Fast Water Heater Co. is one of the most professional and efficient businesses Ive had the pleasure of working with. When I set up an appointment for installation of my Heat pump water heater they were very attentive to my scheduling preferences.When Austin initially came to my house and gave me the quote he was very friendly and thorough. He explained all the necessary upgrades and processes. When he came for the install he really knew what he was doing. He was very friendly and professional and answered any questions I had about the process. He also paid very close attention to details. I feel that Austin is definitely an asset to the company and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a water heater installed.Kudos and thanks to Austin and Fast Water Heater Co. 👍💯

Henry was very nice and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and Henry cleaned up everything when he finished. My water heater and parts were put together very neat. I called for an estimate yesterday. Roberto showed up at the top of the window, and did an excellent job starting with the pre-inspection. He went through the findings and gave me a reasonable estimate. Installation was prompt immediately after agreement to the final cost, and was completed in 2 hours (30% faster than estimated) - no shortcuts. Fast Water Heater Co is the right name for this company!

Prompt and courteous service. I went through Home Depot and Mike the tech contacted me the same night and was at my house the next day to give me an estimate. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Two days later he was at my house as scheduled and installed a new water heater which we desperately needed! Excellent experience with Fast Water Heater Co. today. Two workers arrived about 30 minutes with new water heater after appointment set up through Home Depot. They told us old water heater still under warranty and did a repair to stop leaking. We paid repair charges for parts and labor.

Mike came out yesterday to install my new water heater. Mike was friendly and professional. Mike explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood everything. The water heater installation went smooth and finished up early even though the water heater is in a bit of a tough location. Fast is accurate, my water heater was old and stopped working I called Fast and spoke to Tim he was helpful and my new water heater was installed the next day.Jim removed the old heater and installed the new heater. Geovanni from Fast Water heater went above and beyond in making sure my hybrid water heater was installed and working correctly. Even though my general contractor’s plumber had crossed the plumbing lines Geovanni was able to figure out the problem and make sure that the water heater was running properly after the GC plumber fixed his lines. Our Rheem water heater started to leak after 17 trouble free years. Replacing it with the same brand seems a safe bet. Home Depot has the brand and offers same day installation so I immediately sent in my request. A quick phone call got me a price estimate which I thought was honest. I decided on a 12 year warranty Rheem. Greg came an hour after my call and brought the heater with him. Upon checking my water heater, he suggested replacing the expansion tank and shutoff valve which added a few hundred more. That bumped up my cost to around 3k. Greg did an excellent job installing the new water heater in two hours. Overall I like their highly efficient service.

My 20 year old hot water tank was replaced by the Fast Water Heater company. The install technician, Mike S. did a fabulous job. After reviewing the job he explained in detail what was needed including several code upgrades due to the age of my unit. FWH was also able to provide a small discount due to the amount of code upgrades required.Mike was very professional, respectful of my property, and the installation looks great. The installation took about 3 hours. I feel the final price was a good value. I’ll enjoy my new Rheem water tank for many years to come. I would highly recommend the Fast Water Heater Company.

House is in chaos. The water heater decided to go up yonder. Water is everywhere! Oh why!? Why!? Most don’t have $1000 in savings. We have an emergency… on a Sunday. We need the water heater fixed. You have to do what you have to do.Looked on Google Maps and this was the first company to spot my eye. I make the phone call. I’m given an estimate over the phone and that a technician can be on site same day.I had a water heater replaced before so had an idea of what to expect. This was for my parent’s home. The price was reasonable and because of urgent need, I OK’ed the visit.Technician arrived around 1:30PM when the ETA was between 1-5PM. That was great. He looked at everything… took note of what was needed to ensure everything was up to current code. The dead water heater lasted about 20 years.The go ahead was set. House still remained in chaos and technician did the job with great service.6 year warranty. Total job time was under 3 hours.Credit Card went through. Happy camper.

