I had a very flat tire upon arriving to work, and I called the 800# and set up roadside assistance very easily. It allowed me to end the call and continue the service via texting, where it kept me up to speed on the arrival of the driver. Within 12-15min of me requesting service, the driver showed up, and replaced my tire with the spare within 10min. He was courteous and respectful, and the entire process was incredibly easy. I appreciate Farmers Ins and how reliable they are, Troy and his team are very easy to work with and I truly feel safe and taken care of when it comes to our insurance!

After done a little research about insurance, I found out about the pros and cons but I hesitated to get an insurance policy for me and my family since it’s a big deal to protect our love ones. I shopped around and most agencies care more about their finances rather than the people. I Fortunately found Guerrero Farmers who helped me out to get not just what we need but they explained everything in detail from coverage to the finance part of it. Very friendly, professional and carenes.

I have had farmers insurance for may many years mostly due to the personal, friendly and fast service we recive from this office..... I know farmers is a huge company but it is the agents here that has kept us hooked to farmers the Guerreros have alway being the best thank you for your exelent service and willfuness to always keep us at peace every agent in this office is always looking for ways to make sure we are covered and protected and always with a smile in their faces

Working as a portfolio manager in the HOA industry has its struggles but when it comes to insurance, we arent the experts. Being able to work with and develop great business relationships with the experts in their field are what make it so much easier to do our jobs and inform our clients with the information needed to make the best decision for their community. Karina Guerrero and the entire team at Farmers go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure their clients have what they need and even take the time to speak with Owners when they have questions and concerns about their own policy. Ive been very lucky to work with them for several years and look forward to continuing this working relationship for many more. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable company.
