I am very happy with the service I got from Fasthuma. I had a contract with another repair service, and after three different tries, they did not correctly identify the problem. After reading all the positive reviews, I took my computer to Fasthuma, and Mustafah quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, and I got my IMac back working perfectly. He also spent time with me uploading software that I wanted. Very pleasant gentleman, and I would highly recommend his company.

Have a P51 which I depend upon for all critical work.The screen went blank suddenly.Reached out to Mustafah Walai, whose services I had used in the early 2010s. Amazing person to work with.Took it in, diagnosed the problem quickly, made a couple of recommendations, fixed the issue and I am back with it working as new.

Mustafah was an absolute life saver.I had issues with my 4070 Gaming Computer due to some unprofessional tweaks I had made to it prior. Mustafah the owner puts people first and is genuine, honest, and very professional. Got my very uncommon laptop (a gigabyte aero) fixed in no time. Highly recommend this gem of a local business over everything else- do not go to computer world-fremont branch! I went to them first and they took my laptop for months, blocked my number, lost my charger and kept making excuses on why my laptop would take longer to fix.

Direct line to owner (Mustafah) -- constant communication by call & text throughout servicing my PC. Very honest, professional, and always available.My display was randomly cutting out. Mustafah ran every test he could think of. I even brought in a spare GPU which he happily swapped at no additional cost. Ultimately came to the conclusion that the PC needed a fresh Windows install. PCs been great ever since.Highly recommend Fasthuma IT for all computer services. Ill be coming back if I need an upgrade or run into anymore issues!

My desktop was broken due to a power surge. Mustafah had to go through lots of trouble to find a replacement for the motherboard from as far as China in order to get the computer repaired. He did a great job at a reasonable price.

This is my fist time seeking help from Fasthuma IT and my impression after the service got done is that this shop is run with professionalism and perfectionism. I need a data recovery service to save my family’s videos/photos from an old, failed external backup storage device. There are other services out there to do the similar thing, I am not sure about their services, but I know they are expensive and slower in delivery. Fasthuma IT, on the other hand, not only provide faster data restoring service, but also reasonably price their services, in terms of what they have done with my data. The owner Musthafa actually did the disk scanning and data extraction twice (with different approaches) for my data, to make sure the data got recovered as much as possible. Professionalism, courtesy and trustworthy are the remarks I would like to give Fasthuma IT .

The guy Mustafa is an expert. He fixed my monitor hinge problem in no time. I also spoke about other internal issues I had. He didnt charge me cause he said it was a minor problem and even taught me how to fix it by myself if it happens in the future. Definitely recommend this to anyone with any computer/laptop related issues.

There was a hardware issue with the lg gram 2 in 1 wifi card. Unfortunately the wifi card was soldered to the motherboard and could not be fixed or replaced. Mustafah did not charge me for the diagnostic and even included a free wifi usb adapter. I highly recommend Mustafahs professional services.

My first impresion was not that great, saw the owner riding around in a self balancing scooter in work hours. First of all I came to this place to fix my alienware, computer world did a good job fixing my laptop problems, but I decided to try fasthuma out because they have expedited service. They call me a day later for the price, and first of all the price is a bit too high. Wont get into how badly they fail to fix me hard drive. But overall just go to computer world, they fix my laptops motherboard problem and at a good price.

The best computer repair shop in Bay Area. I spilled water on my Macbook air they repaired it in no time. They sent me an email with an estimate, i was able to approve the estimate online through there customer portal really convenient and high tech, they sent me email updates through out the whole process. He was very straight to the point & even though it was pretty much cheaper to buy a new laptop rather than pay for repairs, he was very honest about it, which I really appreciated & would go to again if I needed any emergency iT repairs/improvements for laptops.

I highly recommend Fasthuma iT if you have any problems with laptop to get it fixed. My laptop motherboard was failing after booting up my laptop and I was clueless about what was going on. As you as they got their hands on it they were able to diagnose the problem within seconds and I was quite impressed on fast the diagnostic test was done. The bottom line is if you are having a problem with your laptop, Fasthuma iT is the place to go.

Looked Mustafa up cause I wanted a more one on one interaction. Fasthuma more than delivered on my computer problem. After it was all said and done my tower was returned to me looking better than ever. I was surprised, the four year old case looked brand new.I would and have promoted Mustafa to my family. OMG... you would not believe if I told, They are the best. I had a final essay to turn in my English class when my computer died, literately it died. I had a great experience! Mustafah was very helpful and courteous. He helped identify a way I could keep going without needing to go through a repair process. When i offered to pay for his time, he said it wasnt necessary as he didnt really do anything. Perhaps not, but he provided me a great deal of peace of mind. I would recommend that anyone needing help with their computer should go here for service!
