit. This is my favorite Fedex in LA! Ive been going to this location for my job since 2016 and I have a semi specific order I do there all the time and wont go anywhere else. They are awesome especially David! I highly recommend this place!

Exteremly rude gal I went to the store and I went to get some pictures printed and she said it was a lot of work and that the store was almost closed and had attitude. As well she said she had to do multiple transactions, felt like she was doing it for me to say never mind and in which I said nevermind cause I didnt like the service... NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. RUINED MY PLANS FOR THE GIFT I WAS MAKING!

Be very careful using their printers. It is set to color and the largest paper size setting so they can charge the maxium for every print job. Very shady.
