I appreciate the professionalism of the staff during the proofing of the sign language and corrections. They were multiple reviews on client side with multiple reviewers so we did have a couple of conflicts during the review. The conflicts were pointed out and we were able to quickly make a determination to finalize the review. The signs were ready in less than a day. I really appreciate the help and cooperation of Fastsigns staff.

I have been using Fastsigns for all my a-frame signs for my business, but most recently I hired them to do the signs for my new winery location. Lou from FastSigns had already made the signs for the existing wineries and he made the initiative to come out and introduce himself. We set up a meeting and measured everything, then provided me with a detailed quote and a mock-up of the front of my building where the signs would be placed. Two installers came and installed the signs and they look awesome on my windows and my building and match the other existing winery signs on the building. Lou stopped by for a final thumbs up a few days later. They were all very professional easy to work with, and cleaned everything up before when they were done. Lou was even kind enough to split the invoice between our two wineries. I would definitely hire them to do other projects for my winery and highly recommend using them.

We worked with Matt to complete our design. We provided the design/graphics and he worked back and forth with us on the placement until we were completely satisfied! They busted out the material quickly and came to install as soon as it was ready. The install was quick and easy and looks beautiful! Fast Signs of Dublin has been our go-to sign company for many years. Our graphics and font styles are all in their files so that our logo and company colors are always consistent. They do all the decals for vehicle fleet. The turnaround time from order to delivery is one or two days. Our expectations are high when we order from Fast Signs. Recently we started a project that required 87 signs, 21 different messages, in 3 sizes – 24’ x 36’, 18’ x 24”, and 12” x 18”. This was a rush job. Timing was very important. I called on a Monday morning at 9 AM. At 10 AM I was sitting with the owner Brett Howell. We went over the copy that was to be on each sign and the size we wanted. By 2:30 Monday afternoon I had received the proofs for all the signs and a quote. On Tuesday. we approved the proofs and the quote. We were told the signs would be ready by the end of the week. The following Monday we were hanging the signs on our project. They were perfect. Fast Signs made good their promise of delivery and met our high expectations as always. Thank you Fast Signs. I worked with Brett Howell on a very challenging and difficult project, one that I confess to modifying far too much once we got started. Brett never batted and eye. He promptly answered calls and emails. I may have tested his patience, but if so, he never showed it. When I asked for advice or recommendations he really helped me make the finish line. Pricing was fair, and the work done and help provided far exceeded my expectations. Brett was so professional and flexible I wish my own employees had half the knowledge, skill and manner of Brett in their crafts.
