Completely blown away by their customer service, miles ahead of the industry norm. It feels amazing whenever I have a question, inquiry, or problem of any sort that I can call and immediately be answered by a person instead of the automated computer services we are all too familiar with. I switched my auto insurance policy to Jimmy Dorian Farmers Insurance agency about a year ago. His staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. When it came to my auto policy renewal, the agent contacted me to go over my policy and make any necessary changes that is needed for the renewal. They provide the best client services for their customers. I am planning to stay with Jimmy’s agency as long as I can. From October, 2014 until we moved out of state in January 2021, all of our insurance needs were met by Jimmy Dorians Farmers Insurance office, including Jimmy, Kory, Lydia and honestly everybody who was part of their team. They were ALWAYS there when it counted most, and provided expert advice and counseling about all of our options for auto, home, fire, earthquake and life insurance coverage before and after the sale. When five different insurance providers declined to offer us fire insurance for our home, following a particularly bad fire season, Jimmy Dorians team leveraged their extensive industry knowledge and experience to find us a highly rated insurance carrier willing to insure us at a reasonable price. Obviously, knowing we were covered against losses from fires made it easier to sleep at night, and like every other time we needed their help, they were there to educate and support us the entire way.Were happy to recommend Jimmy Dorians Farmers Insurance team to anyone in the Santa Clarita, CA area whos looking for a dependable insurance agency they can trust!

I’ve had Dorian Insurance for years & have had contact with Jimmy and almost everyone in his office. They really seem to know what they are doing. I’ve had claims from minor vehicle collisions up to a full house flood. Through it all, the Dorian Insurance team took care of me like I was family.
