I was working on a project that needed to be completed quickly. After researching other companies, a friend recommended FastSigns. When I walked into the business I was immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After I placed my order, Dylan, called to follow-up with me to check to see if everything went well - it did. Within days, Mike sent a preview of my order, complete with new graphics he created for the cover of my project. It looked great. When I received the final product, I was extremely happy. The time, quality of the final project and cost were well worth it. (and the cost was incredibly lower than other estimates that offered fewer options).

Let me first say this: WOW! I am so lucky to have found this 5 star service/product company! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Celina and she answered all of my questions since it was my first time ordering custom made decals.We were given a discount because we bought at least 250 heavy duty decals. My decals were rushed and Celina got all my info down. I ended up speaking with her for almost 35 minutes because she has a wonderful personality! Everyone here is really awesome! Ryan gave me a call the next day to confirm the decal proofs and my revisions were made instantly! I picked up my decals the day after and was greeted by Dylan (the owner) who was very friendly!Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience and recommend this location to anyone who needs any signs done large or small!

I have been doing business with fast signs for years and I always receive great service, more importantly though, the sign quality and artwork that they produce is outstanding. I rely on Dylan and his terrific design team to collaborate on the graphics to bring the ideas to life and they never disappoint. They take necessary time sending me proofs to approve until we get the best result. I recently had an older sign re-created for my business and noticed the brilliance of the color on the new sign far surpassed the color of the original sign. When I mentioned this to Dylan he said this was the result of a new printer that he owns. The vibrant color in my new sign is so eye-catching...I cant wait to see the new customers it brings in!. I have had such a great experience with this team, including Dylan, Celina, and Olivia! Celina was always available right away for questions and needs, Olivia was able to help me make some decisions and configure my prints to be exactly what I wanted, and the owner Dylan was so kind to work with me on some re-prints because my wedding date had changed. Every time I came in they asked about the wedding and truly engaged in getting to know me, which really set them aside from the rest; they care about theyre customers. Excellent product provided. Customer service was amazing. Nicole was very helpful and she seemed to know exactly what I needed. I originally ordered window graphics and was able to change my order to magnets with no problem over the phone. Cost was a little pricey but it was well worth it for the two magnets and the advertising I am now getting. I am looking forward to doing more business with Fast Signs.

February 7th I came in to ask for some simple vinyl graphics for my boat and Dylan advised it shouldnt be a problem. I asked if he could do help me do the install and help me remove the old graphics. He advised sure it wouldnt be that week but we could work something out the following Wednesday morning, as he said Wednesday morning early would be best. I said no problem and paid for the graphics and install that day.A few days later I was contacted via email to approve the graphics and then I forgot to call Dylan back to schedule a day for install. I left a couple of messages with one of their employees but he couldnt get a hold of Dylan at all and he said they were too busy to do the install and wasnt sure if he could squeeze me in but that he would try to speak to Dylan and see what they could do.On Feb 16 I happened to have some extra free time unexpectedly so I went down to pick up the vinyl myself and just do the install myself. The employee there stated Dylan hasnt been around and that he was unable to give me a refund on the labor that I was already charged. I told him to have Dylan process my refund when he can and let me know when it was done via email after I left my credit card info with the employee.It is now Feb 22 and I have yet to hear back from Dylan about my refund and have checked my credit card statement to see nothing and I have left several voicemails. I dont mind that they were busy, I understand but to not process my refund for the labor for over a week come on. That is pretty ridiculous. I may be forced to call my credit card company to do a chargeback if I dont hear back from Dylan soon.

Honestly, I have never experienced the excellent customer service that I did at Fast Signs Vista. I have a small non-profit business and originally visited this location by happenstance when I spotted it from the road. I was considering new banner stands only, for some pretty lame banners I designed myself. Nicole spent over an hour with me, going over all my options. In the end, I chose to have Fast Signs design new banners, but the great thing was that we worked together towards the vision and the designer was SO patient with me as I wanted everything to be perfect. I just did my first event with the new banners, and people raved!

I called Fast Signs in Vista on Wednesday morning. I was greeted by a recorded message that said someone would respond within 24 hours. First off, who runs a business that expects customers to have to wait 24 hours, during the week, to place an order? I left a message anyways.Its now Thursday night, more than 36 hours later, and still no response. If you are so busy that you cant return a call in a timely manner, I can only assume you are too busy to do the job right anyways.
