Jennie was very helpful and knowledgeable she helped me get a insurance policy fast I had Mercury home owners insurance Prior to Farmers and they was not going to renew my policy with them so I had to find a homeowners insurance policy quick. Jennie helped me she found a homeowners and car insurance policy with Farmers that was far better than I had with Mercury Farmers offered better coverage with both my house and my car. She is a very nice person I felt comfortable with doing business with her right away. I am very happy with what she did for me. I highly recommend her and her staff is very friendly

I just visited this insurance agency and getting there i wasnt expecting such a nice warm and friendly welcome.Yanira is very proffesional and very savvy, she really helped me with information i was seeking and took the time to explain everything that pertained to questions i had concerning my home insurance policy .She also followed with a phone call the following day to further explain a few things and to check up if everything was clear to me or if had additional questions, i appreciate great customer service, wich is hard to find now daysWill definetely refer anyone who is in need of insurance to her officeI am a very satisfied customer and i am sure anyone who goes there, will also have a pleasant experience.

Ive had the same insurance agent for many years. Yanira, has always been efficient and on top of things. She’s pleasant to work with and furthermore always returns my calls or emails. That’s something I look for when doing business with someone. I rate my experience with her 5 stars.She knowledgeable and really knows how to maneuver through paperwork that can sometimes be confusing. It’s comforting that she will take the time to explain things you may not understand and will go above and beyond for her clients. Have been a Farmer’s customer over 10 yrs, and member of the Farmers Credit Union. Have been thru several agents and so far MIss Yanira’s office has been nothing but amazing, her team members have been patient in answering any questions i have. I honestly do not have any issues to share, if you ever visit her office, she is always in the office other agency’s the agent is most likely to be out or not in there. Dont go with farmers. I was with them for years. i was happy until Yanira scams me out of my insurance. She stoled close to2 thousand dollars to pay for somebody elses insurance. Without my knowledge, she told me it was for my renewal, which was a lie. Never sent me information through the mail management, did nothing about it.

Greetings, I just wanted to share my experience with this branch of Farmers Insurance. So, when looking for insurance sometimes a lot of representatives share one standard price, have a complicated payment plan, and are not helpful in explaining. However, this was not my experience here at Farmers. I was met with two delightful individuals who take the time to understand personal needs and properly assess which vehicle insurance plan would be most beneficial; they explain every detail in the plan and go in depth about scenarios. It was really affordable compared to other larger companies as well! In times where inflation is high, I really appreciate and highly recommend coming to Farmers and more specifically this branch. They have my business and appreciation. :) 10/10

When I first had a conversation with Yanira I knew she was knowledgeable and detailed about the policy I inquired about and gave me the best rates and recommendations for my family and I. Last year, while trying to buy my first home, Yanira made that possible. She put together my insurance policy and added the park I moved into when others wouldnt. Great customer service. I had an accident unfortunately 11/2021 and Yanira, stepped up and moved quickly to resolve my issues. Broken windshield recently and once again she had Safelite Co. call me with 20 minutes to set my appointment up.I believe the consumer(s) need help in understanding the policies and coverages that are right for them.So for me its been her explanation process of the policy I am under. I was called by several insurance agencies when I was shopping for Homeowners insurance for our new home in Colfax, CA. Yanira was ALL OVER IT! She knew all about the CA Fair Plan (all the others said, Huh?!?) plus she was extraordinarily competent in all aspects of insurance. She was FAST. She was VERY CORDIAL. She wasted no time in working with me right then and there to find the best, most affordable coverage for us along with our vehicles and an Umbrella Policy. And, even though she is in the Palm Springs area, and I am up in the foothills of Northern California, she assured me that it would not make any difference. And she was right! Everything these days is done by computers/email anyway, right? I cant recommend Yanira Medina-Velasquez strongly enough. Very disappointed that after 6 months, we have had multiple occasions of issues with our insurance coverage. As a family we tried going all the way combining home and auto, with the best coverage amounts, and the most disappointing part is that Yanira could not solve increasing rates even though she promised lower rates initially. We have tried to talk to her about this on multiple occasions, and sadly, she has been rude and impatient about it. This was not the first impression we got from her when selling us her insurance. Yanira seemed friendly and willing to help at first, but with in time with challenges she has revealed her unfriendly and unprofessional customer service attitude. Yanira has even said that we should not contact her on these issues and to talk to her staff instead. So sad, because Yanira has prided herself of being the owner of her company, but has shown to be irresponsible. With an unwillingness to find us a solution, rude attitude and constant need to remind Yanira on getting back to us for answers, we are tired and moving forward to finding a better insurance provider.

Yaniras agency helped straighten out a couple of things in my Home and Auto policies. I was not getting the personal back and forth conversation from my previous agent. Yanira and Jaime worked with me and Farmers to correct the mileage driven, leinholder and enrolled me in a senior defensive driver course this saved me $400/yr. It took a good amount of effort and communication and back and forth with the provider but they got it done while keeping me, a new customer completely up to date with the process.
