I needed to find a new insurance company because the one I had previously had was charging way to much, I called farmers to see what they had to offer and had the pleasure of speaking with Grace let me tell you she’s awesome and makes looking for insurance easy. Grace was super helpful, listened to my needs and gave me a quote. The quote given was in my range and even got a few perks that weren’t even offered with my previous insurance company … give farmers a try and ask to speak with Grace you won’t be disappointed!!!

Insurance rates are excellent. Best car insurance office Ive ever used, and Im 75 years old.Grace is truly as kind and helpful as the other reviews say. The entire office staff and the manager are friendly and professional. These people get it done. You will only have to ask once, and they will respond promptly.The insurance company I had used for decades no longer answered their phones and the wait was NEVER less than 45 minutes. As soon as that happened, I looked for a local office of the insurance company my mother always used back in the 1950s. Farmers is just as local and friendly as they have always been.

I had purchased my new home last year in November, I thought I had found a great deal with the insurance I had at the time, I always heard about car and home bundles but I never really looked into it. I happened to be talking to a friend of mine who recommended I reach out to Grace S. WOW!!!! I have been with this company for approximately 40 years I would never ever think of going any other place for service. I am treated like a VIP all my questions are answered ASAP and to my satisfaction. Everyone in the office is quite congenial and always tries to get an answer to my questions or problem the very same day or time I am on the phone. I shall refer all of my friends to this group! 2022:I started with Phil over 39 years ago. He wrote an insurance policy for a friend of mine and followed up a few months later writing one for me. Right from the beginning the agency always had my best interest at heart. Anytime I called the team always answer my questions and handled what ever situation I had. I even tried to find a better deal and the agency still beat them hands down with cost and service. I remember calling Phil to see what the premium would be on Corvette I had my heart set on, his comment was its about time! the team found me a great insurance package that covered everything and didnt break the bank. Twice in the ten years I drove that car the team called to let me know they had a better package for me. Who does that? People that understand what service means. Since Phil has retired, Shahbaz and the team has followed in his steps and provided insurance for my car and my apartment. I recently moved to the Central Coast of California, almost 300 miles away and yep, I called to get my policies changed over to the new address. As usual, Shahbaz and the team have stepped up and got me covered in short order.By the way, I only met Phil once, early on, but anytime we talked youd swear wed been friends for years. The same for the new crew, never met face to face but I know they will take care of me like Phil did. The coverage I am getting on Farmers Insurance is much better than The Hartford. Hartford would not cover my home insurance because of shrubs in the front of my house. I was pulling my hair out with my previous insurance company and couldnt get ahold of anyone. In an attempt to get new coverage, I called Farmers at 4:52pm on a Friday (I felt bad calling so close to closing, but I was desperate!). Grace answered the phone on the first ring and was nothing but friendly and helpful. We had our insurance notify us that they were not renewing our policy in the mountains due to our Cabin being in a designated high risk fire area. I had called around to several other insurance companies and no one was offering any coverage that met our needs which obviously becomes very stressful as our former insurance company gave us only 2 weeks notice before our policy expired.Shahbaz went above and beyond all the other agents/companies and found us the right FULL coverage that no other agents would offer. He offered a very reasonable quote considering no one else would even cover us fully (only the CA fair plan). I haven’t been impressed till I was referred to Shahbaz Awan (a Farmers Insurance agent). Shahbaz has stood behind and fought for his clients when they were getting the run-around by the opposing car insurance company.
