Dima and Eli were so efficient in moving my things from my apartment to my new place. It’s so impressive how well they worked. They have all of the tools and supplies needed for a quick move.They took so much care in wrapping all of the furniture and delicates. I was so impressed. They took exactly the minimum of three hours and they worked the entire time without stop.The unpacked all of the stuff and put the labeled boxes in the specific areas (like if it’s labeled “bathroom” they put it in the bathroom) their attention to detail was top notch. I recommend them for any move!

Such an amazing experience with this company. They were so nice from beginning to end. 100% worth every penny. Nick, Dima and Vasiliy moved my girlfriend and I from our respective one bedroom apartments into a three story townhouse this past weekend. We were so stressed leading up to the moving day but when it finally happened they did such an amazingly fast job! It all went so smoothly! All our items were packed with care and these guys busted their butts getting this really massive move done. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. It was worth every penny. If we ever have to move again, we will hire them again, no question about it.

Mikey and Brian moved us today and we had the best experience possible. Their office is very professional to begin with, but movers themselves are friendly and polite too. They worked fast, focused, and organized. You can literally give them instructions and leave if you want - thats how good they are. The price was pretty low compared to other movers weve contacted and overall I very satisfied customer!

I cant say how much of an amazing job Fastruck Moving Company did with our move! The level of professionalism these gentlemen demonstrated is by far the best weve seen. Frankie and his colleague (I wish I knew his name) were extremely efficient and meticulous. The thoughtfulness they put into wrapping and padding the fragile items was more than expected. Their communication was top notch as well and they took direction perfectly. They turned what could have been a stressful move into a flawless process. Amazing service!!! So happy with the service they provided during my move. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and Mycky and Sergei made my transition to my new place very smooth! They were very careful in moving all of my furniture. Fast service. They weren’t just taking their time. They hustled from start to finish. They made sure to take everything we needed and even helped place the furniture exactly where we needed it to be. Very friendly as well. If we move again, we will definitely be sure to use this company again. Recommending to all my friends and family! You won’t regret it!

If I could rate them above five stars, I totally would. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were punctual with their arrival time. I was delighted with the professionalism that they demonstrated. They were a fast, hard-working team, very respectful. Nick, Walter, Ilya, and Radis all helped me with the move and even helped with putting together my patio set. I appreciated their patience with me as I kept changing my mind multiple times as to where my furniture should go. They smiled and respectfully listened to want I wanted. They even went above and beyond in having another team member Tim come out and work with them in disconnecting my fridge as it had a TV screen on it; they were cautious with the whole process of disconnecting and reconnecting it. I was amazed that they were so organized in disassembling all three bedroom furniture and re-assembling them in the new house. Within the 13 hour that I had them they only took two short brakes. They were very much aware of them being on the clock, and making sure every minute they spend with me went towards finishing the job as quickly as possible.Fastruck Moving Company is the best!!!Thank you Nick and team for all your hard work. They were able to move up a very heavy table 2 flights of stairs without any damages at all.We had hired other movers but they were unable to complete this task because of size and weight of the table.Fastruck Movers were on time and professional. So this is my 2nd move with Fastruck moving company. They are professional as usual and provide shrink wrap, blanket to cover your furniture and basically everything you need to move. Nikita and Walter my team they casually wrapped my sleeper sofa in 2min with every corner and every inch was included. I always recommend them to my friends and family. The movers, Adam, Peter, and Ken were amazing and worked very hard and did an exceptional job. I had fragile vintage furniture which they took great care of. Up and down my stairs for pickup and up steep driveway AND more stairs to all 3 bedrooms. It was very hot and they worked nonstop with no hesitation. I also had a huge amount of wardrobes of clothes that they brought, set up, and let me organize. They finished right on time both places of their predictions and did not leave any mess. Adam even helped me with my car to get down my steep driveway that was causing me damage to my car, which was a great help. I have moved several times with movers and always had a bad experience but these guys were super awesome! Highly recommend!

