I really had the greatest experience with Jessica Guzman. She was amazing, very professional and beyond helpful. Not to mention she explained everything in great detail and made me feel super comfortable with my decision to switch to Farmers insurance. I had a ton of issues leaving my previous insurance, she was patient with me throughout the whole process. Just amazing, definitely recommend!!!!

Courtney has that rare combination of energy and old fashioned care for the customer. Not many out there actually take the time to make sure people are taken care of. In an ocean of modern business its nice find an occasional oasis of awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure you talk to her. She is good people!

Great customer service! Alex was very friendly and helpful! She got my motorcycle insurance all set with better coverage, and better pricing than all the other competitors that I got quotes from. I even got a life insurance policy as well...just in case... I can definitely recommend this place for all of your insurance needs!

I first met with Jocsan who asked me different questions to make sure that I had the proper coverage. No one really explained to be before why exactly we need insurance for our cars, just that we have to have it. He was very informative and easy to understand. I have now been a customer over a year and bundled in a life and renters policy.

Great people to work with. I was referred to them by a friend after I moved into a new house. I switched here from a broker and I could not be happier with the service. Ive talked to both Alex and Jocsan and they were great in helping me get auto, home, and life insurance with better coverage for about the same price as I was paying before. I would highly recommend

I had an amazing time! Alex really helped me and took the time to go over everything with me to make sure I was picking the right plan! They really do care about their customers and our experience. Jocsan is so great at what he does. He is so reliable, honest and friendly he makes things so easy for his clients. After over a decade with my previous brooker/agency I decided to shop the market and switch insurance providers.Jocsan, and his organization are absolutely incredible. From start to finish he was prompt on all my questions and walked me through every step of the way.On an unfortunate note, I was involved in a car accident, again, Jocsan walked me through what was taking place and had a rental car ready for me by the time I got home.Jocsan is a great representation of what an insurance broker should be.Thank you,EG
