This was my first time using FastSigns. I called and spoke with Ron who made my experience seamless. The turnaround time was two days and I was pleasantly impressed. I will use them again!

Honestly, I couldnt say enough good things about this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, totally willing to answer any and all questions. Everything Ive ordered from them has been exactly what I wanted, and all for a fair price.

Needed a sign last minute for my business, sent them the file to print and it was ready the next morning! It looks perfect, and its the same price if not less expensive than staples and so close! Definitely prefer fastsigns!

I have used Fast Signs since I opened my business in 2012 and through it all they have always been very responsive, provided quality signs and service. Recently we had an issue with a sign that was torn down twice. We talked and came up with a stronger, more resilient sign material and they sent their best guy to install. They even were able to salvage the old sign and we put it on the wall in our studio. We are very happy with Fast Signs!

FAST!!! Just like the name implies.. Worked with Ron at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. Within minutes of receiving the artwork he had my proof ready (which was perfect) and even sent the sign to the Los Angeles branch since that was more convient location for me to pick up. Sign was there by 5:00. It exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality! Excellent Service! BTW, I am real customer, not a relative and not an employee. Just a very satisfied customer!

Not only these guys delivered, but they did a better job than I expected. The pricing was very reasonable and they did everything really fast. They even installed the signs for me. It’s one stop shop. Ron the manager even followed up with me to see if I liked the signs they were making for me and If I want to make any changes. So they made me really feel like They cared. The Owner Dani, not only looked exactly like my cousin, But was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend and I’m already a returning customer.

Ordered a poster for an upcoming film festival my movie was selected into. The poster, after shipping to Boise, arrived with a missing poster cap. This order cost me 70 dollars. All they had to do was make sure the caps were securely attached. Thank God there was no damage to the poster. I reached out to them and received no response (and why would they - they have my money already). Very disappointed and I will not return.

I have been doing business with this location of Fast Signs for the past 3 years. At first I thought the good service that I am receiving will fade away with time, like all other organizations that I have worked with in the past. They are all good when they want your business but go down from there, But not these people. I now call them, upload my job to their website and they call me when it is ready. My business is located on a busy part of Sherman Oaks with lots of foot traffic. I use my A sign as the most effective form of advertising and produce variety of them for every special offer I introduce. Fast Signs creates these for me in 2 days and the quality is amazing. I recommend these guys without hesitation. They are now my sign people for the buildings that I own in both Studio City and Sherman Oaks. Well-done guys, and thank you for a great customer service.

The people inside the shop were all really very helpful and friendly. I went there and passed through the back area and right away, someone had accommodated me. As I was waiting in the front area, someone else had asked me how he could assist me & then I was introduced to the guy mainly responsible for the kind of work I needed. The order was fast too. I was told I could get it after 4 days but I got it only after 2 days. When I picked it up, there were a different set of workers there but they were as easily friendly & helpful like the 1st time I went. The vinyl I ordered was great. They were able to capture the exact type of letters on our Company logo. The only thing not so good after painting the letters was that it was a bit too difficult to take out the black sticker & damaged the wall we stuck it because the black sticker was too thick & heavy.

We use FASTSIGNS in Sherman Oaks for every sign that we need made. As a management company, we need a lot of signs! They are always professional, easy to work with, on time, and accommodating to our every need. I especially appreciate the ability to email my order and get a proof back without even having to go into the shop. We wouldnt consider using any other place for our signs.
