They have just one job to do. I spent one full hour waiting for them to create easiest shipping label. No success at all. Absolutely unprofessional team, including store manager.

I have had all positive experiences at this FedEx office! The staff are very helpful, the service is fast. AJ went above and beyond today to help me with a package when it turned out that I couldn’t even mail it through FedEx. Thank you for great service when typically mailing things is a drag!

Everyone else was friendly and nice here. But one lady lied about not being able to print photos. It’s one thing if you don’t offer certain services, and another thing if you are lying just because you don’t want to do something.I had to go to another location and they were able to print my photos.STAY AWAY FROM THE TOXIC PERSON AT THIS LOCATION.

Ruben went totally above and beyond in his customer service assistance. He was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and friendly as I had a very complicated shipping requirement. He made the process so easy and stress free. He is an absolute SUPER STAR! I could not have completed this task without him. 5 star customer service all the way!! Reading these bad reviews makes sense. My fiancé came home crying because the manager named Sharnya was extremely rude to her when she was printing a table card for our wedding. So if you’re planning an event and need to print anything I recommend going somewhere else.

Worst customer experience Ive had in a long time. Just looking for a receipt for a return package that was sent with a package to a client. They could not provide a receipt at time of creating and said I had to wait until it was sent. Once sent they have no means of providing receipt. Its not online and office or customer service would not provide.Also this particular office was not open during its operating hours. Photo attached is time stamped at 9:06am on a Saturday and they are clearly closed. Had to come back and waste more time with still no solution.

This is the best and friendliest FEDEX Office around. They are so helpful and you are always given a warm welcome. Five stars!!!!!

Had the pleasure of being helped by Richard who was on loan from the Hawthorne location. We were very fortunate to be helped by him because the other two didn’t seem as pleasant, reason for 4 stars. Probably won’t come back to this location, but today was good.

The staff is just incredible! Everyone who has helped me has been so nice and professional. They do everything they can to solve any problems, and their work shows it. Real quality! This is my go to Fed Ex store!

I hate to lose my time and a bad review is a pain in the....but I have to write down my experience with Fedex (Redondo Beach). As I was sent by Fedex (HawthorneBlvd in Torrance) as they were out of CDs to burn. Urgently, I had to have this CD leave for the East Coast the same day. So I was at 11 am at RB Fedex telling a tall black guy that it was important to have this done asap. He said it will be done by 4pm and it should be fine because the deadline for Washington, DC was 4:30pm. I insisted anyway to have it by 2pm? 3pm? We will call you ! See, I already had to do it last week and I knew that 1 CD takes around 20 min to burn but without anybody assistance, so the employee could be attending someone else during the process. Is there no way to have it done before ? Really!😤I came back at 4:10pm, let my kid in the car outside thinking it would take 5 min to send. Boy! was I wrong! The morning guy was nowhere to be found and the work was not done! I was livid! I had to reorganize my afternoon, run, run, run, and this 🤬 guy did not even make sure that the job was done. Shame on him! Joe stepped up but only finished it at 4:40pm ! I ran to the post office !😡Definitely go to the Torrance one 🥰!
