Im a small business owner here in Costa Mesa. I dont have many of the office tools that I need, so I use this place for them. Today, I had to create a letter ahead and send out some important papers to my business insurance company. I was helped by Lina, and it was an amazing experience. She walked me through the process that I needed to do and even went further by making sure I understood it all. As I was attempting to do the things that she explained to me, she must have noticed that I was still unsure of what I was doing. She came across the store and helped me step by step. I was able to get these important papers out to my insurance agent in a timely manner. Thank you, Lina, for taking the time to help me! I really appreciate you!!!

Clerk did not offer receipt and with no one in the store offered to show me how to do the self serve option. This was for a drop off for a lawyer. I told her that I was not interested in self serve option. There was no one in the store. Very poor encounter. Wow, never experienced this before here. What is going on?

I came here today to do a fax. I ask for help for it because Im not very familiar with it. So one of the staff members came to help me with it and the person is a she. She was telling me how to do it, but not a good patient way, but in an annoyed frustration way. So if u gonna help someone who doesnt understand how to use it and come with that attitude, then dont help those people.

Raymond helped me today.He was nice and patience with me while I was figuring out how to email the PDF files to print with my special tear away paper.The print came out great and this branch is closer to me since I usually visit the Edinger and 55 freeway location. Good laser printer, nice and sharp.

Walked in to drop off a pre-printed package, nobody behind the desk, a woman in line, some employees elsewhere in the store doing the Home Depot type ignore the customer thousand yard stare thing.Walked back out after 5 minutes. Ill just drop off at my local place that does FedEx and UPS pickups. My time is more valuable than they think it is, apparently.

I went to ship a package to the East coast. I was given a quote, then told I would pay less if I didnt use the free large FedEx box. The clerk said if I put my large FedEx box inside another larger box, ship it by ground, I would pay less. After I agreed to do that he turned around and said he couldnt ship it by ground to the East coast.In effect I feel like he didnt know what he was talking about and ultimately wasted both of our time.😤

Patrick has got to be the most helpful FedEx office employee ever! Every time I go here he does his best to help out. Its not surprising that printers and equipment go down and need maintenance (which in my case all 3 public printers werent working for me), but Patrick really shows his best effort and prints from the machine in the back. One of the managers here is also super chill and helpful. Ive been to at least 10 other fedex office in the past and they dont even compare (and most of the time dont care). If every FedEx office had this level of service, the stock price would probably double!

The Sliding Paper Trimmer needs to be replaced. The blade is not sharp and it doesn’t line up for straight cuts. It’s in bad shape.

I came here to have something printed so I can return a purchase. Patrick was very helpful and polite. He gave me the info of where to email my documents to. I received a reply email with a code for the printer. Then easily entered it into the machine to get my documents. Now I know I can email it first, then drive over to save a few minutes. They gave me 3 different price options to send my package. Nice staff - will come here for future printing and shipping needs. The photos in my review are where to email the attachment to, the printing pricing options, and the step by step screens you will see on the machines.

Every time I come to this FedEx location I regret it. They are unhelpful and disorganized. It’s like they try not to work with you. I’ll drive over to the Fashion Island one to avoid this place.

The people here are fantastic! I went in today to get shipping materials to ship around 100 books out and the team was quick to help me out since it wasnt too busy and I had prepaid labels.It would have taken me over an hour to do it myself, but Kimmy came over and helped me pack and label them without hesitation. The rest of the team also chipped in to add labels and process them (Im blanking on the gentlemans name but I remember Kim and Cat) whenever there were no customers needing immediate help. It felt like a full on factory line where everything was so smooth.I am so grateful for their help and made it a point to write this positive review because THAT is great customer service

Incredibly rude & hostile employee running the front counter. I was nothing but polite.Asked for a price difference between morning or afternoon arrival, but she just kept increasingly angrily repeating MORNING Or AFTERNOON until I gave an answer. I still dont know what the cost difference was. Flung my ID across the counter when I gave it to her. That was crazy, Im absolutely not shipping from here again.

Im holding a 20 pound box and the woman at the desk who is doing nothing tells me I need to scan it myself if I want a receipt. So I had to take it to the scanner which is a different desk, theres nowhere to put the package down, bend my knees and scan it, and then bring the package back to the front desk. Horrible system

Be careful dealing with FedEx. I shipped a 4oz package to Europe. I paid $91. My package was never delivered. After weeks of no delivery, and numerous phone calls to customer service, I asked FedEx to return my package. They charged me an additional $182. The entire process took over two months. It negatively affected my business. No more FedEx for me.