Well I set up an appointment the requested pictures and the serial number of the water heater I did that today the technician came to my house saying that he couldnt touch it that I needed to call the plumber and and he let the the pilot and charge me $250 for lighting the pilot so after wasting my time I strongly feel that the lighting of the pilot should have been for free

Our water heater suddenly broke down and Jeff Stone from Fast Water Heater Company came to our aid. He was extremely thorough, competent, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of water heater replacement. He analyzed and researched our broken water heater to determine if it was still under warranty and found that it was having a year remaining on the present warranty which saved us a significant amount of money. He was able to track down a new water heater, replace it under warranty and get all the required parts, even bringing a part back to us on his day off. He was very courteous, respectful,friendly and personable with great interpersonal and communication skills. We give Jeff and Fast Water Heaters our highest rating and dont hesitate to recommend him! I called on Fast Water Heater Company (through Home Depot) to have a new water heater tank installed.Their install technician Michael Casillas, showed up in a very timely manner and after a brief inspection of the current work area where he then explained to me the process that he would take with regard to what was EXACTLY needed to complete the project (and why it was needed especially with regard to all of the safety aspects, gas lines, hot water lines etc) to pass city inspection - whereas then he immediately started working on this project.Once completed, Michael then went over literally everything that he had done. Michaels work was very clean and neat - the site in better condition than before he arrived. In all a very thorough replacement with all the boxes checked.I would VERY highly recommend Fast Water Heater for your water tank replacement needs and further if possible request personally that Michael Casillas do the install.My advice to the folks at Fast Water Heater would do very well for themselves to hang on to such top-drawer professionals and model employees such as Michael Casillas.

Roberlo Labagar “James”, was my technician and he was prompt, knowledgeable, spent the time to go over the initial bid with me and explain in detail all of the supporting documents that needed to be signed to comply with the installation codes for my city. He also went over the installation in detail and saved me time and money being up to date on the code requirements for my city. It was time to replace our old water heater, and we had several estimates from local companies. Mr. Jeffrey Stone (Mr. Jeff) was the technician from this company and he was INCREDIBLE from start to finish.On his first visit, after conducting his inspections and due diligence, Mr Jeff spent lots of additional time educating us about the process, the water heater options, his recommendations, and also answered all of our questions. Mr Jeff was incredibly smart, professional, and patient the entire time. At that time, we were still waiting for a few more estimates, and we had let him know that as well. His demeanor was once again very professional. He encouraged us to take our time, left his written estimate, and told us we could call him at anytime, if we had any questions or needed anything.Fast forward to 3 days later, Mr Jeffs cost estimate was exactly in the middle of the other estimates we had received. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine demeanor, however, were FAR SUPERIOR to anyone else.The entire process from beginning to end was as good as it could be, because of Mr Jeff. Not only did he install the water heater as quickly as he could, he also made several great additional recommendations and improvements along the way.The reality is, a company is only as good as its employees. I had Fast install my new water heater after mine failed in spectacular fashion a year ago, Erick was great and did a fantastic job. Fast is a great company and Erick is a pro. The best!Fast forward one year later - He installed yet another heater for me when my painter destroyed the new heater when his team went to fix some water damage around the heater and decided it wise to tape up all the heater vents, while leaving the pilot lit. Our experience was excellent from scheduling of the installation to the actual installation itself. Bryon (sheduling) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lupe (Jose G. Gomez), who installed the unit, was likewise very knowledgeable and helpful, and took the time to go through everything regarding the installation, including items that needed to be accomplished and their cost. I would like share positive feedback from a toilet install service that was performed by R James L (James) with the Fast Water Heater Company L.A. I was first impressed with the professionalism and manner in which James conducted himself. He was courteous, honest, and receptive to all questions I had regarding installation. He did make mention of some accessories that I might want to address in the future, but he did not pressure me and try to upsell the order by using misleading information or lies which sometimes we see in the service industry. He took pride in his work and took the time to explain in detail all pertinent info such as how to use, warranty info, and overall general questions. Artur replaced my old water heater and was a true professional. He is up to date on the most current California codes. He works quickly and efficiently. They tech Arthur was very professional and identified our house water regulator was not set to 80 PSI to code was was at 100 PSI we also found my old regulator was not adjustable. Water heated broke in the middle of the night. Fast Water Heater Company had it replaced the next day.The entire process was great. I worked with Tim and he walked me through everything.
