2024-03-24 02:03:41Staff here is excellent. Super friendly and patient with the customers in line. Dropping off or making a shipment here is super easy as they do carry all the boxes and supplies. I have never used their printing service here but they do have it here on site. They do DIY drop off here too.

2023-10-10 00:31:08Is it customary for FedEx drivers to park in handicap spaces for loading? This picture was taken 10/9/23 at 4:14pm in Torrance, CA (Hawthorne/Torrance Blvd). When I finished my haircut next door at 4:45pm the driver was still loading. I couldnt park in the handicap space because of this driver blocking it. Ended up having to use my cane instead of my wheelchair which was not good. Handicap spots arent commercial loading zones.

2023-10-07 23:44:00The staff here is patient and friendly with customers. Ive always have a pleasant experience with them. I cant believe some people on here complaining about having to wait for an indecisive customer, you can just drop off the package if you have a pre-printed label and dont want to wait.

2023-07-06 17:25:45Horrible in a few ways: the quality of the copier is very bad. The color in the copies came out very dull and noticeably poor in quality compared to even my cheap printer at home. On top of that, the employees are so busy behind the counter complaining loudly about their personal relationship problems that they intentionally ignore customers

2018-11-25 01:07:01After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive, but decided to give them a chance today - 11/25/18. The place was neat and tidy. The female employee was a very nice and helpful employee, but the gentleman was not as inviting/friendly. He was, however, helpful in getting my project done without any issues whatsoever. He showed me where I could find complimentary glue to affix my photo. That was nice of him. There were no attitudes from him, just a lack of enthusiastic customer service etiquette. I wouldn’t mind coming back here.

2023-07-14 04:05:44I go here to use the copier/scanner/printer. They are great. Easy to use and decent price.Basically this fedex is where I go to l when I need to print something.Sent a package from here once and the employees seemed nice.

2019-01-04 08:04:36I asked Jennifer for help and instead she told me that the instructions were on the wall pointing with her long fingernails and an attitude. I ended up paying more because she was “too busy” (or just standing there in front of her computer doing nothing). At the end, she asked me if it worked out. It obviously did, but it took a while. It would’ve been nice to have the helped I asked for. After all, isn’t helping customers her job?

2022-09-26 18:35:01Waited in line to drop of a package that already had a pre-printed label. One person behind the desk working with an indecisive customer who had half wrapped boxes and no labels. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes and finally the manager who was hiding in the back room comes out to assist. What is up with that? WEAK customer service.

2018-02-11 00:36:45Very bad customer service. Unprofessional and rude. The woman at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor and was hostile right after I approached her for envelopes.Some people greet customers with a smile on their face but unfortunately this one looked at me like I was bothering her because she had to hand me a few envelopes and after asking for a small one I changed my mind and asked for a different size and after that she also had to process two of my packages for which I did not have prepaid labels.It is not uncommon for bad service at Fedex Offices but the arrogance of this employee and the tone of her voice were just mind blowing.I am only hoping that it wont be much tolerance for rude people in customer service jobs anymore.
