We have worked with Ray for almost two years now. And his customer service has been absolutely amazing the entire time. He has assisted me in all my concerns, rate questions and general inquiries. He works quick and is very tech savvy making the processes smooth. We were recently evacuated due to the CZU fires and Ray reached out to me! He emailed just to check in. He is an absolute advocate for his clients and genuinely cares about them. I cannot recommend Ray enough. He really is a wonderful person and insurance agent.

Ray is the best Insurance agent I have worked with in the Bay Area. After years of terrible customer service and expensive policies with State Farm, I finally woke up and made the switch! And boy, did I make a great decision. He made everything so convenient with my life, home, and auto insurance. On top of that, his rates were far cheaper for my family and I which took a lot of stress off my plate. I could not recommend him enough, if you are looking for an insurance professional who is always willing to make himself available to his customers - Ray is your man! And his assistant Tammy is amazing and super helpful as well!

I MISS Ray Kellam insurance!We recently moved to the East Coast and unfortunately are unable to get Farmers Insurance where we live. Even worse, we are unable to work with Ray and Tammy! Enjoying your insurance company sounds a lot like enjoying your dentist (which I did too btw but thats a different review!). I cannot say enough about Ray and Tammy though. They have always been friendly, responsive, professional, and very importantly, understanding. I hope to find an insurance agency in this area thats even close.

Ray provides great customer service! He had tried to help us before and things didnt work out and there were no hard feelings. One year later he was able to help us save over $1500 a year on our home and auto policies. I like that he follows up and is available and responds quickly if I have any questions. I downloaded the app and it is easy to use and I love that I have all my info at my fingertips. Would highly recommend Ray to help you with your insurance needs.

We recently purchased a new car on a Saturday and in order to leave the dealership we needed proof of insurance.....as first time car buyers this was a curve ball for us. Ray and his staff were right there for us on their days off! Ray was coaching his junior soccer team (to win the championship!!!) so he wasnt able to get to his computer. He texted Tammy (on her day off), who was able to get to her computer and get us the policy within an hour. They are truly lifesavers, treat us like family and are always there for us. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for an insurance agents that always go above and beyond.

Ray is the best! It was 9 PM on a Wed night when we noticed an urgent email from the credit union requesting proof of insurance to fund a loan for the new car we had purchased. We texted Ray. He replied immediately and about 15 minutes later we received updated insurance cards. This was not the first time Ray and/or Tammy have helped us out on a moments notice. Thanks guys!
