Just came in to get my SSD card upgraded and was treated to exceptional service. Got it back the next day and it was working great. I have to say, Eddie is definitely the guy you want to go to for this type of stuff when I left, he even gave me some tips to help everything smoother. 10/10 Definitely my first choice pick.

I went in to have my old hard drive on a broken computer transferred to my new computer. As I went in to pick it up he was putting my old computer back together and told me he had just put the old hard drive back into my broken computer. A few weeks later I opened my old computer to take out my hard drive and it wasn’t there and a dummy cartridge had been installed in its place. I called and he acted surprised that he hadn’t put it back in and said he would check for it. He claims he can’t find it. I’m worried that my information could get into wrong hands. At the very least he erased my hard drive and kept it for use, either way I wouldn’t trust him.

DO NOT GO HERE! This guy ruined my phone by putting in a bad battery that expanded and made my screen pop out. It loses battery randomly and turns off now. He denied me a refund for the bad battery he put in my phone. Now my phone is completely ruined and I had to purchase a new one. He also tells you it will take a short time and then makes you wait without giving any notice. This business is terrible and the owner is rude. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He should be paying for the amount my phone is worth and not just refund the bad battery he put into my phone even though I just asked for a refund for the battery. Terrible business. Rude owner. Go somewhere else.

I highly recommend this business for your computer repair work. Eddie is friendly and patient with his clients. Eddie was very helpful and clearly explained what the computer issue was. The problem was resolved.

Went back to get my laptop 5 separate times and he was never there. Called with. No avail. He was referred by a fraudster and real estate scammer, and a cyber stalker. Go figure. Dont walk RUN..

Called and brought my laptop in because the USB port broke completely off the motherboard. Geek squad told me I would have to change the entire board even though I knew that wasnt true. The owner gave me assurance it could be repaired at a low price and he delivered in a timely manner before my deployment. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Super nice and helpful! I thought I broke my PC when I opened it up to clean because my monitors weren’t detecting a signal when I plugged them in. I took it to him and turns out something just got unplugged he plugged it back in and it was as good as new for FREE! And I was missing a thumb screw for my case and he gave one also for FREE! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My mac had some serious issues. I rely heavily on it for everything I do. I was nervous because the screen was black. Not only was Ed able to assuage my nerves but he brought my mac back to life!
