What a terrible insurance agent. Ive tried calling her several times and all I get is a voicemail. Stay away from Farmers their agents do not care about you only your money. Maria couldnt even be bothered to call me when my policy tripled after the first year but was nice enough to send an email. Only after I called farmers and left a negative review did someone from her office reach out to me. But she did find it in her busy schedule to respond to this negative review.

One of the only companies that was able to get us a home and auto bundle in California due to the insurance issues that have happened recently! We have good coverage and Maria checks in on us and we haven’t had any issues with payments or claims!

I was shopping to change car/home insurance and Maria from Britton ins called me! I have to admit I was not too receptive to being called (4th call I received )and told her so! She was so professional and gave me a few details and I could return call! It was her approach that had me call back ! She and colleagues were great isabel and Claudia! I loved both insurances to them and it was seamless! I saved over 700 dollars a year and they made sure I had exactly the coverage I needed ! I would highly recommend them

We were unexpectedly dropped from our geico insurance after 10 yes. But Maria and Claudia successfully got us a good car insurance quote despite my spouses DUI history. They communicated well and followed up each step. A year later they just saved me $700 per year by getting me a home insurance policy that allowed us to cancel our remaining policy with Geico!! I couldn’t be more grateful!

We needed to overhaul our entire insurance portfolio-home, auto, and umbrella. We own several homes and many cars, some collectible, so it was a deep dive to get it all lined up properly. Maria and her team jumped in and stuck with it. In relatively short order, the whole project was done. There was lots of interaction, room for Q&A, and advice when needed. We are very happy about our decision to choose Maria and her team to help us.
