Mark A and Mark S at this FedEx location were so helpful. I had to call ahead with a few questions before shipping two gifts (neither of which I had boxes for) and from the phone call to getting my items packed to the actual shipping, they were both kind and helpful. Thank you again!

I went to the store initially on 8/29 and spoke with Phillip who knew exactly how to best preserve my news article. He explained everything every step of the way and offered me a few options. He told me when the laminated article would be ready and it was done even a little earlier than projected. He was personable and easy to work with. Exceptional job!

Since 2020 this FedEx store hands down has been the best! Wish they were closer to the UCI campus but since I live around the corner I am lucky to be able to use them. There customer service from the employees to their managers and dealing with the bid center are completely awesome. For our department we had to print several items like banners, postcards, flyers, etc and from what I can remember the names, Mark, Phillip, a female manager, and couple other employees have been wonderful in helping, answering questions and giving me options and I can truly say that because I have gone to two other FedEx stores one closer to the Univeristy and did not receive the same kind of help nor options, then went to a second location same thing the help nor the customer service was there. So I am lucky I live around the corner to this FedEx location store and if anyone with a small business or as big as the UCI campus is they can the job fantastic, and get you great pricing! Highly recommend this location even if is a small drive. Thank you FedEx Goldewest St. location in HB and please dont change! :-)

Paying $90 for 2 medium size posters and they look horrible. Dont waste your money printing here. We thought they would look like the one we print out from VistaPrint since the prices are similar but turn out they look so ugly.

Ive always gone to this location for all of my last minute printing & faxing needs. Theyve always been super helpful each time - especially when I needed to have my daddys memorial handouts made. They made sure that the scanned picture had the best possible resolution for a more professional look. I even got a discount! When I came back weeks later for some prints of my daddys picture, it was still saved on their system. I liked that. Easy. Convenient. Professional. My go to for all my printing & faxing needs that I cant do from home AND theyre open 24hrs. Perfect for a night owl like me 😁

They should consider putting up a sign that states that the self printing center doesnt print color. I had to wait in line to figure out what was going on only to find out that I cant print color then I had to be refunded for the time that I was charged waiting in line which resulted in me waiting even longer. So annoying.

I like this place because its open 24-7, so in a pinch its a lifesaver. The prices for some things such as printing can be a bit high, mostly when you have a document with 95% or more of black ink, but a few select areas of color font, you pay full color price which makes it unrealistic for some documents. Besides that, Ive been very happy with this place. They have all the staples, tape, glue etc. that you may need available to use when youre trying to get that presentation or special resume put together in a hurry. Plus their restrooms are the cleanest Ive seen for any place open 24hrs.

Great service when I have to ship or pick up a package. Thus far I have had nothing but friendly, helpful and efficient service. I have had far too many delivery packages stolen from my front door in a heartbeat that no one in HB seems to be able to do anything about this increasing crime so, now I have my packages either delivered here or pick them up at the stores. What a shame how HBPD cant get a grip on this citys increasing crime. So grateful to this FedEx Office Shipping Center.

The lady who runs the poster plotters was extremely helpful and kind. She saved me and printed out 13 big posters for me in less than 2 hours!! The turnaround time is typically 1 day but I explained to her my situation and she’s did her absolute best! THANK YOU

I believe that anyone can do more than what the j.o.b description you get paid for demands! I can see why people feel the awkwardness vibes. I went in there at around 4pm and was never acknowledge by anyone in the shop!? Id never been here so first impression is important to me. Making my way around the shop and reading the signs I found what I needed, a copy machine. Machines there are straightforward and very user friendly so for that I gave it a 3 star rating. Staff needs improvements! A friendly reminder to all, we are all customers and or clients to someone, so might as well treat everyone with a kind gesture!

Needed resumes printed, had a pdf of it saved in my email. I emailed it to the store like the cashier said to, but she said it wouldnt open. I spent 20 minutes sending it over and over for her, and she said it must just be a weird file type. Um, no. If I had a printer I wouldve done it myself. Came back another day to make self service photo copies, absolutely easy breezy! Staff was great and checked to make sure I didnt need help. Guess it just depends on the day?

