I used fast signs in the past and I was satisfied with their service and professionally but I went back to reorder the business card and they made some changes to the verbiage and they charged me for $80 for set up fees which I dont think that coast was necessary because I was a repeat customer.I will not return to Fastsigns.

Fast Signs printed a three by 7 foot, free-standing banner of photos for my mothers memorial service. The banner was printed very quickly, the quality was excellent, and the stand was a great piece of engineering - the entire banner and stand fold into a small package with a storage case. Just as their names says: they are fast! They are also friendly, patient and helpful. I emailed some designs with their graphics person and within a few hours I was walking out with a beautiful sign. But wait....I messed up and forgot to add something to the sign. I called the next day. They fit me in to their busy schedule and charged me very minimally for the fix. I will be back the next time our business needs a sign as they do a great job and take care of their customers. The owner was there both times and was very friendly and helpful!!! I originally did have concerns about some communication on the service but my concerns were addressed by one of the owners Kim. I would refer my customers/family/friends to this company as they will address concerns you have as well as do everything they can to meet your deadlines on time. I prefer a family owned business such as Fast Signs because they will quickly take your sign requests and make them into a professional art piece that you can appreciate that is either on your wall or window. 2/16/15: What a pleasant experience! We put up a $1500 sign for our homeowners association, and me and all the homeowners couldnt be happier, esp after starting with another Fresno sign company. Vanessa did an outstanding job checking in with me and making sure I knew what all my options were. She responded within a day each time, sending over pics of numerous designs, giving me her recommendation for the best quality job. After we customized our personal choice by making a slight modification to one of their designs, she got this made an installed in a very timely manner. The sign is perfect.