Fastruck Moving Company was great to work with. They were honest and prompt. Last Sunday, 3 of my crew (Diaz, Adam, and Ken/Kurio) showed up at 8 am. They worked well with me and were respectful. They’ve even drop off my glass patio table and chairs to my daughter’s house who is 15 minutes away.I usually do not give reviews but I wanted to show my appreciation by letting them know everything went well. These folks are great! Umid and his team (Islam, Shox and Anas) were in constant communication with me, and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was really nice and courteous of my space. They walked me through the process and asked if I had any preference of how things were done. They worked quickly and professionally and wrapped all of my furniture. My new place doesn’t have an elevator so these guys walked my furniture up two flights of stairs and arranged everything exactly as I wanted it. I didn’t have to set up or move around any of my furniture. For reference, I had 22 items of large furniture, including a king bed, queen bed, bookshelves, display cabinets, dressers, etc. not to mention the 30+ boxes I had to move. This was my second time using Fastruck and they were just as reliable, friendly and efficient as the last time. They quickly responded to my request for a quote, and have a simple hourly rate with no hidden fees, even for longer distance moves. On the day of the move they found a way to park the truck nearby even though we hadn’t been able to secure them any spots. The staff have good vibes and clearly work really hard. Nothing got damaged (they moved a 2’x2’x4’ bioactive terrarium, with soil and a plants inside, with no problem for instance). Great communication. A pleasure to work with!

My wife and I moved from California to Utah and decided to use Fastruck Moving to load the 26 truck we rented. I had my doubts that we would be able to fit all our belongings in the truck, but when Nick and Walter arrived and surveyed the job they were confident everything would fit. Nick and Walter were amazing, true experts in their trade. They were very considerate and took good care not to damage anything as they loaded the truck. I used Fastruck moving to get a (very) heavy Sub-Zero refrigerator transported and moved up a challenging flight of stairs. From booking to the day of delivery, the company had great communication, and kept me in the loop about how things were going. Once they arrived, they were methodical, careful, and detail oriented in planning the refrigerators flight up the stairs. They protected all the railings, floors, walls, etc., and moved the fridge without damaging anything and without drama. The quote I was given was what I was charged at the end of it all. Few moving companies in LA are capable of moving a Sub-Zero safely and effectively, and even fewer are able to get one up a flight of stairs. We had a mediocre experience moving a Sub-Zero with another company just a few months prior, and this experience was easily far less stressful, efficient, and affordable. I couldnt take a day off from work for the entire day, and the moving companys office agreed to start the move, and continue it without my presence. Im writing about Fastruck because we had such a lovely experience working with these people recently. They helped us move from LA to OC. Initially, I called Fastruck and spoke with Anthony. I asked about getting an estimate ahead of time, but he said something a little unusual - they dont give you an estimate beforehand, but rather charge based on the hours they worked + double drive time. Other companies said theyd do a virtual tour of our home and give us a quote or just quote a flat rate for packing + moving based on the items I told them we needed them to move. After discussing this with my partner, we decided Fastruck was the way to go because they seemed the most straightforward and competent.At first, I was concerned that might incentivize them to dawdle, but thats not what happened at all. This is by far the best moving company one could choose. From the beginning stages of getting a quote and discussing my concerns about previous mover problems with Tim, I knew the level of customer service and ethics were special and unique with this company. Tim texted me pics and called me on the weekend 2-3 times to discuss some of my concerns.On the day of the move, they were running late and therefore they offered us an extra guy for free. But we realized that them running late was a good sign because it meant they were not rushing the move for the people before us. And not rushing a move means they are being careful.The team that did our move were polite and attentive to our needs, especially the leader (I think his nickname was Mamba or something). He addressed our concerns with our 70 inch TV and our antique cabinets by making sure to wrap them in a special way to avoid damage. Our previous movers broke 5 pieces of furniture, so we were worried. But they wrapped it much better by adding extra layer of protection by also wrapping boxes on the exterior of the cabinet to protect the delicate parts. The extra time to do this was well worth it. I think these guys work so hard and they deserve to get great tips.In the end, we still had one foot break off on a table. Tim actually sent someone out very quickly to repair it at no cost to us. His guy said perhaps the foot had some previous damage, so it could of been weak already. But he did the repair best as he could. I cannot believe the level of customer service with this company!! Truly amazing.

I liked these movers. Arrived on time. No gimmicks like fuel fee, stairs fee, long carry fee, or whatever extra can be charged for. They do charge double drive though, but I think other companies do too. Unlike other companies Fastruck Moving calculates double drive based on Google Maps current driving time which looks fair to me. In the past I had movers disappear for signifactly longer time that usually takes to dive from my old place to the new one, and they claimed to be stuck in traffic. Good job Fastruck Moving in this aspect. Also, they provided packing tape for free, blankets, diassembled and assembled some of my furniture for free! Highly recommended!
