I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because its near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they werent busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.

Store Manager (didnt get her name -tall & bigger) wis very unwilling to assist customers - she does not welcome them, does not smile, does not provide overall great customer service. She does not make the customers feel welcomed and this is not the first occurrence that has happened. All the other employees have always been so helpful and resourceful.Everytime I have come in its not busy Im the only customer to think the manager may be overwhelmed.

I uploaded 2 images to my canvas print web order. The dimensions did not cover the edges of the frame so there was white space. I called and spoke with Kaylyn. I asked if she could duplicate the colors on the edge of the image and paste it along the edge of the canvas prints to cover up the white space. She was nervous that the color might not match perfectly, but said she would do her best.When I picked up the prints, I completely forgot that Kaylyn had done this because the color match was so perfect. It wasnt until later that evening that I remembered and had to make an effort to see where the image ended and Kaylyns color match began. She did such a beautiful job and Im so grateful. Thank you!

Id like to take the time to share my experience at this location...not only are the staff members helpful but they go above and beyond!! Today Mr. Adam helped me with lastinute paperwork crisis and helpe thru the whole process!! Thanks again you guys Ill always come here!!!

Would not recommend to come while the older gentleman with grey hair is here. Took me 30 minutes to print 2 pieces of paper that I had emailed over a head of time. Waste of time I suggest you go to the library.

The whole team at this location is so helpful and accommodating I will be coming back here for their services! I had a 3 posters printed mounted and laminated in a very timely manner.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, employees try to tell you that your box is the wrong size or not packed correctly, then try to sell you their boxes. I now take my shipments to the location in Tapo Canyon and Ive never had an issue.

An employee named Craig said the only way he would accept my prepaid package was if he charges me $15 to repackage it, because he didnt believe there was enough packing material. I work in a shipping warehouse and ship dozens of packages daily, and the package was packed very safely. Clearly he was just trying to upcharge me, and take advantage of me. Very disappointing...

Got an text message that a package I had ordered was delivered at the location, could also be confirmed trough the tracking number on their website.Go over there with the text message and get told that unless I get a phone call it has not arrived. The text message supposedly often gets sent out before the package gets dropped off so it would most likely arrive later that night.Return the next day, still no phone call, tracking number still shows its waiting for me to pick it up but since I had not received the call they wouldnt check.Go back the third day, 2 days left before they would return the package to the sender, and luckily the guy that had kept insisting I would receive a phone call was busy with another costumer so I talked to someone different.They looked at the text message I received,went in the back and sure enough there was my package,date stating it arrived 3 days prior.I still have not gotten a phone call :)

I used to get good service when requesting printing services but, now it seems that they would prefer that I just do it myself and I don’t know how to to get what I want. Not only do they send me to the copy machines to figure it out for myself, the price for them to help me has gone up. I’m very frustrated and will not go back there ever again!
