The staff at Fastsigns has been extremely helpful. I did not proof a sign correctly and there was a mistake. They worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Within 24 hours I was contacted, and our new sign was done and ready for pick up. I highly recommend Fastsigns of Temecula.

The company is under new ownership and I am impressed! We were in a rut and needed our project completed the same day. Quick response time, convenient location. The office staff person, Wendy, was very helpful. I was able to work quickly and efficiently with FASTSIGNS through email. The turnaround time on the proof was amazing and they were prompt in answering my questions. We attended a trade show and needed a signage the following week. We picked it up well before our deadline and received many compliments on the crisp and clean banner.

I had a custom table cloth done for my Realestate company and I needed it fairly quickly. Without hesitation Sheri and her team said no problem that they would get it done. Getting my stand-up sign was so easy! Right from my desk I selected the product, uploaded the images then, right on schedule, picked it up. I looked at the on-line prices and discovered I could get the same or better product from a local merchant for the same price. It was a no-brainer! Our needs our small, but we are treated like an A-list client. As local business owners ourselves, we appreciate the attentive and personalized customer service. Our jobs are always completed on time and as quoted. We have mostly purchased car magnets from FASTSINGS of Temecula and we have never lost any on the highway. I have used FastSigns on two occasions, and their service and professionalism are far above what I expected, far above what typical customer service is these days. Even when I missed a spelling error on one of the drafts of the sign being made, they were very courteous and corrected the error promptly.
