I owe a long overdue shoutout to my insurance agent, Ramona Smart!At the end of 2019, I moved into driving an electric vehicle. I got a Tesla Model 3, which I am very happy with. I love the car, it’s great. I am not upset with my decision at all.About three weeks after taking possession of the car, I got into an accident. I was devastated.Ramona was the ultimate professional. And mind you, I didn’t sign on with Mona until the day before I took possession of the car.Thanks to Mona, my coverage was so thorough that I was able to rent an electric vehicle throughout the duration of my repair time. If you don’t know, one of the struggles Tesla has is repairs. That is just something that does not happen quickly. It can take up to a month, sometimes more.Thankfully, I had complete rental coverage for an electric vehicle for 30 days, no issues.So, I just want to THANK YOU Ramona for being so awesome and for sitting with me to look at the insurance coverage I had at the time and providing me with a comprehensive package that covered me in my time of need. Not only does she have my auto insurance, she also has my home insurance.I am encouraging everybody out there, even if you already have insurance, it is worth it to talk to Mona and get a quote to at least compare to see what you already have in contrast to what she can offer you. And then, decide for yourself what is going to be the best fit.

Ramona Smart is awesome to work with. She is so detailed and explains every policy and coverage option in detail. I now feel more confident with my home, auto and umbrella coverage. I am grateful to have met Ramona and I would recommend her to anyone.

Ramona Smart & Smart Insurance Agency do a fantastic job of getting things done quickly and efficiently with amazing customer service! If you are in the market for insurance of any kind give her office a call!No one likes to have to purchase insurance, but it’s important, and they make the process very easy and painless. They are very knowledgeable about all insurance products and they make sure that you are educated on what you are purchasing so that you can understand your coverage!

Typical Farmers Insurance, they advertise that they provide notary public service. But, when you call the notary is not available today. Well, what about tomorrow? Now the notary is allegedly on vacation. And this was apparently the owner answering ... really, very believable ...My experience with Farmers has been that the agents, the adjusters, and the defense attorneys are worthless ...

Thank you Ramona Smart for a wonderful experience. Everything was done on-line via telephone which was great for us, the office is located in Woodland Hills and were in Long Beach so this was perfect for us. Thank you again...