We inquire about how to send vitamins to Mexico they said just to pay the shipping, package was suppose to be deliver on the 19yesterday we got an email from a Mexican custom to provide permits for the vitamins and that we only have 3 days from the day our package was shipped which was on Saturday and new permits take 2 to 3 weeks to process or pay another 150 dollars shipping fee to get my package back when it was their employee negligence to inform me of such important requirement and all they said its a company policy the return fee, but also as a company with years and years of experience they should have known of such permits.you go to them because they have experience and they just want to scam you to get business paid 150 dollar in vitamins and they trying to scam us of 300 ofnjust shipping fees

I sent a check to Texas from California and it was time sensitive. Thus, I scheduled an overnight delivery, but it did not get there in time because of the weather in Texas (they had a snowstorm). I understood the situation, but I was still upset about the fact that I paid $70 just to send a piece of envelope for a purpose, but it was defeated. I went to the store to get help again, but no one seemed like they had solution to it. Seth then found me struggling and helped me with sympathy. He gave me a number to call and he felt my struggles. I didnt get my refund yet, but I really appreciated Seths help.

Self service is fine, but there is one trashy middle aged lady employee acting like she runs the place, very unwelcoming.Edited: after reading couple of other reviews I see that the same thing happened to other people, came in to have my resumes printed before and interview, lady at the front desk cant print it saying its not translating right where I have documents already in pdf format which opens fine on my phone, she keeps insisting its my problem, I ask if she can get someone else to try it for me, she gets butt hurt and starts ragin, very incompetent.

I came in for a passport photo. And I got exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. The staff were nice and helpful. The facility was clean and well kept.Parking is limited but its not usually busy.

Customer service here is awful. From the always-surly employee who groaned that my standard overnight package was too late for overnight delivery to the employee with a major attitude because I didnt refer to the shipping label as an airbill (seriously she couldnt have had more of an attitude...Get over yourself!!) and played dumb until I realized I was supposed to call it an airbill. Petty, unhappy employees who carry an attitude are not good for customer service anywhere.

Awful customer service. Every time Ive been there they have had an issue with my package; it rattles, Box isnt good enough.. I cant even tell if they are trying to up sell me or just too lazy to process my shipment. Finally get so frustrated I walk out.. Go straight to another FedEx, and no problem. Avoid this store at all cost, its not worth the few minutes time savings to go here; go out of your way to visit another store.

HUGE HEADACHE. They wouldnt release my package because only my Name on my ID matched the package. My ID has my home address, and I was shipping to my office. The employee said youd be surprised how many Fake IDs we get, yet they said I can bring a business card showing my name and office address. So FEDEX is willing to accept a business card that I could make and print out at home in under 5 minutes yet wont accept my valid CA ID? Can a FEDEX rep please fill me in on how a business card holds more validity than my valid CA ID? From a security standpoint, I would much rather have my package taken by someone that went through the trouble of making a Fake ID, than someone who could simply print out a business card with my name and address. Unreal.

The woman who helped me for printing had no idea how to close extra files and when I told her I can help her she just said no you cant touch this computer. After all, printing my files that should have taken 5 min, it took almost 25 min. I never come to this FedEx office ever again.

Be ready to be charge for all the extra if you sending / returning an item. Like we can not ship because it loose inside the box . There are no perfect box size for the item. . Either you have to their box Or you can buy used papers or foams to stuff in the box. There are tiny gap . They just want pay extras. I’m furious because my seller use their fedex . I got no issue with ups and they are all free. While there lot of uses papers, foam over behind the counters...wt hell

This place is a milking place, dont go here.I tried to send my recalled smartphone to the manufacturer in Texas with the factory provided strong box, with prepaid return barcode. The guy at the counter pointed out that he got to re-box the whole thing as a company policy, and charge me for it. I told him that the factory told me to use their provided box or lose warrantee. But my words feel on deaf ears, so I picked up my box and drove to another Fedex store a mile away. Sure enough the nice lady there received it with a smile, she even added additional tape to the sides !I just pity the jr college students across the street, Im sure many are already milked and exploited by this store...sad.

Josh the so-called manager was extremely rude unprofessional and continue to make skews is on why Kinkos FedEx was not able to give me what I ordered. when I attempted to explain my issue he continuously talked over me and acted as though my points were irrelevant and didnt matter. Not only will I not use this Kinkos and FedEx in the future I will not use any FedEx or Kinkos for any of my printing or shipping needs.
