On Oct 23, 2023 I was told that the sign was ready to be installed and to reach out to schedule. After dozens and dozens of calls and emails, Finally on April 9, 2024 the sign was installed on my building. The entire process took just shy of 1 year. From initial proofs to installation. The owner was non-responsive over and over, and full of empty promises. I will NOT do business with them again. I would choose ZERO stars if that was an option.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They lied to me multiple times about the progress of my project, promised completion dates that they never met, and after 60 days of waiting for a simple project (hanging four pictures), I had to resort to reversing charges on my credit card just to get their attention.To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their incompetence and demanded a refund for their failure to deliver, they actually had the audacity to blackmail me for more money to complete the job. Its outrageous and unacceptable to be treated this way as a paying customer.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away from this company. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and unethical business practices are nothing short of a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find a sign company that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises.

Service was AMAZING!! I went to another first who I was referred to. They are a large wholesale company. I had to set up an account go over everything, get treated super rudely by one of their associates. Then they nested 10 business days to fulfil my order at twice the price. Fast signs on Harbor Blvd in Santa Ana was very pleasant, courteous and amazingly FAST! I ordered 16 ADA compliant custom signs with Braille. They quoted one week and were able to get them ready for pickup in less than 48 hours. Great job everything was perfect at a fair price. 👏👏

HORRIBLE!My company had to have a sign relocated. After we received the estimate, we were given the option to pay in full or half now and the other half when the project was complete. I went with the option to pay half now and the rest later but they charged us the full amount anyway. Then when they came to remove the sign, they destroyed the dry wall and said that our company needed to pay for the repairs. I can understand paint chipping, but the entire wall needed to be resurfaced as well. Had we been advised the removal was going to cause so much damage, we probably would have just had a new sign installed in our new office that opened. Wait, it gets better... they also broke the sign during the removal! The sign was fixed at no cost to us (fair) but our company was still inconvenienced to repair the damages to our wall. I was very disappointed with the customer service that followed with addressing these issues as well.Well, we ended up wanting a sign in our office anyway. As you can imagine, I was reluctant to give this company more business to have a new sign installed. The only reason I did was because they waived the installation fee, which does not amount to the cost to have the repairs to the wall done or the headache that came with it. Not to mention a huge waste of my time. Finally, our sign was installed 2 weeks after I paid them in full. I had asked for an ETA on the project and never got a response so I had our sales manager call and they were here the next day.Then I get an email from the owner thanking me for my feedback that I never provided. A review was made on my behalf rating their company 10 out of 10, I guess. So this is probably why they have so many 5 star ratings, because they are reviewing themselves. Ha!So I thought Id leave MY REAL REVIEW - 0 out of 10! I hope I never have to do business with them again!

After dealing with another local company to order a banner on a stand for our business and getting major attitude in person, no help in the store, no returned phone call and no response to my email, I decided to try FASTSIGNS. Ronald answered all my questions, listened to what I needed and suggested the best option AND he was friendly. When I realized it was a bit tall (my fault), he said Come on back, well cut it down. I did and was ready to pay for the adjustment, but they made the change at no additional cost. I went back to them for display cabinet signs and had another pleasant experience. Now, were working on our third project with them - all in a matter of a few weeks. In this world of bad customer service, FASTSIGNS Santa Ana saved me another huge headache and helped me accomplish my goal quickly and at a reasonable price. Phew! Thank you, FASTSIGNS!!! Customer Service is very efficient! Very good communication and fast response to all your needs. Bradley, Matt and Nathalie did an excellent job with our third project and the most important... within our budget!
