I have been using FastSigns in Ventura for years now. They are looked at as a part of our team. They know our business and have become an amazing resource for us. Just yesterday I sent in measurements for a specific sign that we order every so often. Madhu recognized the item we were asking them to make and asked me to confirm the size as we normally have that sign made in a specific size. My measurements were off and I thanked her and confirmed that we would make the sign in the measurements that she reminded me about. I have a lot on my mind and to do something that might seem like a small thing in actuality is a big thing for me. The attention to detail, professionalism, and the friendliness of the entire FastSigns team keep me going back. We are friends and the reality is I would prefer to grow a relationship and friendship with those I work with. I see that same attitude when I enter FastSigns or call them up. I recommend the Ventura FastSigns to everyone.

So depending on our budget or project, we can decide who big or small we want to go. I needed guidance from the staff on creating a vision for a banner, and you guys were not only helpful in creating that vision, but implementing it better than I ever expected - including accommodating the short turnaround time I needed. The extendable banner stand we received was excellent. The graphics were sharp and eye-catching and proved to be very successful at the event we attended. The construction is sturdy, the operation a little tricky at first, well just removing the end cap to release the banner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall we were very satisfied with the service provided.

Excellent service and the owner, Saurabh, was extremely accommodating. My office window had a tint screen with a sign from the previous occupant. The new sign did not look good on the tint screen. Saurabh offered to redo the sign for free after the tint screen was removed. It looks great now. I recommend Fastsigns without any reservation.

Great experience here!! Shopped around with different companies and their price was far more better than their competitors. I was proposing to my now fiancé and just need a sign with plain text. Let me start by saying I am new at this. I reached out to them by email telling them in general what I was looking for thinking that because they are the experts they will be able to direct me. Nobody responded. a few days later I went to their place of business and told them I had sent an email and I got no response. the lady said oh the one with the M D like it didnt matter. I continued with my explanation as what I was looking for. The guy next to her gave very vague information as he was working on something. he never really took full knowledge of me. he will talk and kept looking down. I felt so uncomfortable first because I dont have much knowledge and second because they made me feel like I didnt matter. like my business was not good enough for them. I feel that every job big or small matters but that is just my opinion. they ask me to measure the store front and to send a picture of it. I did that and sent them the information on an email. I called the lady to let her know I had sent the email and she confirmed and said the owner will contact me. guess what? he has not.
