The people that work here are alien weird, they dont want to help you but want to stare and yell directives at you. Every request stops them from doing something else and customer service does not exist. They have attitudes, they talk wrong too loud, purposefully give you the wrong answer, way way too many of them back there for there not assisting customers and they only take card no cash but not my card, the machine does not like my ATM card. Two stars for being open all night on Van Ness in college and for dealing with my deadline melt down, not good. I refused lines one year it was not an easy road to walk but I made it thru and now I see how stupid some of my social science projects are, science stuff. Extra star for one or more me at 19 at 2 am, yup.

I came here to laminate some posters.Their customer service is the best, great, and friendly staff. Its hard to find places nowadays where you see employees happy and passionate about the work they do.Jon, thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. I was in need of a printed document immediately for a meeting. I saw that there was a Fed Ex Office Store near by and visited. The young woman who assisted me and pointed me to the kiosk was very polite and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Even had time to get a quick bite for the meeting! I highly recommend their business.

They dont have change for $100. Sent my 80 year old grandma back out to her bank. The lady has a mean stern voice. The guy was friendly though. No bueno to my poor granny!

Had package shipped here. Same day it was delivered, I went to pick it up only to find that whoever was there ended up refusing the package and marking as “Refused by Recipient”And now it’s on it’s way back to shipper.I’m the recipient and never refused anything, and now I haven’t been able to stop the package. I needed this right away.

I frequent this place often, and In the past have never had any problems. However now the new store manager is rude and unwelcoming. He was very short with me and acted as if he was too busy to help me. I won’t be returning.

Very rude staff, dirty store...I would not trust important items or documents with them. One employee behind the counter saw me enter but declined to help me. Another was flirting with a customer for 15 minutes talking about making a copy. Person in charge seemed unsure of what she was doing.Go somewhere else.

I would give FedEx zero stars if I could this is the absolute worst company ever! I shipped a package to Greece from this location and the clerk never informed me about any other extra fees. Turns out the only ship it to Greece and have another Courier called Orbit to deal with your package. Orbit is a literal scam company they were charging me an additional $130 to deliver my package when I already paid FedEx. After a week of going back and forth with Orbit and FedEx I refused to pay and told them to just destroy the package and I would forfeit the package and not pay anything and was told they would ship it to some warehouse to be disposed. But a week later I get the package back at my front door and a bill of $655 to pay for the shipping back when I never even agreed to that!! I was better off flying to Greece myself to deliver this package!

I needed to print a large order on a non-tear paper. First of all, they have it! Secondly, the lady who helped me with an order was super patient, friendly and professional. She even helped to replicate the image so that a few of them fit onto the same page saving me money . So grateful, will go there for all my printing needs from now on. Thank you!

Super friendly and patient staff! Walked us through shipping five packages overseas and was considerate enough to offer us chairs. Cant say enough about how kind they were! Extra props to Susanna (sp?)!

Omg! This lady in front working today is so rude and mean.. gosh what a bad customer service its my second time to be here. Shes asking me all the information needed but what the hell would i know and memorize everything if i look up on my phone to check the correct info. she would just turn her back and get the other customer next to me..Cant you just say excuse me or ill give you a second to get all the info.. so rude! your manager should see how you deal with your customers..

Debbie has great customer service skills and did the best she could to accommodate the needs of a long line of customers; despite the urgent demand for her attention and delivery of services - two involving international shipments, business card needs by another customer, and physical address look up for me. We all left the FedEx office at about the same time very satisfied. There was a wait - but well worth the wait time with the attention and service received.

I had 8 packages need to drop off, kind heavy, when they saw me came in with those boxes by using hand truck, I can tell they didnt want to accept those. And then they said my shipping label was too big, they cant scan it, I asked if they can resize it, but they just ignore me, keep saying cant scan it. I end up pack everything and walk out there, Cant stand their attitude. Never go back there again.I later went to other FedEx office at San Leandro which happily help me with shipping label and much friendly service.

These folks are awesome. I dont often have a need to use Fedex Office but whenever I do, these folks are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgable (and if they dont know the answer, their coworkers do and are quick to help). My last trip in was for a small banner printing need and I would say the service was above and beyond. Thanks folks (I feel terrible I havent had a chance to get your names!), and keep up the great work. :)

Customer service was available if asked but dont expect them to volunteer help or info. The price for copies is insane at .50 a sheet. There are 3 spaces for computers but only 2 available as well as only 1 printer as the other was out of service at the time of my visit. The process for paying for computer and printer use is convoluted at best and probably next to impossible for non tech savvy persons. Also the price for the computers were different than what was posted, either of which was too high. Just to top it off I was charged for an extra item I didnt use or buy. I cant tell because the bill is not itemized.

I needed to Print blue print for my home inspection needed for early morningI was there today at 6:50 pm store close @ 9 pmTwo lady’s was working there look like Hispanic lady told me to come back she is very busy & can’t print although it will takes 1-2 minutes to print it .I will never come again this store .

They Constantly keep changing package delivery date,these Fedex Drivers are dumb they don’t know the location -_- plus when I called the FedEx place to track my package and I asked what was going on,they weren’t very helpful at all, they are very lousy people, not very knowledgeable either, they’re service sucks I prefer USPS or UPS, FedEx really needs to start being strict with there employees for real -_-

Federal express delivered a package to my house that was supposed to of been intercepted in San Leandro and sent back. It even had a cancellation sticker and intercept sticker on it. I took it back to the FedEx store and they told me to take it to the post office. Lousy customer service.

Terrible service, got a notification they’d have my package today, went down to go pick it up, not only was it not there, they had no idea where it was.Apparently it was loaded on a truck at 1:51 AM and stayed “in transit” all day, and no office nor person on the phone line has an idea what’s going on.