A guy named Roberto at this location was one of the most helpful people Ive ever met. He helped a buddy and me print out some movie posters and spent a good deal of his own time explaining to us our different paper options, prices etc. and have us his own really good personal advice. Gave us samples to check out and then worked us a deal. He made the whole production of getting the posters great. If you want some help printing something, find him!

To Sawyer Jones, who said Do not use the RUSHMYPASSPORT.COM program that is through Fed Ex. Its a total fraud.This is what 99% of the places do, actually, so FedExs referral to them is not beyond reason, though I think they should have a lower cap on what the extra fees can total.For locals wanting a passport, the best place is at the Huntington Beach City office... They have the lowest fees for taking a regulation photo and for their own filing fee.I researched this at length a few years ago, and the expedited passport process does have the highest fees for getting a passport in 30-90 days, where the normal process can take 90 days, but the expedited process is NOT a guarantee, and is usually only faster at renewals when you need them urgently.The USPS passport process is usually the slowest, as they have the most applications to process, where as all reviews (a few years ago) I read said that The City of H.B. was among the faster of the un-expedited process, and often about the same as requesting an expedited application for new passports.If I remember right, the office is on Main in H.B., right off Yorktown from Beach Bl.

I had an incredible experience with this particular fedex. I made an order that was to be ready at 6:00pm. Lisa called me to tell me that the order would not be ready until 8:00pm. I asked her if any other Fedexs in the area could process the order before then and she told me she would inquire and call me back. After a few minutes she called me back, notifying me that they were going to try and squeeze in my order and have it ready by 6:15pm. While I obviously appreciate that they rushed to get my order in, I am even more impressed that they were willing to call me beforehand to let me know it would be late. This is excellent business practice and I will be coming back without a doubt!

Do not use the RUSHMYPASSPORT.COM program that is through Fed Ex. Its a total fraud. They over charge for doing nothing.They charged me $227 for NOTHING. I filled out an application but recieved NOTHING.I figued out after paying the $227, you still have to pay for EVERYTHING ELSE including the following...Additional Fed Ex fees (shipping to / from), fees for copies at fed ex, photo fee at fed ex.Then a fee at USPS to have them certify the application.I had to use a hard copy application because the one printed out from FED EX was not correct. This company did not provide anything to me, I had to pay for a seperate shipping fee at USPS to submit the application.All on top of the actual passport fee to the US State Department, another $208.00.Ive been had and it was by FED EX AND THEIR ASSOCIATES AT Rush My Passport.com.Total and complete fraud.

No clue what they are doing. My address didnt match the my ID so I was not able to pick up my package. Understandable. The rep and manager there redirected me to call customer service to have my package released. That was false. The customer service does not do that. I wasted time calling FedEx customer service for no reason but to get more upset..

I was there today Saturday I think its the 19th around 3 to 4 and the girls were excellent. FedEx should be so happy to have them as employees. I wish I would have gotten their names but I couldnt have done my work without their help

These winners closed 3 hours earlier than they should have on new years eve. I even called ahead to be sure... I got there three hours early but they were locked up. They knew I was driving a long way and never said a word. I had $200,000 in software that HAD to ship. For a 24-hour store...this Fed-Ex location really screwed me over. What they did was way wrong and they did it intentionally because they wanted to start the party early. Dont trust the losers or theyll screw you over too.

This place is always open when I need em. Bring your ID unless they’ve memorized your name (me). This place has it all. Paper. Printing. Computing. Even some toys. But all everyone comes here for is the front counter. Needs a bike rack closer to their door.

Every time I do in there to get copies made they are so rude and not helpful. I have spoken with the manager who seems nice and does help me but it is too bad that I need to wait for one particular person.Today I went in and instead of asking me what I want they sent me to the self service printing without know that I wanted postcard paper etc. I walked out and will NEVER return. This is most unprofessional place ever!!!

Terrible attention, if you dont know Spanish you will be ignored and they will not try to help you, only one person was friendly, the worst, I hope the bosses or managers will take the necessary measures but time has shown that they do nothing.
