Continually send large format plans to be printed and they are never ever ready. No one ever responds or follows up from Company. They act like they do not want to assist.Totally bad all the way around

Poorly managed facility with unprofessional staff. Staff do not have proper training to address customer requests. One staff member was dismissive and rude. Will not return.

I goofed up on a project I was working on. It looked like I would have to go back to my home screen to fix it and come back. Shout out to Marvin. He went above and beyond to help me, using some creative approaches to make it right and get it finished. Marvin worked with me for nearly 20 minutes -- granted it was a slow Sunday afternoon and there were very few customers present. Whew, what a relief. Kudos Marvin. Peace out.

Went in to make copies for house plans. I interacted with 3 different employees while I was waiting for my printing job to complete. Heather, Mike, and Stephanie. Based upon my interactions, all 3 are exceptional employees.Thank you

Best experience I’ve had in a FedEx Office and print store. I was in need of a manual for my digital marketing company @diamondarrowdigitalmarketing stoped by here and within 5 min she had my entire manual copied and had my binders made up! She even out the copies in one so that I always had my original copy! Kristine and her team were amazing! Highly recommend this place has everything you need and they have an awesome self serve station too!

I have used this location for years .... and I spend roughly $1,000 a year making copies here. Have been happy with the location until recently. Today I made about $30 of copies. Went to print my receipt and the machine was not working. An employee told me to go to the front for my receipt. There was a long line of people at the front waiting to place orders. I only needed a receipt for work I had already done. The employee who told me to get my receipt in the front was doing something in the back, there were several other employees hanging around, and the manager was taking care of the customers. Seems to me if you actually want to run a business, you have your employees taking care of customers so there isnt a long line, and if you KNOW that your regular customers (this is a work day) cant print receipts on their own because you have failed to have your machines working properly, that you at least have a register where they can go and get a receipt in under 20 minutes. My conclusion is the current manager is not capable of managing.

Heather and team are amazing. We have done six big print jobs with them now, and every time they go above and beyond to make this happen. They always get our items to us early, and Heather is extremely resourceful when it comes to finding solutions for a tricky print job.

Absolute worst experience of my life. I will never return to this store. Watched the female assistant manager treat all patrons with disrespect or care. Grossly violated ADA. She singled out patrons with disabilities and told them : “We don’t care about your disability” “Your disability is not covered” without even knowing what their disabilities were, and “You don’t have rights”. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere for mailing and copying needs.
