Stephanie is personable and cares about her clients. She isvery patient and is good at explaining things like when I had totransfer ownership of a car to a family member, there were documents I had to sign that I did not understand too well. Iappreciate that she can be reached on her cell phone as wellas email.

I am not the kinda person to leave reviews yet Stephanie is absolutely amazing. I been with her for the last few years and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She definitely goes out her way to make things right. She handles everything very quickly and in a timely manner. She is very professional. I know if she isn’t available she would get to me asap. I highly recommend her and company and staff. Thank you Stephanie and everyone there. Much love to all of you!!!!!

Stephanie helped me, and I’m so thankful she is a straight shooter and honest with the information she provided me. I asked her many questions about life insurance, homeowners insurance, and car insurance. I bought a home recently in this crazy market, and Im looking to save money, but I dont want to compromise on the coverage. Thankfully she could beat out the competitors and get my home insured at a reasonable price that I could afford.

Stephanie is the kind of agent you hope for when searching for and buying insurance! She is honest and explains in detail what your policy means and what specific coverages you have. She helps customize the policy as well so that you have everything you need and takes out anything you don’t need. This was very important to us because in the past, some of our policies included coverages we didn’t need or ask for. It seemed like agents were just trying to make a little extra money. Stephanie doesn’t do that. She definitely put us and our situation first so that we could find something that suits us and was within the budget we wanted. We have our auto and life insurance through Farmers now because of her and if we had our own business or our own home, we would definitely go through her and Farmers for insurance. She is friendly and very easy to talk to. Glad we have her as our agent!

The customer service was outstanding!!!! All my questions answered and felt like I knew the agent for years when talking to her. She was very patient with answering all questions, went above and beyond to help me with my policy along with my families policies.

We really like our Farmers agent Stephanie. She is very professional and is always very thorough when answering any questions we have. We are greatful that Farmers offers our area of residence, home owners insurance coverage since we do live in a wildfire risk area and not many insurance companies offer coverage for your home under those circumstances.
