The service is terrible. Two workers here just taking their sweet time weighing packages and chatting about Netflix shows while there’s a line of people waiting. Then the computers and scanner wasn’t working. It was just a bad service overall. I waited 45-50 minutes just to pick up two packages. Not worth sending my purchases here. I rather take my chance and have stuff ship to my house. So ridiculous

I dislike shipping things because I am unfamiliar with the process, so it was nice that I got help from Jasmine today. Jasmine was courteous and straightforward, and she was patient because she answered all my questions. Would def go back to this place.

This Fed Ex is the only one I’ve been to and it is horrible. Once I got in people were walking everywhere and there was no help. There’s no sign that says stand here and we will help you or wait for your turn. There was a little bit of staff only 4 people,none of them approached you. I thought coming here was going to be faster than going to the library. But I guess not. I had to get a card to put money into it and then go to the computers on the far end on your left side. Insert the card to top it off no one is there to help you. To scan in my papers I had to email to someone for one sheet to get scanned and uploaded to computer was a minute. But you’re paying $0.55 cents a minute! Doesn’t even add up if their scanner is slow and you can’t scan all your papers at ones. But either than that the place is clean. But no good customer service.

From the minute I called describing my confusion as I tried to place an online order Rita was polite, open, and in full understanding of what my question/concern was. With no hesitation and with a phenomenal attitude she advised me to go in store for further assistance. She greeted me and as soon as I reflected on my phone call from earlier she remembered! Pulled all the stops of accommodation and consideration. Even how she communicated with fellow employees showed her awesome self. We need more Rita’s! Thank you!

Wow ELAINE, your a problem.This is my go to fedex.Usually when I go everyone is super helpful. I usually print a lot and it’s a pretty big file when I do so I require help from the team behind the counter.So today I called to see how I can place an order online so it can be ready for me and you didn’t even let me finish my sentence and spoke over me and when I pointed it out you laughed.What kind of service is that?Your literally in a service environment, it’s your job to be nice and help people figure out a solution.Rita and Sheryl are probably the most helpful there and thank you ladies for always being so nice :)When I asked for for your name you saidIt’s Elaine, and then went ahead to spell it out for me.Just want to say your making the rest of the hard working team look really bad and the funny thing is you probably don’t even care. As a business owner myself you would have been fired on the spot.

I’m sorry, but this has the worst vigilant employees ever. Not only was the MANAGER unrecognizable since she had no uniform on, she didn’t even notice us after we were standing there for almost 10 min. We couldn’t tell if she was indeed an employee or customer doing their thing. It would be nice if the employees and MANAGER were a little more actively involved with their customers. Go offer help and ask if everything’s alright, don’t just stand in the back where you’re unreachable.

I hope you understand the whole self service photo scanning/printing procedures before you go to this location because if you dont know how to use these machines there is about 30% chance you will get helped by staff. Laura (staff employee) can be a bit rude when answering questions, and I dont feel its the appropriate time/place to be sarcastic with customers because without any customers then employees wont have any work/hours. So, in a way we the customers are the ones that create what I believe is an hourly employment, so it might be a good idea to keep customers happy, just saying.
