I worked with MR. Borna Eftekhari. First of all, he is above and beyond of everything. I am a first home buyer, and I did not have any knowledge in this field. It was overall way easier than I expected the loan process to be. Borna is very knowledgeable, informative, honest, and responsive. He responded immediately to emails, answers phones. Borna is a very professional, hard working, and polite individual. Not only does he have great customer service, but he also cares for all his clients. He always answers all my calls, gets back to me as soon as possible, and answers all my questions with details and depth. Borna is by far the most helpful, kind, and compassionate Mortgage Advisor we could have worked with when buying our first home! He single-handedly made this normally stressful process so seamless and easy. And he made it happen FAST! He was available night and day if we had any questions and held our hand throughout the entire process. My husband and I have never bought a home and we werent familiar with any of the lingo, so we felt lost and confused before working with Borna. But were so grateful we were referred to him! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. Our realtor even said, Borna is so kind. Im referring him to some of my other buyer clients because of what a great lender he is - And this was their first time working together. We were referred to Borna for refinancing our home end of last year and couldnt be happier with our experience from beginning to end. We did run into some issues with our original mortgage company along the way which was very frustrating for us but Borna was super helpful and supportive as we waited for them to resolve their issue. We have worked with a few financial agencies in the past few years and honestly our experience with Borna was by far so much better. The amount of work we had to do on our end was VERY minimal which was extremely satisfying compared to our previous experiences. Communicating with Borna was a breeze and we never felt we were being pushed for anything along the way. We truly trusted him along the way and so glad we got to work with him on our refinancing. Highly highly recommend him to anyone trying to get a mortgage loan or refinance.
